I visited “stylist” Tracie for awhile but won’t be returning. Overtime her customer service skills and dialogue with me would be less professional and caring. Stylist are supposed to make their clients feel special, beautiful, and welcomed. She made depreciating comments about my hair texture and I very confident in wearing my natural hair but she spoke against me wearing it and tried to convince me to wear sew ins because she believed my hair wouldn’t grow when it is my hair is almost down my back. I have been natural since I was 18 and have cut and grown my hair out numerous times. My last appointment which was June 8th and I won’t be returning.

Parrissrose is amazing! She doesn’t just cut and style hair, she listens to what you want done and even gives tips on how to maintain your grade of hair. The environment is completely judgment free which is sometimes hard to find in shops. I definitely see myself becoming a regular.

This is not like the salons we grew up going to. My stylist, Parris, was professional, so positive, educated me so much on my hair. The vibe at this salon is so chill and welcoming. I talked to the owner too and everyone there was nice. My hair turned out great - glad I found Parris bc I had someone else cancel on me right before I went on vacation.

This was my first visit due to following my hair stylist from another location. Love the in between doors and security. Once inside, it's very well lit and elegantly decorative. The environment overall is mid high class. In and out without the commotion. I'm looking forward to going back.

Andrea is a gift. She is professional, approachable, a great listener and deliver services promplty and efficiently. Her shop is clean and well appointed. I went into this appointment blindly -- with only online reviews -- and she exceeded my expectations. I've been natural for more than 23 years with mostly grey hair but wanted something fresh and different. I didn't have to give much instructions because Andrea asked the right questions, listened and nailed my pixie. She also showed care for the health of my hair and educated me on how to maintain and care for it. She didn't have to push a sell or a follow-up appointment. I think she knows her work speaks for itself. And I'm happily onboard as a repeat client.

Had an appointment with Joi for a rod set and she did an amazing job. This was a breath of fresh air because I had to go through having several people who did not know what they were doing. But Joi does! She educates you on how to take care of your hair specifically. I will definitely be back for another appointment.

Y’all! Run don’t walk to Paris. I had a last minute cancellation from my original hair dresser, Paris was kind enough to let me in on her already booked day. She was very thorough, knowledgeable, has amazing vibe and is extremely kind and of course made my silk press a 10/10! Will definitely book again!

Andrea slayyyyyyed my hair!! Never been to a salon before and let me tell y’all...I will be back at least once a month. I feel like a new person. I was beyond nervous and she eased every bit of it! Everyone should go see her at least once! I guarantee you’ll be back!! Easily 5 stars and more!
