Lexxi nails was super clean and nice. I got a pedicure and sns nails. They did a great job and I will definitely be back.

Recently moved to Lexington and found this to be my go to spot! I've gone several times for a pedi, gel, dip, and even acrylic. Everyone is friendly and the attention to detail is on point!!! Prices are very reasonable for the great work they do! Definitely recommend

Unfortunately Lexxi Nails missed the mark on my most recent pedicure. I've given Lexxi Nails and Spa two stars instead of just one because in the past I've had service deserving of more than the one star service I received today. Today I went to Lexxi Nails for a pedicure. When I arrived, a man held the door for me and asked what service I wanted. I told him I wanted a pedicure and he showed me the menu. I asked for the Deluxe package. He asked questions about what I wanted and communicated it to the woman that would be doing the pedicure. He asked me which of the package options I wanted and I told him that I wanted the hot stone massage and showed him the color polish I chose. The pedicure was mediocre at best. The woman giving the pedicure started by using the electric nail file to remove my polish. She hit my skin multiple times, but luckily never drew blood. It's still red now, 10 hours later. She never used the pointed tool that they usually use to clean under the nails and get all the "stuff" out. When filing manually, she rubbed my skin more than once and it was uncomfortable. Again, I didn't bleed, but it hurt. She was very light-handed. The massage felt more like a rub. It was very quick, not lasting more than 10 minutes. In the past at the same salon I've had the service take more than an hour. This one took only 30 minutes. The hot stone massage was completely skipped. She did not use hot stones at all. When she was done, she said "We're finished" and just stood up and walked away. She came back to the chair after I put my shoes on and went to the front. Because I was so frustrated with the quality of my pedicure and that some things in the package weren't done, I let them know when they asked if I enjoyed my pedicure. When I asked the man that had held the door for me if he remembered what package I got, he said that yes, and I asked for the hot stones. I told him she didn't do it. The man that was taking payment only said "I'm sorry" and there was no offer to fix it, to charge a lower price since they didn't do everything, or anything else. They still charged full price for the service even though they acknowledged that I didn't get everything in the package they were charging for. I think the biggest problem at this salon is consistency. As mentioned, I've been here before. I've been going to Lexxi Nails every 6 weeks or so for a pedicure. Sometimes I'll get a great massage, sometimes it'll be very light-handed. Sometimes the pedicure will take an hour, sometimes it's more rushed. It's never consistent. You're always paying $78 for the pedicure (before tip!), even if you're not always getting the same service. I'll start looking for another nail salon. I wouldn't recommend Lexxi Nails because of the inconsistency. While looking at my nails at home, I've noticed that the polish is on my cuticles and skin in some places and doesn't even cover the entire nail in others.

Most horrible experience! Passed around from one worker to the next. No one wanted to service me. Have been 2 previous times; not like they didn’t know me. Wanted my overlays removed and a manicure. I guess I wasn’t important enough. They service 2 other people who came in after me for full overlays, before me. Put me in acetone for 45 minutes! My overlays were already off. Only when I complained did anyone acknowledge me. Felt sick to my stomach from my skin absorbing the acetone. 5 “different “ workers came and with a lot of complaining worked on me for 5 minutes and then left. One was so frustrated she tore my nail vertically into the quick with the file. Left with the most horrible manicure and my hands shriveled from lack of moisture. Won’t be back!!!

Went for a pedicure, the lady had absolutely no idea what she was doing. She should not have been doing pedicures. The whole thing was so painful, she was filing off my skin, she was doing it so haphazardly I began to question whether or not she was even certified. It was so bad. Then I asked for a simple French. she didn’t know what a French was, she kept asking and I had to correct it. It got to the point where I started to get frustrated teaching her how to do French and I just said “it’s fine”. They are so uneven and crooked. I understand that some people have good experiences here, I just think it’s unfair that my $55 for a pedicure is not as good as other peoples $55 and I got this experience.

When I tell you ANDY, ANDY, ANDY!!!! He does it every time. He never disappoints. I get compliments from ladies in the nail shop before I leave never fails. I keep it cute but LUXXE for work purposes!

I visited this salon on 5-8-23. I walked in without an appointment, but only waited about 20 minutes. I wouldn’t expect to be seated immediately, so this was fine. They have soothing music and several large screen tvs to keep you occupied. I chose my gel color and Cindy did my fill and paint. I asked for a rounded nail, since I have short, wide nails that can use any bit of finesse they can get. She was fast but I have sensitive hands and it was very comfortable! I was very pleased! Excuse my almost 60 year old hands😂

Thank you Cindy! She did a wonderful job getting me the look I wanted! I wasn't sure it would happen because the right "gold" was hard to find. But I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did it! A little dip and a little chrome! I love it! The perfect accessory for wedding attire! Had a pedicure as well and it was great too! I wasn't sure what I wanted on my toes but every one was helpful and I really feel these last touches will be perfect with my dress! Thank you Lexxi Nails

I was very disappointed to say the least absolutely no attention to detail. You can see the colors showing through and the whites were sloppy. I wanted a nude base but got a clear one and you can see my nails underneath making them looks tacky. My cuticles got no attention and I paid for the deluxe pedicure and was rushed through it. I sat in the chair for 15-20 minutes while my mom sat for 45+. The reviews gave me hope but unfortunately it didn’t live up to the hype. I don’t recommend unless you have an appointment otherwise they will rush you and jack your nails up to finish quicker.

I’ve been going here for years and recently I have never felt more rushed in my life. They rush the deluxe pedicure, got upset with me for making my acrylic to thick (when they were the ones who mentioned it being thick), pulling my hand around as if I was the one who did them. Then, the gel chipped three times. It’s already a 35minute drive just for the service to of gone down hill. I won’t be back again to get the same set corrected.
