Have been coming here for the last three years, ever since I moved to Austin. This is the only place I take my son and ever will. Chucke is very professional and great customer service.

I have been in this barber shop twice, both experiences were horrible. They are not welcoming and professional. I ended leaving the shop after 1:30 hours waiting , the problem is nobody talks while waiting. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Nobody spoke to me upon entering. Strike one! I have dreadlocks and the owner wanted me to pay the full price of a haircut for a lineup of locks. Nowhere on the website does it specify that.. Everywhere else I go a line up of locs includes the trimming of the actual hair being lined. On top of that I left with cuts (bruises) on my lining done by the barber (owner). I’m sure it’s some nice barbers in there but I definitely won’t be back!

Went to take my son for a haircut that my wife scheduled on the website says 10 years in up but barber wouldn’t take us due to the fact my son is 10 & not 15 so my son has to go without a haircut because these black barbers don’t want to do a haircut unless they know you & this wouldn’t have never happened if I was in Dallas guess it’s a Austin thing wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy

My son loved it. He usually hates cutting his hair and this was his first time to experience this barbershop and he was pleased with the cut and the service. Very nice staff, made us feel right at home

I'm new to Austin and have sons that needed a cut but when we walked in I asked the guy could he cut their hair and he didn't really say anything just shook his hand to say no. I can't say anything about the whole business but that was unprofessional. Gotta do better black people.....

Muy mal servicio, 45 dollares y nisiquiera usan navaja le dije , no se los recomiendo quieren aprovecharse de ti , no tenia cash para pagarle y quise pagar con tarjeta me dijeron que no aceptaban entonces dije les mando un zelle y solo por Querer mandarle un zelle me quiera cobrar 5 adicional like wow bro que inprofesional la verda Que no vuelvo a visitar esa barberia ❌ de legendary nose Que tienen porque no cortan!

My son's hair had been neglected while he wasn't living with me, we were welcomed with warm arms, and Chuck took great care of my teenager's wildly overgrown hair with multiple cowlicks... but more importantly, he was so friendly and gave my kiddo some attention and advice that he really needed! Amazing service!
