My girlfriend and I tried this location as we were in search of a new spa nearby. We were greeted upon entry, quickly seated, and offered beverages. We both got the express pedicure. Nail tech Tye took his time and performed exceptional work. Ryan did okay, not as detailed, but still got the job done. Nail tech Nina is great,she is attentive and just an overall kind person! They always take care of us, highly recommend! This is a continuous update. My new tech is Hannah she is pretty awesome and a sweetheart. They seem to replace all my favorites every so often. I hope Hannah stays around!😊

Horrible! Took both teenage daughters and both had very chunky nails. Cuticles were bleeding and fingers are sore. Nails design - lines were not straight. Will not be going back to this salon.

Katie was awesome, and I loved her massage. They do exactly what you ask for and will take accountability if they need to redo your polish for you

Beautiful place. Not sure about the service though. Just had a quick wax and it was good. Wish they had a menu so I could see the prices though (something I could take with me). I am sure they were talking about me...lol

Beware!!! Checked $40 pedicure for myself and then kid pedicure for my daughter $25. We were ready to check out and mine was $60 and my daughter was $40 - I told her that’s not what we asked for. My big toenail was jagged and paint was on the cuticle. Not great service and I don’t appreciate the bait and switch.

I love Legacy Nails, they always treat customers with care, they are very welcoming and very fun to talk to, it is a nail shop that provides many services, from manicure to pedicure, as well as offering services for children, I have been visiting this nail spa for years, and all I can say is I love the professionalism and the above and beyond customer services they provide. Super happy customer!!!

It was so bad the first time I went it looked like they did not know what they were doing and then they were done with everything and when I left and went home on of my toe nails came off because the lady forgot to put a top coat so I went the next day and they fixed it but it looked so bad after and they told me that it was fully dry but when I went home it just peeled right off. I am not going to be coming back !!!

Probably the worst experience I've had in my life. I've been going to this salon for 7 years and I went 2 weeks ago and had GREAT service, got the dip powder for myself and a kids pedicure and nails painted for my daughter. I always do 2 different colors on each hand for my nails and never had an issue. Fast forward to 2 days ago. I go in ask for a dip, and a kids pedicure with her nails painted. They INSISTED on doing gel on my 5 year old. After telling them no several times, they did it anyway and charged me for it. They charged me $5 for getting 2 different colors even though it's the SAME amount of powder either way. They charged $5 for my nails length which is short, saying they are considered long?! Said they charge $15 for a new dip set (to soak them because "it takes 30 minutes" for you to just SIT there with your nails soaking and had always been included in the full set cost) i ended up paying so much more for the EXACT thing 2 weeks ago. When I asked for an itemized receipt Katie said no. So I asked about all the hidden charges and her response was "it's like when you go our to eat, you never know what the prices are and they always change" not even 24 hours later my daughter nails and toes paint came off and Katie's response was that MY CHILD IS TOO HYPER. This is the worst place. If you want to be nickle and dimed with no explanation then go for it. Katie also gaslit me saying my nails were not 2 different colors when I came in for my fill (even though they were and I literally got the exact same colors again) They also asked if I was a grandmother to my 5 year old daughter. Twice. All around poor service, poor quality and absolutely will NEVER go back.

love this place! it’s always a plus when they do your dip set while you’re getting a pedicure done! but it’s also great that they are always accommodating and extra friendly. 2 years now a repeat customer since moving to the area

Lisa is the best there is; I won’t schedule with anyone else in the area. I tried different nails spots and no one compares to Lisa’s skill. My dip lasts 3-weeks on average without any issues.

Mgr did not want to fix cracked nail. Do not stand behind work. Tell you wait time 15min is 30-40 even if schedule appt.

Nina was wonderful ! Had fun light hearted conversation and talked about Halloween! Many other workers came over to just talk and chat with me and to make sure my nails were to my liking. Loved my time there

She does not let you see what she's charging. Gave a cash tip and told her no tip she added 15% tip. Plus an acrylic fill is quoted $40 so why was I charged and additional $7 and no I didn't get anything special just a regular fill. Watch your credit card charges!!!

Unable to upload a photo, but I was unhappy with my nails today. I’m a very easy client. I just wanted a french gel manicure and got nails that looked like a 2008 prostit*te. The first nail shown to me was how I wanted it so I assumed he would follow suit and do the rest accordingly. But they were thick and rushed. The man doing my nails was rushing to do my nails to get to another client because “she’s a mom” and is “used to getting her nails and feet done at the same time.” He just told her 15 mins, and I didn’t realize that meant he was going to only take 15 on my nails. He kept asking me if I was in high school and I kept explaining I am in nursing school. He was nice, but he didn’t listen. I feel as though because he thought I was younger, I wouldn’t care about my nails. He even discounted me $10 off because he knew he did a horrible job and even made a joke as I was paying saying “you’re easy right ?” I paid, left a tip because that’s how my mother raised me, and went across the street to get my nails fixed. My boyfriend even laughed when he say my nails. The nail lady who fixed my nails even was shocked how badly they looked. While I’m sad I’m out of money, I now know where to take my business to.
