This place is the worst place ever the staff are very rude, I dropped my mother and told them what she wanted to do and left, after that they neglected my mother she is 78 years old. I promise them I will sue them for neglecting my mother so next time they will not gonna do it to someone else. Very rude and racist people.

I've been going here for YEARS. I always tip and don't complain due to the fact I'm a licensed cosmetologist for the past 20 years. They turned me down today 45 mins before closing. With at least 3 techs just sitting around. Guess they don't like making money and don't mind losing clients.

I have been going there for years every time I go there it gets a little worse but today I got a $49.00 dollar service. They were short staffed. My service was rushed not. And two different people.doing my feet just is ridiculous

Tried to go here an hour before they closed and was informed they are closed. It’s currently 5pm and their hours literally say 6pm. Kind of glad because if they can’t even adhere to their own times, I doubt they adhere to anything else.

Went to the salon 25 mins after it open and was told they didn’t have any nail techs. I waited for 30 mins before a lady came in to do my nails. The lady was aggressive when doing my nails and was constantly hurting me with long nails of her own. Place isn’t worth the money.

1st time using Legacy after referral from coworker and I have found my new salon! Julie did AMAZING work! She had to take off the previous set (NOT done well at all) and do a new set. I am beyond thrilled with the way they came out. Oh, also had a crazy relaxing spa pedi too. Don't be on the fence about going here, they are worth every hard earned penny!

Son and B do an amazing job when it comes to dip and acrylic application, designs, and are good with conversation as well. You will not be disappointed at all with your experience here. Take it from me, I’ve been coming here for years.

The greatest nail salon ever!!! I have been going to this salon for a couple years now!!! Mason and Son are the greatest technicians!! So creative and family friendly!! My son always goes with me and we never have to ask they know exactly what we want when we get there! The service is impeccable!!! The creativity is unmatched!!! Please visit this salon, I promise you won’t be disappointed!!! Anything from pedicures, to acrylic, gel, dip, natural nails!!! Go and see for yourself!!!

Absolutely horrible. I went here today to get an eyebrow wax and my eyebrows still look the same . She didn't shape or remove anything. The lady did mention that two of the eyebrow waxers did not come in today. If she didn't know what she was doing she should of never took my money.

I've had nothing but positive experiences when they were doing my pedicure on my previous visits to this establishment but when I came to get acrylic nails it was the worst experience I have ever had. I do not recommend a place where for an hour and a half a person will sit there and tell you how bad your nails are because they are thin and how hard they are to do because they are flat. Both of which are things that a person cannot change. And then blame the fact that your nails are short is why the end product doesn't look very pretty. Very unprofessional. Uneven and crooked lines when shaping nails. I am never ever coming back here.

Never would I ever return. First time here and the polish is watered down so they can force you to do gel. Now I have to go somewhere else for a proper color change. They don't speak. Just horrible! I hate I even came here. 😒

Polish did not last a week. Went in with a friend, and we were treated totally differently. Lady at front acted friendly at first, then she started being rude once questions were asked. By time of check out she was hostile.

Stopped in today and the lady at the front was friendly at first. The young girl who did my toes did a POOR job, no massage, messed up on toe and added an extra layer of polish making it thick and uneven. She did not massage my legs and barely put in any work on the heel of my feet. Her customer service was piss poor and she decided to give me a drink out of a dirty glass. The lady at the front said they had to use dip vs acrylic because of the design I chose which was fine. When I went to check out she decided to add on extra fees, asking if I got matte, and square shaping. Overall I won’t be going back. One and done.

This place is genuinely wonderful. I was greeted as a walking quickly, directed exactly where to go and advised on color choices. Quickly I was taken back to Bill, who did my nails. He listened to me and did an amazing job, checking each nail length and that I liked the color. He talked just enough with out over talking ( my time to relax) I was offered a drink promptly as well! My pedicure was wonderful as well! Everyone was so nice and I can tell everyone genuinely enjoys working here and coming here for services! Honestly I was surprised since white settlement isn’t known for services, I drive to ft worth for hair, facials etc. but this neighborhood nail spa is my new home for nails! Highly recommend. So glad I came in.
