I went into the shop as a last minute walk-in. I was immediately greeted by the owner Kristen. She was in the middle of treating another client and informed me of a brief wait. I wasn’t expecting an opening so soon but I was very appreciative she would see me without a scheduled visit. I sincerely appreciate her attention to detail and her friendly demeanor. She took into account exactly what I wanted and delivered me the cutest haircut. I really took a risk on a new stylist and such an important occasion just around the corner but I’m so grateful I chose Legendary Looks. Exceptional customer service. Thank you so much! I’ve gotten so many compliments on my new cut and I feel so refreshed!

I would recommend legendary looks to anyone! The space was clean ,quiet, and well put together. I most definitely will be going back for anything I may need done. I had an absolutely wonderful experience and she truly does care about the time and dedication it takes working with your hair!!!

After seeing what an amazing job was done on my daughter’s hair, my mind was made up that I too wanted to go to Legendary Looks. My hair was not in the best condition with split, dried ends and over processing of color. I had a conditioning treatment, new hair coloring and a haircut. My hair has never looked or felt so good. I am so pleased.

I had a good time while I was here and she did an absolute stunning job on my son’s hair. My son is happy as I’ve ever seen. He’s extremely picky so the battle was going to be uphill. Kristin knocked it out of the park.

This place felt like home Kristin was the absolute best. She made me feel comfortable and had me looking like a million bucks. I'm still in total shock of my new look very pleased and happy 😌 She will forever be my hairdresser from here on out. If you haven't checked her salon out stop in and check her out I promise you won't be disappointed she takes her time and takes pride in her work and what she does for a living. I love her. Prices are definitely reasonable and worth the new look or style you will be looking for 😉 thanks again Kristin will be seeing you again soon.

Kristin did so GOOD! On my hair. Ive definitely found my go to hairstylist now. She was so professional when it came to talking you through the process, friendly and makes you so comfortable to a point you tell your life story 😂❤️

Very pleasant atmosphere owner/stylist was polite and professional fast and efficient. She did a wonderful job cutting my son’s hair he would never sit still for me cutting his hair so I took him to this establishment. I was surprised to see my son so calm during his haircut he sat still and Kristen made him feel very comfortable.I got “numerous” compliments on his and my hair at dinner with family and friends. Made me feel good inside. I will be coming back to Legendary Looks in the future for sure it’s my new go to. I trust them

Kristen did such an amazing job. I am very particular about my hair. She really listened, was very educated, and she was very patient to adjust to exactly what I wanted. You can tell that the happiness of the customer is her forefront, and she takes so much pride in what she does! She def humbled herself to do what the customer wants with their hair as opposed to what she thinks looks best. That is very rare to find. Even though I am three hours away, I will probably only go to her moving forward. That says something.

I stopped in on Thursday to see if I could get my hair cut and colored with highlights. I was lucky to get an appt so quick. It had been a year. I got exactly what I asked for. Angel did my hair and she was so sweet to listen to my frustrations with my personal life. Kristen was also very nice. I wish I could have seen the result of Kristen's client. It's a small little shop that's cozy and the atmosphere is laid back. It was my second time here, and hands down prefer this shop over one that has a big chain, like 9 west.

Such an amazing salon experience. Kristin took her time to make sure my hair looked great and I was happy with it. She is so detailed and doesn’t make you feel rushed. The atmosphere is so laid back and everyone acknowledges you and makes you feel comfortable. I am in love with my hair, it looks and FEELS amazing- even after going from very dark to very light. I cannot recommend Kristin enough, her personality is great as well!

So I had made a big mistake and given myself not only a home haircut, but also self-cut bangs. You can imagine what Angel had to work with. She really took her time and cleaned everything up though, and I'm so happy with how my hair looks now. I went from looking like i had to cut a massive piece of gum out of my hair to having nice, even, intentional-looking curtain bangs. Plus she trimmed all my split ends without taking too much off and layered things up in the front so there's a gentle transition from my bangs to my full length. Plus she did it all at a steal of a price. I strongly recommend this place! You're safe in Angel's hands!

Ms.Joanne did an amazing job. Small little spot in Martinsburg, prices are great, atmosphere is pleasant. Definitely going back for highlights. I felt like a priority not just a customer filling someone's pockets. Great music, & friendly staff.
