I was in this week with my kids for a gel pedicure. It was a waste of money and time the guy couldn't get me out of there fast enough. It was more like a express pedi but still charge full price. He did a horrible job.

Staff was rude and rough with my nails and cuticles. They appeared rushed and bothered by my scheduled appointment. My very basic design came out messy and unprofessional. Then charged me $50 for the awful experience. Would not recommend.

I had went here because it’s on my way home from work and I didn’t want to wait until Monday. It was bad from the start. I was told to wait 30 minutes, okay which was fine. The guy started yelling at the person he was working on…. I should have left. Then he gets up and walks out still screaming about the lady. Very rudely told the lady how much to pay. Okay. Now it’s my turn. 🫣 He asked what do you want? I told him I haven’t picked out the color yet, he handed it to me. So I’m thinking I can do this. I deal with worse at work. I pick out my color and then he tells me that it’s $15.00 more I’m like okay….. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Things were going okay, the guy started to calm down. Then the lady came and sat down next to the guy and the guy from up front sat down next to me. Then they both started complaining about people who bring things from Pinterest and they want all this and then that’s when the guy who was doing my nails said that’s why I charge $15.00 extra. So we were done, so I’m happy….. Here’s where I wish I never went. My mail broke the night of and it broke all the way down to the nail bed. 😔🤦🏼‍♀️ so needless to say it hurts. Never happened to me before and now I have to wait for it to grow out so I can get them done again. So beware of this place.

This place is going down hill! Came by yesterday Tuesday March 19th at 5pm and the place was closed. Came by again today Thursday March 20th just before noon and the woman told me she was the only one working today and taking appointments only. No problem, I scheduled my appointment for 4:15pm and now I'm writing the review at 3:53pm because the place is closed!!! No sign anywhere stating closing early and their business hours state Tuesday through Saturday 9am to 6pm, closed Monday and Sunday! I'm done with this place, wasting my time and money. Good luck to others and keep in mind they close whenever they want!

I LOVE this salon more than any other one I've been to in Albuquerque. Unbelievable friendly staff and my manicure and pedicure are perfect. Maggie is so professional and friendly. I accidently left her a miserable tip and made sure I went back to compensate her properly. You are my GO TO Salon!

I would always get my nails done here when I visited Albuquerque but never again!! I took my granddaughter in for a manicure and polish and they refused to do it. They started speaking in Vietnamese then the man said I’m sorry but we have appointments already set (mind you there was only one person getting her nails done) so we can’t today. I wasn’t asking for free service I was going to pay the rude people but oh well it’s their loss because they have lost a customer due to the rude employees there!!

The worst costumer service ever! She was rushing to do my nails as she was late for my appointment and had another appointment waiting to be seen after me s so she was rushing my set and when I wasn't happy with how they were coming out she told me she didn't have time to be changing them and kept giving me dirty looks. Needless to say no tip and will not return and i suggest no one else go there either. They're very rude!

Worse customer service ever! Arrived 2 hours before closing and we were turn away no customers waiting and the guy was rude with no come back tomorrow. never going back specially after all the negative reviews on this location.

Worst pedicure ever. The two sisters were rude. Didn’t cut my toes until I requested it. My pedicure was done in less than 20 minutes. Will never go there again.

If you want a rushed, sloppy job, this is the place to go. It's not cool when you go to a place that does feet and you leave there feeling like your feet weren't even "done".

Rude and unprofessional. I went in for a foot massage and told me he was to busy for a foot massage after I made an appointment and drove in 30 min away. Dirty place and unsanitary. Don't recommend.
