I just visited here on Sunday for the first time. I received the best pedicure I have ever had in my life (and I get them regularly) ! Nancy did an amazing thorough job. The salon was beautiful and so clean. I will definitely be going back !

I’ve been going to this salon for a year and the SNS dip powders do not always match the sample nail. There’s been several times I’ve selected a color from their sample nails and received something way different. There is a nude pale pink color that I’ve asked for twice but got a bright bubble gum pink with silver glitter instead that wasn’t even close and a color I would never pick. I’ve since learned not to ask for that color, plus several others. About 50% of the time I end up with the color I asked for, the other half it’s not even close. Most recently, I got my nails done for a black tie gala for work that was the same day. My gown was dark forest green, so I selected a color that was similar but darker - so dark green it was almost black. Instead, I ended up with nails that were a much lighter ocean blue-ish green that I would describe as teal. The color was going to clash terribly with my dress. I don’t normally complain but the color was so different I had to say something. The nail tech argued with me and said I picked that color. I’m not crazy, so I asked her to bring the sample nails over. She pulled the exact color I picked and then held them side by side. At that point even she was confused because they were so different. I felt bad for her, she didn’t do anything wrong, she just grabbed the jar with the corresponding number (for the record, I saw that they matched - it’s Amazon number 05). She got the manager involved because she didn’t know what to do. The manager’s solution was to use a gel polish over the SNS manicure that still wasn’t the color I wanted. When I pointed it out, the manager told me they didn’t have the color I selected from the sample nails they gave me. If they had told me that I would have just asked for black. I knew the gel polish wasn’t going to work on SNS, but at that point I could tell they were in a hurry to get home so everything was done quickly and sloppy - I had gel polish all over my cuticles and skin when I was rushed out of the salon. I figured the gel polish would at least last through the event that night. I was wrong, the gel polish started peeling from the sides and cuticles as I was taking a shower. By the time I dried off half the gel polish was gone. It was such a disappointment to pay $115 plus tip to have to argue about the color being completely wrong, and then have them charge me extra for the gel polish which was also the wrong color and peeled off in hours, not days. I had to show up late to an important work event because I had to redo my nails so they looked presentable. Thankfully, I have a UV lamp and a clear gel polish I could use to make my nails presentable because they were dull, scratched, and uneven after the gel polish peeled off and I didn’t have time to have the manicure redone. After all that extra time, stress, and money I was left scrambling to fix a manicure that lasted less than 4 hours and was left with ugly nails clashing color with my dress. Of course my least favorite person noticed AND made a comment. I will never return to this salon.

Literally - the absolute best nails I've had in atlanta ever (atl native) Gigi did the nails pictured. This is not even painted and I would've been happy leaving like this 😆🫶 they also stay on FOREVER

This is the 2nd disappointing pedicure experience. The tech lacked integrity of craftsmanship no real desire nor effort to give a relaxation. Definitely will not pay for poor service and a pretty aesthetic!

I had l the most painful and unprofessional manicure of my life. The tech was sloppy and rude when I told her it was hurting. She refused to shape my nails before putting the acrylic on because she was rushing and the shape after was a mess. It looked like a child did my nails. The manager was impature, rude and dismiss. Thank goodness another nail tech was able to fix most of the horrible work. Very disappointing since I am a long time customer.

Best nail salon around! I have been multiple times and have always been very happy with my outcome. Attentive staff and usually no wait time. The prices are also very reasonable.

Don’t get your nails done here. Bad customer service. The guy who did my nails was in a rush the whole time and didn’t pay attention to detail. My nails are all different shapes and I paid $70 for this.

With all the nail places in our neighborhood, I was not impressed with this one. The girl doing my nails was extremely distracted and I told her I did not want my SNS really thick and I hate them. Can’t wait to get them off the woman doing my toes, completely rounded my toenails, who does that? That will bring you ingrown toenails and I couldn’t see what she was doing or also would have stopped her. I also don’t know what kind of nail polish they used on my toenails because when I tried to remove it with regular nail polish remover , it was very difficult to get off which in most cases would be a positive but not when you just want to take off your nail polish and can’t

Obviously cleanliness is a priority when getting your nails done. Les Main keeps everything tidy around the salon. Their chairs are like new and have massage settings that are really pleasant. The staff is friendly and accepting. Definitely a great addition to the plaza

Really good pedicure- two massages (scrub and lotion), and not short ones either. Also very pleased with the SNS manicure. One of my pet peeves is when manicurists clean up the nail bed/cuticle after doing the dip, so I was glad that they did it before here! I also liked that they did a dip top coat instead of a gel top coat (which always peels early for me). Not fast but that’s because they weren’t rushing. Maybe ~$10 more expensive than the nearby (also good) Unique Nails, but worth it if you have the time.

I just paid almost $100 for nails that look nothing like what I asked for. She did a good job filing and applying the SNS, but I fully asked for pink nails, chose SNS color 122 which was a bubblegum pink, and walked away with just translucent shiny nails that I could have painted myself for $5. A waste of money and disappointment since they’re my birthday nails.

I have been here around 10 times and the team has always been kind, professional, and caring. Today I just came in for a polish change, and my nail specialist asked if I liked the color I picked out after he painted a few toes. He was right to ask-it was way too pale. He offered a few suggestions and I am much happier. Thank you!

Worst experience ever $70 pedicure hust for gel to peel in 2 days and the acrylic nail to break. When i come in to get it fixed they say they are not responsible. And try to make me pay for a nee toe acrylic. Yells at me and says i dont understand and that the manager can do nothing and he does not care. Nice looking place ran by belittling manager who does not care for his customers. They are sitting in chairs watching tv and turning paying customers away.

Love that you can make appointments on the weekend! Amazingly clean and a great mani/pedi with gel that lasts me significantly longer than most salons. Only downfall is the parking lot, give yourself a lot of extra time to find a spot, especially on the weekends.

Came here for two gel manicures and pedicures for my friends birthday and we really enjoyed ourselves. The staff is kind and attentive. Because there’s a bar in the building we got drinks before coming in and we had so much fun. Definitely recommend. I ended up getting a full set and baby she really executed it well. A must try.

Had a great first experience (the nail tech took her time and nails came out great - the only reason for 3 stars). However, this time around nails were RUSHED. I was also overcharged (upset with myself for noticing late (it’s the next day) but I was charged an extra $10. Gel mani is 40 + chrome $20, but was charged 70. Then I also left a $12 tip (didn’t notice the incorrect total) which is a lot for what I received. I won’t be returning but I do suggest those that go to find your “go-to” nail tech and stick with them as I loved my nails the first go round and they lasted for weeks. Also to make sure you’re being charged correctly 🙂

I can't say enough about this salon. Consistently the best value for my money that I've experienced. Such friendly staff, from the front desk to the technicians (many of whom are artists with the nail art they can do!). Not only do my manicures consistently last longer than any other salon I've frequented, no one at this salon throws shade at me if I come in to have my nails taken off to give them a break. I feel valued as a client of this place, which is a rare experience.

I have consistently gotten incredible SNS manicures here that last for up to a month with no chipping or weird growth. The nail techs are so kind, and the vibes in here are incredible. (Also the only place my nails never bleed, so I call that a win!)

Never again. A few of my gel nails chipped after just a day, so I went back in to get them fixed. As he was removing the polish, the guy completely ruined my strong nails. Literally filed a hole in my thumbnail and made my pinky nail super thin. Just kept filing away (not buffing like you should do). I was so upset, I asked him to stop and left without fully removing the rest of the polish. I was better off removing the rest at home. Because he filed a hole in my nail, now I can't put any polish on or risk an infection. All before the holidays when I was really looking forward to having nice nails. I'll never come back here

So disappointed, $85 down the drain. This place is not what it used to be. It’s been 4 days and my nails are lifting. The nails are uneven and are all different sizes.

This place is very clean and staff is detail oriented as well as exceptionally nice. They have a great selection of polish colors. I suggest an appt but they’ve taken me as a walk in during the weekday. Lots of parking too. My favorite place!

I paid $40 for a gel manicure plus $12 for a very simple design (not including tip) just three days ago. My cuticles already look like trash despite me moisturizing frequently plus the gel polish is already peeling away from almost every one of my nails. There are many better nail salons in the area for a better price.

I wanted to like the Monroe location beside Trader Joe but the quality is awful. I got SNS & not even 24hr a later my nail broke. When I looked at my nails they were thin as gel polish. I called & complained & they fixed the broken nail. A week later all my nails had cracked, all of them. The quality is so cheap. I have been wear SNS forever & I’m so disappointed.
