Frances is a superb stylist whom I have been seeing for my haircuts since 1987. I have medium/fine, wavy hair which she cuts using my natural wave, or curliness, whether short or long, to fit my desires or match the current fashions. The salon is always clean, sanitized, comfortable, relaxed for young or old customers, male, female, to visit. Frances keeps her rates competitive for all customers. I recommend Frances.

I came the first time for a cut but not enough was taken off $35.00 When the hair is blown dry in the salon it always looks different than when I wash it and try to work with it. I went back a week later to have more cut off another $35.00 which wasn't fair since it had only been a week. I told her I wanted my hair the length of my neck she cut it short at the hair line and left it long above that. Again blown dry hair looks better than when I try to do something with it. My hair looks like a bowl was used to cut it now that is grown out some it looks like a box was put on my head. She left it too long on top and now it is droopy another $35 I do not think so. I would like to know what you were thinking since it took you less than a half hour for both cuts
