This is the only place I trust to go, I see the same Girl all Kaitlyn Krugg all the time but if I had to reschedule with someone else I would be ok with it. Exceptional organized business friendly and fresh twist next door offers healthy options

I had a gift certificate for my birthday from my husband, when I called for the appointment I ask for someone who has experience with Blonde hair and was matched with a recommended stylist. I had 1/2 inch roots showing, I told her I wanted low lights and a trim, she had to ask another stylist what to do and the other stylist told her to use two colors did not tell me or ask me what color I wanted or anything. I ended up with the same color as my roots which she said looked like a mousy color to her originally, now instead of 1/2 inch roots I have 6 inch roots with blonde on the ends. If I wanted that I could have just let my hair grow out for a few more months. It is the ugliest hair coloring job I have ever had professionally done and I was charged the whole amount of my gift certificate so I could not even get my nails done like my husband gifted me for. I do not recommend going here they are just interested in the money.

Rushed appointment. No professional opinions of how to cut my hair and style. In and out in 20 minutes. Wash, cut,dry in 20 minutes. Was to be allowed 45min , well didnt happen. No styling , no hairspray, no seeing if it was even, no giving me a mirror to check the back.

I love all of the stylists at Legal Hair! I never come out of there with a bad cut or color service. My hair always looks amazing when I walk out! I especially love Christina H.!! She was fast and my hair looks awesome!! ♥️

I was so very embarrassed I cried. They charged $200 for a color Jaime said was beautiful and the haircut. As you can see I hate it. The color wasn't terrible but it wasn't at all what I asked for, it was what Jaime told me would be beautiful and a few weeks later I really hate it. The first pic is the cut I had asked for. The second pic is of me 15 min after leaving the salon. The third pic is what my hair used to look like. Jaime razored my hair till it was thin then told me I have very thin hair and tried to sell me lots of products. If you look at my third picture I do not have very thin hair. She razored it thin. It looks nothing like the picture I had asked for. I tried complaining and they asked a lot of stupid questions. #1) was it the color you didn't like? #2) can we see a picture of the side view? Jaime was a tier 6 (high level beautician). They didn't offer any refunds or even apologize for what she did. I literally will never go back, and I absolutely do not recommend you going to this establishment or to Jaime. Shame on them.

If I could give these girls more than 5 stars I would!! My whole experience was amazing 🤩. Sierra did my Spoil Me Pedi & Joann did my warm stone massage & neither disappoints. EVERYONE was so friendly & I’m so looking forward to my next appt!!! Thanks ladies!!😊🙏🏼💕

Very disappointed!! Purchased a gift certificate for a Swedish massage and when used by recipient they had to pay an additional charge. I am totally embarrassed that my “gift” certificate was not enough for the massage.Please ask questions when purchasing a gift certificate that there are no hidden charges that could be applied.

I love legal ive been getting my hair done there for years. They have great employees and service. I got my hair done there for prom 20years ago and now I’m getting daughters hair done there for her hoco they are the best

Natalie saved my daughter(11 yrs old) from a hair emergency. And was so nice to her and instructed her how to style it properly to prevent future knots of this magnitude. Thanks

Took forever, over toned my daughters hair. Showed up with the flu because the cancelation policy is the price of what you booked for. The prices aren't even CLOSE to what they charge you when you get there. Nice people and place, very busy, just expensive
