Went today for the first time, and the staff were very friendly, but the massage wasn’t good. Any time I get a massage and can’t wait for it to be over, I know it’s a bad massage. I get massages often and it just seemed like the guy I had was not trained at all. He did things that I know a qualified person wouldn’t do. 3 stars because everyone was nice, and I liked the ambiance. I’m not sure if I just got the wrong person, but I doubt I’ll return to find out.

I can recommend the foot massage here! Making a reservation in advance worked out so well. The staff was good at their jobs and quick moving you through the facility. Clean place with a frequent visitor punch card.

I only got a chair massage , but I would definitely try them again to see how well the do with an extended table massage. The place was clean as well.

Previously had a good experience. This last visit went for combo with 90 minute full body. Asked for medium and gender of worker didn’t matter. The gentleman was so hard and rough handling me I had to ask 3x during the massage to ease up a bit it was not pleasurable at all. Here 5 days post massage and I’m still taking ibuprofen and Tylenol around the clock to help with pain in my left shoulder and neck. My assumption is because I have a bigger body he thought he could be a lot harder on my back. At certain points he was applying all his body weight via his ELBOW into my body. I’m sitting up now at 4am on a Thursday trying to apply icy hot patches because I’m in so much pain. Never again.

Was in town for a trade show and woke up with tight shoulders. Was able to schedule an appointment at last minute and massage was excellent.

I have been to this location several times. Customer service is always on point. The establishment is clean, and pricing is fair. You can never go wrong with the couples massage. I always seem to get the correct pressure desired until they proceed to hit me with that forearm. 😲 It always gets a painful reaction from me. Other than the peoples elbow, that sometimes rains down on me. It will stay as my go-to spot to just relax and rejuvenate.

I visited this place for the first time and I was ready for round 2 before I left. The environment is so inviting and perfect for the occasion. We arrived prior to our appt time and were taken right in. The entire experience was amazing.

My wife and I chose this spa for a couples massage and were not disappointed. We have had couples massages before, but this was the best experience we have had yet. They were very thorough and made sure to work out any problem muscle or joint that needed some therapy. We highly recommend the reflexology services, just be sure to communicate any injuries or mobility issues prior. Again, highly satisfied and will be back again.

Honestly the single best swedish massage I have ever gotten. Pressure was great and she worked out a fair number of knots.

I love the service from David and Sam they are amazing. My disappointment is the card system. By now you should be able to keep tabs in the system by now with using the customer number, the same way you can track the last person that delivered the massage. I come here several times a month and should not have to keep up with a paper card. I was denied stamps due to me not having the previous cards. I hope you are able to create a better experience for the stamp card system. Thank you in advance.
