Terrible service! I waited almost 3 hours for Liana to arrive, a total lack of respect and after hours they burned my hair, I have 5 different colors in my hair and my hair is all ripped. On top of that, he wanted to charge me an absurd amount of money for his bad work. they completely ruined my hair . The big scam ever. POR FAVOR NO CAIGAN en lo que venden en redes sociales es triste como me dejaron el cabello debería demandarla por arruinar la imagen de una persona de tal manera

How can you expect a client to come back to you when on the day of the appointment you close your shop and you disappear and you don’t answer your phone at All to let costumer know what happing that is not being responsible and thinking of your client at all

Amazing! Liana and her crew were very pleasant in making sure I left happy. I went in for color correction and replacement of tape ins that was done at another salon and a total mess. Liana and Yeri did an amazing job. The color is perfect. I no longer see the tape ins either. The level of their stellar service to make us look and feel beautiful is 1000%. Thank you! Thank you! AMAZING! Let me tell you, Liana made a MIRACLE happen. I was super nervous, besides the fact that this was my first time getting hair extensions, my fear was that I was going to be told that my hair was too short for extensions (after an hour of driving to the location); but the moment I arrived I was immediately seated and made to feel comfortable. With no hesitation, she said it will absolutely not be an issue and that she has had worked with short hair before. I felt better, but still on the fence, because I had no idea how this process would go. When I say my hair was short; I mean It was almost buzzcut in some parts. As she worked on my hair I was just amazed; I was able to get 20in weft extensions AND bangs and it looked COMPLETELY NATURAL. I WAS SO IMPRESSED. My confidence and self-esteem have been so boosted after this service and she was very professional, informed me of all the aftercare and made sure that I loved the outcome. EVERY BIT WAS WORTH IT. Go to her Instagram page and I'm on there because the transformation will just leave you speechless. After many years of suffering with my hair, I am so grateful to have found Laina. I'll always recommend her 100x and more. Thank you for everything!

I wouldn’t never return to this beauty salon and I truly wouldn’t recommended to anyone. My hair hadn’t been colored in over two years I went there to get hair extensions and my hair colored today as I get my hair extensions maintenance I see how old my hair extensions are they have utilized old ones and sold them to me as new I have a small spot in the back of my head that they completely burned the hair. The fact that I paid over $700 for brand “new” hair extensions and used ones where given to me is unbelievable. I gave give to them twice and every single time your appointment time is never respected I waited over 2 hours for the services to start. HORRENDOUS SERVICE AND SCAMMERS!

I’ve been coming here for a year already and I always get treated amazing by Liana and her employees they make me feel so welcome. I love coming here and I definitely recommend anyone to come here. Especially if you are looking to get hair extensions or color correction. The extensions hair lasted me a whole year, I recently changed my hair color and got new ones reapplied. Quality work and quality hair! My favorite Dominican salon!!! Gracias liana por siempre lucir espectacular con tu trabajo!!!

ME QUEMARON EL PELO ,MANCHARON LA RAIZ ,EL PELO ME LO TROZARON EN VARIAS PARTES DE MI PELO ... El dia 25 de agosto agende una cita con la señora Lians ,con dias de anterioridad incluso me fue confirnada por mensaje de texto este dia llegue a las 10 :00 tuve que esperar 2 HORAS la señora Liana llego hasta las 12:00 sin decirne un disculpa o algo ,entro como si nada . Luego me dice que me siente que que me voy a hacer ,le dije fullhightlights en la raiz ,me dijo ok . Habia un chico al que me querian asignar pero muy insistentemente les dije que no ,que no yo no habia sacado la cita con el ,Liana insistentemente me dijo que el chico trabajaba de maravilla que confiara en ella ,y asi lo hice ,puse mi confianza en que este chico trabajaba y era un profedional COSA QUE NO LO ES ,NO ES UN PROFESIONAL este chico empezo a trabajarme el pelo ,a decolorarme ahi termino ls primera etapa ,y al mismo tiempo trabajaba en unas extenciones ,dejandome ahi por bastante tiempo ,en ese momento me empeze a poner nerviosa por que sentia que habis pasado mucho tiempo y no miraba la decoloracion ,tuve que decirle oye siento calor en el pelo ,a lo que me respindio quieres un pelo amarillo? Senti que estaba mal las cosas ,le puse un mensaje a Liana diciendole que estaba nerviosa que el no estaba prestando la atencion que requiere una decoloraciion ella me respondio ,ya hable con el . Despues de esto empezo a mirar y quitar los aluminios ,y otros los dejaba , luego pase al lavacabezas y yo seguia con los aluminios ,mientras el seguia con la señora de las extenciones ,sentia que no iban bien las cosas ,habia pasado muchisimo tiempo y el no ponia atencion . Luego empezo a quitar aluminios y todo esto ,me aplico una tintura ,VI QUE EL PELO SE ME CAIA A PEDAZOS ,,me angustie le dije a la dueña ,se veian afanados , seguramente mientras lavaban se me cayo muchoooooo pelo , pero siempre me devian que tranquila que era por las puntas maltratadas ,luego vi que la raiz estaba manchada ,les reclame ,siempre con excusas sin sentido .me fui de ahi cansada ,con enojo ,,lo unico que propusieron es venga rl finde semana y te aplicamos un toner para matizar ,por qye el pelo quedo blanco ,el resto rubio ,dorado ,se podran imaginar esa conbinacion tal fatal .Llgo a mi casa y empiezo a mirar que me trozaron pelo en muchas partes . Sobre todo de adelante .EN ESTA PELUQUERIA TE ACABAN CON EL PELO NO SON PROFESIONALES ,OJO ,NO SE TIENTURE ALLI!!!!!!! NO HAY GENTE PROFESIONAL !!!.......

Fuí a este lugar con la intención de que mi cabello tuviera forma en estilo V, le dijo a la persona que me atendió que no quiero perder largor pero que sabía que volumen perdería un poco al verse la forma en V, hice buen enfasis en eso. El la parte más larga de mi cabello me quito más de 8 pulgadas, todo lo contrario a lo que había pedido. Quedé sumamente disgustada con mi experiencia.
