My moms experience going to Leilani's: So I am not high maintenance and most of the time I go to leilani Gomez to do my hair. So I go and tell her to do my hair as I am transitioning to gray. I already have 4 or more inches of growth. Easy for a hairdresser, right? Wrong! I spent 4 hours most of which I spent under the hairdryer. At one point I told them that my brains were getting fried! and I myself put my head out of the dryer. At the end she cut my hair all crazy and had told her I didn't want my hair cut nor styled because at this point it was dark and I wanted to pick up my grandkids. Her response no I want to see the finished outcome! Of course she puts that into the bill plus I leave her a tip to boot it! Yeah lesson learned!

my experience was amazing at Leilanis best customer service and great prices! my hair came out exactly like I showed Leilani in the picture! :) I was even provided a keratin treatment for my hair and now my hair is soft and strong! everyone there is super friendly and caters to all your needs. Also very clean and beautiful inside! EVERYONE SHOULD GO GET THEIR HAIR DONE AT LEILANIS

My hair is ruined! Went in for highlights I got fried hair. My hair is still braking I can't comb it. I let the owner know all I got was 1 conditioning treatment was promised a call back to get a few more and some product to help. I DID NOT GET A CALL! If you love your hair like I do DON'T GO THERE!!!!!!!
