This was my first time at LifeTime spa and it was amazing! The service was great and Cassie did an amazing job on the facial! It was relaxing, comfortable, and well worth the visit. I definitely plan to visit again!

Got the best wax from Camryn today!! She makes you feel so comfortable and taken care of! She’s also talented at custom facials and hydrofacials! I asked for a 1/2 inch off and she cut 2 inches, I asked for a taper and she buzzed the entire sides, save yourself the money and hair and go somewhere else

Horrible experience at their hair salon! A stylist who refused to listen to my needs and instead preferred to do what she thought was right.., basically made my hair look flat and limp. They need to hire profesdional stylists who listen to clients rather than exude the 'know it all' attitude!! SMH DIDNT EVEN RESPOND 4 YEARS LATER

My first experience few months back with Natasha was great best facial for the price. Today the fire and ice was done by another esthetician at LifeSpa not my cup off tea. I would not do that again waste of 140 dollars. Mani pedi was good. Adding to this a day later the so called fire and ice facial has no effect the very next day. It total waste of money It justburns your face does nothing to even last a day or two.

I've been a member of a lifetime gun for 3 years now . About 2 weeks ago decided to have a manicure at their spa . Front desk assistance was polite , and she made my feel comfortable . But what can I say about the nail technician. I expected life time spa to have professional people with experience. My manicure took about 2 hours, but the result was horrible . Cuticles only became worst , she didn't clean the skin around the nail, and she did not apply nail polish good or properly . Also I would prefer if nail technicians worked with gloves or at least used hand sanitizer. That day I did not have time to complain or ask them to re do it , so I just payed and filled out the form about my experience. I said that I didn't have a good experience and I asked them to give me a call back . Well I waited 2 weeks , no one called me . Even though the gym is amazing , I can not recommend their manicure service. I expected more of them:(

Alicia was amazing if you're considering a massage! Highly recommend!
