Uneven hair cut

Need to invest in larger towels to cover your clients back when washing hair. Mine was the size of a washcloth and my back got soaked. I had 2 layers on (soaked thru both) this is a pic of the outer one. Came in with a cold leaving with pneumonia. Couldn’t stay for the haircut cause I was freezing. 10 degrees outside. Stylist was accommodating and apologetic. Hair color turned out great. Last time tho

Today I had an appointment with Colleen B at the Patchogue lemon tree. She did an amazing job on my cut and blowout she was so gentle and she had a great personality.The price was great too. I definitely will be booking with her again.

Lemon Tree was always my go to. Hate to write this, but i am so truly upset. I decided to treat myself and make an appointment for a partial highlight & wash a blow dry. Had a 9:15 appointment that I made sure to be on time for. Wasn't even acknowledged for 30 mins. Then it was a rush, with no clue why I was there. Tried to color me while doing someone else's hair. Then left me under the heater for almost an hour, without checking on me one time to check on color. Of course I had harsh lines from foil and the color bled leaving me with orange and a different array of colors. The foils literally were falling out as I sat and waited, along with chunks of bleach dripping down, all while she chit chatted and a customer, French braiding her hair. Can't even wear my hair pulled back because of the harsh line in front. And when I asked her about the mistakes, she said "I don't think you'll notice it that much when it's dried".. well, I did! Never been so disappointed. She even missed a whole chunk of hair that I had to cut myself when I got home. Wasn't going for a tye dye look for the funeral I am attending tomorrow. I'm sorry but just wanted to warn people about Jackie. For a cut perhaps, but if you're thinking of getting any color.. please reconsider.

I go to Amanda she is very talented. I enjoy going there everyone is very friendly Update. I been going a long time to lemon tree. The ownership has changed over and I still went to Amanda. Well I had an appt just this week that I needed to change by one day. I called and rescheduled the appt and hung up believing it was with Amanda. Come to find out I called when Amanda left and they never told me she was no longer there. Ok so you thought you had me but I did find out before my appt time I called to cancel I told you why I was cancelled and you then precede to tell me I don't have an appt on the calendar. Come on I wasn't born yesterday you were going to have me come in and think I would just go to someone else. Not gonna happen I wouldn't use a business that is run by lies and sneakyness

Place is really big and nice, I did have to wait a bit but it was alright with me. The lady who did my hair did an amazing job and made my hair feel so nice afterwards. And the cut is amazing I love it so much yall should def check this place out and the price was much lower than other places

Do not go here. I have been all over U.S. and NEVER went into ANY store as filthy as this one. The broken register screen and ancient keyboard were covered in layers of years of dirt film. Gross. Bathroom was disgusting. Girl cutting my hair looked really down and out. I was going to leave but the dirtiness wasn't seen immediately and she asked me to sit. She scrambled & rushed through the haircut. My hair is crooked! The style is Not what I asked for. I wanted a wash and Blowdry but 4 customers were coming & waiting. She said she had no time for me. I was still charged full price. Store ugly and very Retro inside. I had a 0 as far as a nice Salon/pampered feeling.

I just got a haircut by Jackie Bee at The Lemon Tree in Patchogue. I asked Jackie for her hair cut suggestion and she did a great job! I love the cut and the blow dry style!

jackie b is amazing and the sweetest. she washed, trimmed and french braided my already layered hair and by the time she was done, you wouldn’t even have known i had layers, that’s how good it looked! lemon tree has such a friendly atmosphere and i felt so comfortable the second i walked in. i definitely recommend jackie and lemon tree. i will for sure be coming back.

Stopped in today, east patchogue no acknowledgement just sat for 20min..not even a look over like it will be awhile ..hi what do u need, nothing...maybe worth more money to be treated like a human

Amanda is terrific. My first experience with her was when she corrected a dye job gone wrong. The place I was going to couldn't fix it after 3 tries, but Amanda fixed it immediately! I've been going there ever since.

I think we all know to set our expectations low but I thought with the rebranding I would’ve had a better experience. My stylist was friendly but distracted by her phone and there was a filthy wax warmer in plain view. I wouldn’t go back to this location. With that being said, $25 for wash, cut and blow dry can’t be found anywhere else. Update: I did get a lot of compliments and my blow dry came out the straightest it has been
