I have been going to Angela for massages since experiencing a pinched nerve in my neck. She is absolutely incredible. She has “ magic hands” and has a great knowledge of the body and anatomy and knows exactly what she is doing. I am so grateful to have found her. Besides that she is one of the sweetest people on the planet.

I received my facial from Noelle who was spectacular and did a phenomenal job. Noelle has a 10-start rating for me. My three stars is for the experience I just had over the phone with the receptionist .I was aware that lifetime was doing a special for half off on lashes. They told me after April the price would be $115 for classic lashes. I ended up booking my appointment for next week and when I book the appointment the price was showing $57.50 which I also received an email confirmation showing the pricing. I got really excited as I thought maybe lifetime spa extended their sale, and I just got off the phone with the receptionist and they tell me no It's going to be $175 for classic lashes which is wild because I was told the normal price would be $115. Disappointing having to cancel my appointment as I was getting my lashes done before going on vacation but I don't feel comfortable paying $175 when I was told it would be $115.

Went in for a trim which was good but asked for my hair to be braided instead of blow dried and they charged me $20 for it without letting me know before I asked for braids instead of a blowout, I feel like I shouldn’t have been charged extra if I omitted the blowout, if I had known I wouldn’t have gotten the braids. Also while I was getting the braids 2 other stylists came around and were making comments about how they didn’t envy my stylist and how horrible braiding is, uhh okay thanks I’m sitting here? Ended up paying $100 for a trim where I was in the chair for less than 30 minutes, highway robbery, wouldn’t recommend.

If you can appreciate a nail technician who will go above and beyond for you. Will treat you like family, will remember what you talked about 3-4 weeks ago and will write you lovely home-made Christmas cards then Jill is your new nail tech! I seriously can't say enough about how amazing her customer service is, she really truly cares about you and your experience. If you need your nails done please go see Jill ASAP.

Absolutely love them. I see Diana and sometimes Jamie for my cut/color services. They are fabulous. They are super friendly and really make sure I'm comfortable and happy with my color. I also highly recommend Victor for massages and Sophie for brow waxes. The app makes it so easy to book and everyone is always punctual.

I saw Cameal for a deep tissue therapy massage and OMG it was intense but the results were incredible. I will be going back next week. If you’re in pain I HIGHLY recommend Cameal.

Kade is an incredible stylist. He's very quick and professional. I frequently give him inspiration pictures that he adapts to my hair type and color. I have also been letting him do what he wants and find new styles I love . I've had color and haircuts for years and I'm always excited to go back to him! Thanks Kade!

Love coming here for my haircuts! I have been seeing Kade for about 2 years and won't see anyone else. I have a pixie cut that can be complicated, and he provides a beautiful cut EVERY time. He is very communicative and explains what he's doing as he's doing it, so I always feel reassured that I will love the result. He's the best! Thank you, Kade!

SHOCKED. Very disappointing spa experience! I am so sad, because the lifetime staff is usually so kind and courteous. Melanie gave me a pedicure and the only time she every spoke to me during the service was to make rude, derogatory remarks. She asked if I’d been “playing in the mud” (completely dumbfounded) before my service and very rudely asked when my last pedicure was. I work outdoors in Colorado with children. Yes, I was aware I needed a pedicure- that’s why I scheduled one. She didn’t even bother to clean my nails and cuticles before slapping on polish, so I’ll be going home to do what I just paid someone else do it. Melanie really gave me such a bad taste for the whole lifetime experience today. I know they can do better.

Did not get what I asked for, waste of money and time. Im not a picky person at all but I asked for big blonde chunky peices in the front of my hairline and underneath with the rest of my hair being brown, even had photos before the appointment to show what I wanted. But she gave me barely noticeable baby highlights in the front and bottom so my entire hair just looks brown. Don't get me wrong it doesn't look bad, but it is not at all what I wanted and I will never be going back here again. Now in order to get my hair fixed I have to waste more money and it has to be damaged more then necessary. I have to get all the brown parts bleached back out that wernt supposed to be colored in the first place.

DO NOT get your nails done here. I was hoping to make this my one stop shop for hair and nails. I’ve gotten my hair done and my daughters here numerous times and it was a great experience each time. I LOVE the gym and the pool but getting my nails done there was a huge mistake. After 2 days they were all chipped and broken. I haven’t ever been disappointed in a nail service like this.

Autumn was the best Massage Therapist i've ever had. She took her time, i did not feel that she was rushed, very thorough in helping to relieve upper back pain and shoulder pain caused from working at a desk for years. She knew how to loosen and workout the painful knots, then at the end she highly recommended drinking natural 100% cherry juice to help detoxify the muscles immediately after therapy(besides drinking lots of water, which is customary).
