Went here for first time. Mel Baker was phenomenal. It was affordable and Mel Baker was phenomenal. She spent over 5 hours on corrective coloring and she was professional, patient and very knowledgeable. Will DEFINITELY be going to her again

Megan at Les Cheveux is so talented! My husband and I have had the pleasure of having Megan do our haircuts and color treatments for the last 2 years - ALWAYS with Excellent results. She's very personable, professional, and highly-skilled!! The salon itself is clean, modern, and in a good location to other local restaurants and shopping. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND contacting Megan for any of your hair styling needs.

Even from my first call Karen was snitty with me on the phone, explaining to me that "she's an expert." when I asked the largest size perm rods she had. I went in for a beach wave/body wave service. After very specifically explaining to the stylist how to work with the growth pattern of my hair. We went to shampoo it and she got into a shouting match with the other person in the salon, tellng her to, "Get out of my space and go deal with your customer, you've been in my space all morning." They went back and forth really unprofessionally. Next, she started rolling my hair in a diretion I did not want her to: underculrs along the back, which would result in a kentucky waterfall. NOT what I wanted. I wanted beach wave/ body wave curls, not poodle curls. I explaind over and over I did not want under curls and I did not want curls toward my face. After rolling about half my hair agressively and saying over and over that she usually doesn't take customers who give her instructions, and how she was making an exception because I was "so sweet". About halfway through she said she wasn't doing my hair to which I flatly say "okay". She keeps rambling on and on about how she was "doing my job" and at a point ripped at my very healthy hair really hard. I asked her to please be careful, and said she did not need to keep explaining, and that I hoped that she had a better day, but to please be careful and not hurt me. My scalp is still throbbing from where she yanked at me. If you're so dysregulated that this is how you act at your job, you should not be in the service industry. Shouting at someone that you're a professional and then acting like this was just so uncomfortable. I will never go back this place. It had so many great reviews I was hoping to have a new favorite salon. Karen asked me to tell 10 friends - so I guess that's what I'm doing. I'm absolutely shocked.

My hair is choppy and I’m spending my evening having to clean up the line. Asked for a trim on a blunt cut. -My appt started about 20min late (due to software update?) and it wasn’t in the books. - I was in the chair for maybe 30min including quick wash, cut and partial blow dry. - My hair was still damp when I left - the styling was using a hair dryer brush. ** when I got home and my hair dried, I saw how choppy my trim was. I would have asked to have it cleaned up if I had seen it well. I didn’t even get a 360 view - it all felt rushed.

This review is for Erica, Tricia and the whole team of Les Cheveux salon. We just moved into Oro Valley 2 weeks ago and I am searching for a good salon. I am so glad I came to Les Cheveux salon. It is a one stop shop for me where I can have my nails and hair done at the same location. Everyone who works here was very friendly, especially Lori at the front desk and Ms. Lisa, the owner, to whom I am so grateful that I took her recommendation to make an appointment with Erica for my nails and Tricia done with my hair. Erica is amazing. She had done a 5-star service with my nails. I like how she took time to work on my nails. Some (NOT ALL) nails tech in hurry to work on nails to get more customers (previous experience). Erica not only does a 5-star job, but she is very caring too. I am so glad I made appointments with her. I highly recommend Erica if you need any manicure pedicure done. You cannot get it wrong. She goes above and beyond and does her service with care. Tricia did a wonderful job on my hair. I only colored my hair once in my 40 years. I like how Tricia listened to my concern. I also appreciate her after care advice. I highly recommended Tricia; she is by far the best for any hair service.

This review is for Val Garcia because she is amazing! Her attention to detail and making sure you get just what you want is unmatched. I went in nervous about getting highlights and left feeling like a million bucks with my movie star hair. I've also had my hair cut by her (on a separate visit) and can say that she knows how to handle curly hair - IYKYK!

I love this salon! I highly recommend Stefanie! She's great and she always make sure my haircut/style is the way I like it. The salon itself is very clean, spacious and has a lot of natural light, which I love. I have only been going here for about a year but I have been extremely satisfied every single time I have gone here.

I've been to Lisa at Les Cheveux Salon for haircuts & she has always understood what I wanted & gave me great cuts! The last time I was there she gave me the best bodywave after looking at a couple of pictures! Not only does Lisa have fabulous experience cutting, styling & all things hair, she absolutely understands people. She listened & asked great questions to interpret what I wanted. Lisa is an exceptional hair styist: she's knowledgeable, professional & very easy to talk to. I highly recommend Lisa at Les Cheveux Salon, no matter what type of hair you have & what you want!

Megan is the “barber” for men’s style cuts, she came in on her day off to give me a haircut for a wedding and responded within a few minutes of texting her. She gave me a great haircut. This is definitely a salon and not a barbershop but the vibe was comfortable and the salon was very clean and well kept. Would definitely recommend.

Bride's Mom panicking & Wow! They calmed me down, said Don't Worry, We'll get your daughter in! & They did with less than 20 minutes notice! They even squeeze me in for a wash, trim & blow dry. I never recommend searching for a last minute Bridal Hair & Make, But if it happens these folks were AWESOME! I can't Praise & Recommend them enough! THANK YOU, Mother of the bride

I absolutely love Mari at Les Cheveux! I have been using her for years and I bring my son to her as well now. Mari is a great listener, patient, and very dedicated to her craft. She has a special talent for color and highlights! I have long curly hair so my needs are very specific, but she always achieves the exact look I want. I don't trust anyone else with my hair!

I love Mari at Les Cheveux I highly recommend her. I've been going to her for years now since she started her career as a cosmetologist. She is the only one I trust with my hair as I have long thick curly hair and I've gotten nothing but complaints for having to much hair. Mari you can show her a picture and she will do it as is if not even better.
