Great massage studio at Ivy Ridge. They always have a spot available even if you are a walk in. Have gotten massage from several different girls and they were all great. Their English is limited, but they know what they are doing for sure. And prices are good too. Go get a massage here.

Had a good session, some parts are a little uncomfortable but over all this is my 3rd time coming. However, just when checking out the lady complimented me on my hair in English. Then the lady at check out felt the need to inform her that my hair was extensions while switching language. Either way I’m not ashamed and would’ve told her but I thought it was shady to switch languages to do so. Be careful who you switch languages around. Some of us speak or understand several.

I have been coming for 3 years and last massage experience was worst ever No respect for appointment time. Masseuse left the room but did not pause the timer while gone to tend to a problem at the front desk. Unfortunately worse than time management was very lackluster massage and use of cold towel on legs which was quite miserable Cannot believe the quality was so poor for a place that usually was more than satisfactory. Extremely disappointed

All new therapists, with the same marginal management. Was asked to try a 4 hand massage, as they had been slow. Avoid this option. Neither therapist put any serious effort into the session, and had an awkward moment towards the end when they said there were 10mins left, but just rubbed legs with fingertips instead of massage. This place used to be professional, and dependable. Kim who no longer works, or manages here was very skillful. Will not return.

I have been coming here for about a year maybe a little more. Facility is clean and the massages are top rate.. I don't know her name but I had a new masseuse this evening the 2nd of November and she was fabulous.

I have been there often since opening. I usually liked their message technic. But haven't been for a month because of my busy schedule. Yesterday I had bad shoulder, neck, and lower back, so stopped by. I'm so disappointed. First I called to check if busy or not and he told me not busy. Therefore I made appointment and told him be in 15 mins. He said okay. But when I got there, he told me to wait in 10 mins. After 15 mins later, she came. She started light massage but I felt it's too long, so told her push stronger please. She said ok ok, but nothing changed..I chosed 90 mins therapy, but I haven't got any massage point strongly. Just rub my skin. Poor communication skills and massage skill in the store. The quality of business has been changed totally.

If you are looking for a fancy spa or professionalism; this is not the place . Nothing again the fancy part ; it is pretty clean and this is the important part . But ; Employees are rude and have no manners , my therapist stoped my massage 3 times because people called the phone or ring the bell ( not even an apology or a word she keep walking in and out ) then I was lay down on my stomach and the massage therapist pull my underwear until my knees and left me totally exposed in this moment another therapy walked in and took over the massage without mention anything ( totally surreal ) they don’t speak or understand English ( have nothing against it ) but I tried to ask her for a lighter massage in some part of my bodies since I had several health issues and she didn’t get it . Instead to be a relax massage I was in a lot of tension . Still a decent massage for the price if you pull a muscle or something no biggie .

I went here for the first time on memorial day weekend and it was purely on a whim. The staff was incredibly friendly and very welcoming. The prices are more than reasonable. They customize the massage to the pressure I requested and also provided hot stones which are tremendous. In all, a very professional and outstanding massage. I will be back.

I requested a specific masseuse for 6 pm, owner said "sure, no problem". While on my way, I called to confirm, owner says she's running behind and I'll have to wait 30 minutes. I show up at the new time, sit around for an additional 45 minutes and a random person comes in pretending to be the masseuse that I requested. Apparently, they must've thought that I lack the ability to distinguish faces. I questioned where the person that I requested was and then told she's not here. The fact that this owner blatantly lied multiple times and wasted my time speaks volumes about her character. Who knows what she does with the girls that she has cycling through her place.

It was a good massage, but they said it was full body and did not massage my feet or hands at all. They never mentioned that they would not be done. I understand it may be different during these times, but I go to get a mani & pedi and there is no problem. It would have been good to even just use gloves. Better than nothing as my feet and hands need it almost as much as my shoulders, back and neck.
