This spa is so beautifully decorated and so clean! I really felt comfortable from the start! Lexi was so welcoming! She was informative about the products she sells and the spray tan I was going to receive! It was my first custom spray tan and definitely not my last there!! It turned out so great! I’m a golden warm tan and I feel amazing!! Very happy!

Lexi is very professional and has such a nice clean set up. It was my first spray tan and I will definitely be back. She gave thorough instructions to ensure I’d have great results! I’ve also had a couple facials with Madison and she is wonderful!! You won’t be disappointed with these ladies!

I feel so silly not knowing about this place sooner! They have it all! Not only do they have it all, but Madison and Lexi both have high expertise in each service they offer! I’ve had my brows done (which I haven’t trusted anyone to do in three years) and eyelashes lifted and plan to book a spray tan soon!

I received my first facial ever, the Korean Fire & Ice, with the lovely Madison, and it was the BEST experience! My skin fills rejuvenated and I really enjoyed what this facial offers. I plan on continuing my Korean skin care journey with Madison and excited to explore other treatments! She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and able to customize facials to fit your specific skin needs! Lexington Spa and Lounge is my new favorite place to go!

Madison has the sweetest personality and was full of knowledge and recommendations for my skin type… dry, anti-aging and sun damage. My facial was very relaxing and I noticed results right away! Highly recommended!

This place is immaculate! If you want to get your treatment completed in a place dedicated to outstanding cleanliness and meticulous care this is the place to go. I am very cautious when it comes to spa’s. Many advertising pictures are very deceiving. This was the best I’ve been o! My facial was customized and Lexi educated me on what she was doing and what my best options were. She did not push products or added treatments. That was a big deal as well! I left there with a great facial. I will definitely go back for routine skin care and also take advantage of the red light therapy! 5 Star all the way!

Lexi is amazing! I was a bit hesitant because I have never been professionally “painted”, but Lexi put all those fears aside. I came in for a trial run before my wedding, and I am very pale and she color matched me perfectly! She is professional, made me feel comfortable and relaxed and after my first rinse, my tan looks natural and feels, so incredible! I feel so confident that I’m going to look amazing in my wedding dress next month. Book her now for all your special events and I will be definitely be back! Thank you again Lexi! 😀

Won a free service! I chose the sauna, and it was a wonderful experience, very clean, relaxing atmosphere. All supplies needed were provided. Loved it! I will definitely book appointments in the near future!

I recently visited for a custom facial and I once again left with a smile on my face, and now an added glow! :) Lexi uses top notch products and takes her time to give you an over the top experience. She listens to what your specific needs and wants are and caters to exactly what you’re looking for and more! I was complimented on how my face was glowing and looked so smooth upon entering a store as soon as I left the spa!!! It doesn’t get any better than that!! I woke up randomly one weekend and decided I needed to get a facial that day. Lexie got me in same day and it was absolutely amazing. I got a European facial. I am fairly certain I fell asleep at one point and/or was just that paralyzed from feeling so relaxed. Like I have not been able to relax this much in some time. Throughout the service she provided information about what she was doing, and suggestions for healthier skin as well. Highly recommend coming here for some self care!

Lexi was gentle and has an easeful energy. I did a brow wax and tint that turned out wonderfully. I find that making changes to my usual appearance feels uncomfortable, but she made it easier to try something new.
