I had a terrible experience at this nail salon. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and they seemed more interested in chatting with each other than attending to customers. My manicure was rushed and sloppy, with uneven nails and polish that started chipping the next day. I definitely won't be coming back and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I went to legacy at around 4:30 on Sunday Oct 27th for a $35 express pedicure with gel polish, which btw, it’s an extra $15. Anyway, I’ve been going here for a little while but stopped getting my nails done here because I’ve been doing them myself with a dip kit at home & honestly it was a bit pricey. But pedicures are different. I love pedicures. I love to choose a color for my toes. Love the massage chairs. Love the drink options. Love the hot towels. So I just continued going. But this time, I was disappointed. The polish started to peel off. For instance, the first toe polish came off on my right foot. I was wearing sandals. I thought nothing of it & fixed it with my dip kit as best as I could. After a couple of more days, I noticed that the polish was lifting & peeling on more toes. I’m going on vacation, I wanted my toes to be done. To feel pretty & put together & to be content. Looks like I’m gonna have to find a new pedicure place.

Paid $45 + $5 tip for manicure and gel polish. Gel polish peeled off next day and showed paper thin nailbeds which technician had used a drill to file my nail bed. I wondered to myself during the visit as to why she was filing so much. But I assumed she knew what she was doing. I called to request a refund for the gel polish service but they would not give a refund and because my nailbeds had been destroyed, I refuse to let them try and fix the polish problem. So, essentially I lost $50.

Went in today for the head spa service and it was amazing! It started out with a back massage, followed by a facial, hair wash with an amazing scalp massage. Would 10/10 recommend. Thank you again.

Went home crying and heart broken. I had beautiful long nails which were real. Lavana cut them off after me telling her I want to keep my nails long three times. They are not the color i asked for, the dip overlaps on my fingers and are all different lengths and shapes. Save yourself!

10/10 do not recommend I have had my nails done for a Lil over 3 days less than the fourth day and they don't look good at all. They rushed through doing my nails did not even clean up around the cuticles threw oil on them to make them look good they look like I've been wearing them almost 2 weeks already.

Hannah is very pleasant and she ALWAYS does a wonderful job. Also, no matter how busy Legacy is, the wait time is very minimal. I would highly recommend Legacy Nails & Spa, and especially Hannah

I've been coming here for years. They used to be so much better. I came for a regular fill, but I guess the receptionist decided to do my nails. I didn't mind waiting for another tech, but they were adamant they were going to get the job done. I sat there for an hour and a half, for a fill. She would get up and help everyone around the store every 5 min instead of just finishing what she started. At one point I was about to start painting my own nails. I get being busy, but don't take on a customer if you're just going to keep walking away. Very unprofessional and I've broken 3 nails since then. I won't bother coming back

We chose this place because it has the children pedicure chairs & that it had kids mani and pedi combo. HAPPY we did. Everyone was welcoming. The ladies took their time & was very patient with the girls. Great SPA date before before birthday trip!

Was told on the phone that they would fix my nails at no cost. She told me to come at 5pm without asking any questions, so I her there at 5pm she then proceeds to ask questions and tell me that it would cost $35 . No discount offered or anything after she had me come up there for nothing. Very unprofessional and careless. This was my first time at this salon. I won't be back nor will I recommend them to anyone. They were very rude and didn't care that I came up there solely on being told she's fix them for FREE. I would've even paid a discounted price, but $35 was unacceptable after making an appointment for me and telling me she'd do it for free.

Awful experience. We made appointments were set in unprepared pedicure chairs only to keep getting moved so they could put winters and keep the basins sterilized. Our water was drawn 15 minutes after appointment... water was freezing. Took forever for service. Won't be back.

Me and my friend had came up here on Wednesday for a fill on a set we got a week prior. Towards the end of getting our fills done, the ladies standing around me were laughing, talking in their language, and pointing at my friend. By the end when my nails were finished, I had tried to check and see if they were dry and the lady had grabbed my hand, pressed on them, and then said that they were dry. All was fine after that, we went to pay and then the lady who had done my friend’s nails had looked at her wallet and asked for a tip. She had tipped them and we left, and then halfway down the road I noticed that there was still wet gel polish under the dry top layer that was bubbling up underneath and starting to peel. I didn’t have the time to go back otherwise I would’ve gotten them fixed. I tried patching up the spots where the paint was peeling off with some nail glue, which has proven unsuccessful. It is now a day prior and I just got off work and noticed that more of the polish has been peeling off, revealing the wet gel polish underneath. Make sure to check all layers of your nails are fully dry before paying and leaving 😭

I have had my nails done for 25 years. This is the only place that has a reward program. For my birthday, they gave me $5.00 off. Never before has this happened to me.

The lady who did my nails was really nice. They came out good, but the salon didn't seem very clean. I don't think I'll go back.
