BEWARE!!!! Absolutely HORRIFYING experience. My wife went in for a simple blowout, and they BURNED HER HAIR with a scorching blow dryer. Despite her repeatedly asking them to turn down the heat, she was ignored. When she pointed out that her hair was clearly damaged, they denied any wrongdoing, refused to help, and some staff even laughed. To make matters worse, it turns out that most of the staff here DON’T HAVE LEGAL LICENSES to operate in Florida. This place pretends to be a legitimate beauty salon, but it's anything but. Stay far away from this unprofessional, unsafe establishment!

I love this nail salon! The staff here are exceptional. Daineris, is the wonderful young woman who truly takes care of my nail needs, from my ingrown toenails to a beautiful manicure that lasts two weeks or more. Honestly I am glad to have found this place and Daineris to take care of me for both my manicure and pedicure to the wonderful conversations to pass the time. I will continue to come here and I will continue to see my favorite manicurist and my friend.

I started going to this place and I love it. The service is great, Melissa is my favorite nail tech. Anything you need beauty wise you can have done there. Hair, nails, lashes, eyebrows. You name it. Definitely a wonderful place to get quality work done.

The place is adorable, but the service as usual in Miami is not the best, I had a hair cut on 12/2 with Marnie, it was excellent, made an appointment with Evelyn for next day 12/3 @10.30 am, but she came late, so my appointment was running late, the frondesk lady asked me Are you Evelyn's client?? What the fish, I will never be, I was asked to go with someone else, but it took another 10 min. Nobody update with me the situation, so I decided to leave. That's why owners must be in their business, to solve problems and make happy clients. I had high expectation cuz I know the owner I know how hard she has work for it. Please keep making the difference

I’m giving them this rating because they didn’t prioritize an appointment I had with my recurring Manicurist. We had a set time & date which staff did not abide & double booked. I understand these situations happen but she was rude about the incident, didn’t apologize or acknowledge me. Meanwhile I had to wait around for two different staff members to help me out with my service. Also I was interested in buying a product from them, but they were out of stock. I waited patiently for the product to restock & I was in contact with the owner who said she was going to give me a call when products restocked. I texted a few times for an update & I always got the same vague answer, seemed like she was brushing it off. On my next appointment I saw the product on shelf & I never received a call or message regarding she had received them. The appropriate answer would have been “I do not know when we are restocking just be on the lookout at each appointment”. Unfortunately this was the salon near my new property. But there is nothing a quick drive to a professional & welcoming salon can’t fix. Can’t wait to be treated fairly & decently at a place and leave feeling pampered instead of paying for a service & leaving unsatisfied.

I’ve been going to Daineris for a while now, and she never disappoints! Her attention to detail is incredible, and she always takes the time to make sure everything is perfect. The designs she creates are stunning, and I always leave feeling pampered and happy with my nails. On top of her skill, she’s also so friendly and welcoming—it’s always a great experience! Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone who truly cares about their craft. He estado yendo con Daineris desde hace un tiempo, ¡y nunca me decepciona! Su atención al detalle es increíble, y siempre se toma el tiempo para asegurarse de que todo quede perfecto. Los diseños que crea son impresionantes, y siempre salgo sintiéndome consentida y encantada con mis uñas. Además de su habilidad, es súper amable y acogedora, ¡siempre es una gran experiencia! La recomiendo mucho si buscas a alguien que realmente se preocupe por su trabajo.

My nail tech Daineris was extraordinary ! She was not only skilled and precise, but also friendly and welcoming. She took the time to listen to my preferences and made sure every detail was just right. I left with stunning nails and a wonderful experience. I can’t recommend her enough!

No vayan a este lugar, el servicio es horrible y no son claros con los precios. Lo que promocionan en su instagram no tiene nada que ver con el servicio que ofrecen. No contraten a personas que no saben hacer su trabajo y con actitud de no tener ganas de trabajar. Tengo tanto dolor en los dedos de lo tan corta que me dejó las uñas después de que solo le pedí que las rebajara. Ni siquiera estan parejas. Este lugar es una estafa y un robo de dinero. No vayan ahórrense su tiempo y su dinero!!!!!!!!!! Con respecto al precio pregunté antes que todo y ese no fue el precio que me dieron cuando yo pregunté. Yo me hice refill y pedicure. Además la muchacha cuando estaba alli le preguntó a otra que cuanto cobrara y la muchacha le dijo un precio mucho menos que lo que ella puso en el ticket. El problema no es el dinero, el problema es pagar tanto por un trabajo tan mal hecho, un trabajo sin ganas, si no lo queria hacer me hubiera dicho y listo. Le enseñé el diseño desde que llegué, lo miró, me dijo ok, te voy a hacer los pies primero. ya después cuando iba a mediado de las manos me preguntó que se lo enseñara otra vez el diseño y me dijo que eso no sabia hacerlo. Me lo hubiera dicho desde que se lo enseñé al llegar. Yo tenia la forma de mi uña, le pedi que solo la rebajara un poco porque la forma que me estaba dando era muy puntiaguda y no era la forma que yo tenia y ella me corto las uñas me las dejó demasiado cortas y eso no fue lo que le pedí. Mis dedos me duelen!!! Ese servicio no vale lo que yo pagué, ni siquiera era lo que yo pedí. A eso que ella me hizo no se le llama buen trabajo.

Yo me arreglo mi pelito con la estilista ESTELA,highligths es lo que me hago, ella siempre me deja bella y salgo del salón muy complacida .Tambien me arreglo mis pestañas y las cejas con YISEL,con ella me hago wax,microblading ,es la mejor súper recomendada.

I came here to get acrylics and a pedi. First the price on their site said it was 50$ for both. When I went they did take me in quickly but both the mani and pedi were SO HURTFUL. This lady cut my cuticles so much I was bleeding from 2 of my fingers. She even had to have me wash my hands. Then she proceeded to spray hand sanitizer on my hands as if it wasn’t hurtful enough. after a while of her staring on the acrylic my pinky finger started to swell. I had asked for a certain and very simple design yet it did not look like the picture I showed her. My nails also came out crooked and I had asked for square nails and she left some of them still too thick at the top. When the pedi came she also cut and pushed my cuticles too much and my toe fingers burn really bad too because of the acetone and the nail polish. She also cut one of my nails really crooked (like diagonally crooked.) And she put my feet in really hot water so it hurt even more. When I was going to pay they wanted me to pay 70$ and I told them I texted them about this deal that I saw on their page and they said yes. but apparently “the glittery design I wanted wasn’t part of the deal” yet they never mentioned this, at all. after this she told me it was 65$ (even tho she had said it was at first 70$?) I still gave the nail tech 5$ tip + the 65$ and all this lady did was smile at me (not even a thank you). Mind you the money was not a problem, I paid exactly the amount they asked for I just don’t think the whole process was worth it. She was also disrespectful and even tho it might be funny, she asked me how I was gonna wipe my a$$ (she didn’t talk to me during the whole session, and we never made any joke neither am i close to her, and my nails aren’t even too long). Below is a picture of my nails like 2 hours after the appointment, and also a picture of the design I wanted. I gave them 2 stars because i appreciate the effort but this can’t be right, sanitary, or safe. I’m not sure if I will be going back because this is just the nail techs fault, I don’t know if there are better nails techs there. (also i realized there’s a hair in one of my nails).
