I am a long time member of Lifetime Fitness but only recently utilized their Spa services, and more specifically, their massage services (which, tbh, I have been reluctant to try massage therapy services) . In short, my experience working with Kirsten was amazing...not only is she incredibly knowledgeable and asks really great questions, she made me feel super comfortable throughout the session(s). Equally important, over two sessions, I made huge gains is reestablishing solid mobility in neck, shoulders, and hips as well as she showed me some simple stretches I could do on my own (which have helped me sustain and build on those gains). Kirsten is an amazing massage therapist, easy to work with, and I highly recommend her to anyone who is seeking (or reluctant to seek...like me) help through LT Spa massage therapy.

I had an amazing experience at the Lifetime Spa! From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and attentive. The haircut was exactly what I envisioned, and Dean took the time to ensure every detail was perfect. The spa services were equally outstanding – so relaxing and rejuvenating. The ambiance was clean, calming, and well designed, making it the perfect place to unwind. I left feeling refreshed and pampered. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for top-notch service and care! Ask for Dean!

I only used the salon, but the facility is gorgeous!! Plenty of parking. I saw at least 2 swimming pools (inside and outside). Everyone was very nice, p]and Sarah did an AMAZING job on my hair!

Zoya is an amazing esthetician! Went for a relaxing 1 hr facial with gua sha, and the eminence products she used were wonderfully hydrating. Can’t wait to go back and try the hydrafacial!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this haircut. Not only was my stylist unable to deliver the cut I requested, but her condescending attitude made the entire appointment uncomfortable. Despite my clear explanation of what I wanted, she failed to give me a proper haircut, leaving me looking like a mess when I left. This was a complete waste of my time and money, and I’m shocked at the level of unprofessionalism. Attached is a photo of my hair after she claimed to be finished.

Zareen cut my hair today & I want to take a moment to rave on her. I’m super picky about my hair and this was my first time seeing her so I was a little nervous but wow. Best haircut I’ve had in years. I will be going back to her for my next hair cut. 10/10 recommend 🙌🏼

I am incredibly picky when it comes to receiving Massage / Bodywork. So, I was delightfully surprised to discover Misty Daugherty as ‘my Massage Therapist’ within several months from an out-of-state move. Misty is a Healer. She works with the body as a physical & energetic vessel. She performs Bodywork with a heightened level of sensitivity; which translates into an uncanny ability to hold space allowing trapped energy to naturally unwind. Since my first session with Misty, I feel more settled & grounded, as well as rejuvenated & balanced. Energetically, Misty helped me call back energy that got depleted during stressful life moments. Physically, she helped me reach deeper levels of healing my left shoulder. Her work gently shaved off more residual layers of scar tissue. And I'm close to achieving full range of motion with that shoulder.

I recently moved to Austin from Los Angeles. I have had a long standing relationship with my hairdresser and I was very apprehensive to start over in a new state. A couple of people at work recommended Raphael at the Salon at Lifetime South Austin. I met a lovely man with years of experience in cut and colors who completely won me over. He took me from a safe, borderline boring hairstyle and dark hair color to a sassy, youthful cut and vibrant red color. I absolutely love it. My hair feels soft, luxuriant and I have received daily compliments. Thank you Raphael. I can’t wait to see what you will do next.

People are always surprised to learn that I get my hair done here! But I wouldn’t go anywhere else! When booking ask for Lindsey! She’s been doing my hair since 2019, and I won’t let anyone else touch my hair now!! She is AMAZING. She really takes the time to help you achieve the look you want and is always so pleasant to speak with. I’ve recommended her to all my co-workers and they’ve always left so impressed. She even helped with my daughter to get some fun colors in her hair!! I absolutely love her and will continue to book with her in the future!

Got a pedicure here and I will never get another. My esty barely spoke to me and it felt uncomfortable for me because she looked like she didn’t want to be there. It was NOT worth $55, I expected to feel pampered and have a good service but it was bad. She also wiped her nose on the towel and wiped my legs with it. I’m disgusted and displeased with this place.

Had a massage from Gary and it was the best massage I’ve ever had! He definitely knows what he’s doing and he listens to you. All of my aches and soreness from sitting at a desk all day are gone after an hour with him.

The hairstylist was great. She did a nice job on my color and cut. However- Communication about pricing is not clear. I was misquoted and charged more than I was told. When I tried to talk to the manager I was told that " I wasn't misquoted " and that in every salon there will be additional charges that are not directly stated. This is quite a different experience than I have had at other salons, where the price is clearly posted and any additional charges are verified before proceeding. I was offered a gift card to make up the difference which is appreciated but I will not be returning.

Great group of people! I have gone to Myrah since day 1, and she rocks! She is warm, friendly, and funny, which is great, but most important, she's phenomenal at what she does. In the past I've used stylists that don't listen as you express your desired look, then do their own thing. I've also had those who, when you ask them for a recommended style, seem to revert to what you came in with instead of something new. Myrah has some great ideas when asked, and really listens when you know what you want. As a side point, she does some amazing makeup and hair for fashion shoots. Alyssa is awesome too! Though I've never had a chance to have her cut my hair, she did an amazing job on my sisters and mother for my wedding. I know they raved about her. And on a personal note, truly as sweet as they come! I haven't had much experience using other services, except for massages from Lilah, who was THE best massage therapist I've ever been to. (not there anymore though) Overall, it's always a great experience when I visit.
