Gaby did an amazing job with my lash lift and tint! She helped me pick which level of lift and the color of tint which was so helpful since it was my first time getting a lift! She was very professional and accommodating. The ambiance at the spa is very calming and comfortable.

A Disrespectful & Unprofessional Experience As a diamond-level member at multiple Life Time locations with consistent significant spending at the club for membership, personal training, and spa services annually for the last 5 years, I am beyond disappointed with the consistent lack of respect and professionalism from their spa management and staff. Over the past 2+ years, I have experienced multiple last-minute appointment cancellations (including two within the last three days), zero communication or proactive solutions, and a complete disregard for customer loyalty. When I’ve had to cancel an appointment, I’ve always paid in full and even tipped out of respect for the staff’s time. Yet, when the spa cancels on me — often with less than an hour’s notice — there is no apology, no alternative solutions offered, and no respect shown to a loyal customer. To make matters worse, my messages and texts to management have often gone unanswered, and several staff members have canceled my appointments only to be seen later enjoying activities in the gym. This pattern of neglect is not just disappointing but downright unprofessional and unacceptable. LifeSpa, in particular, has shown zero commitment to providing quality service or maintaining even the most basic level of respect for its clients. It’s become abundantly clear that loyalty is a one-way street with Life Time Fitness. As someone who has referred many new members to this location and maintained a significant financial relationship with Life Time over the past several years, I am appalled by the way I’ve been treated. If you're considering becoming a member at Life Time Fitness Dallas Highland Park or using LifeSpa's services, I highly recommend reconsidering. This is NOT how any customer, let alone a loyal high-spending one, should be treated. The lack of professionalism and common courtesy here is shocking. Life Time, you owe it to your members to do better. Respect, professionalism, and customer service should be at the core of your brand, not an afterthought. If you’re paying premium prices, demand premium service – not this.

Amazing service. From the front desk to the knowledgeable estheticians. Everybody is very courteous. Their availability and flexibility is super convenient They also offer a variety of products including clinical skin care. Highly recommend.

Gaby was really unprofessional throughout my appointment; she was abrupt and harsh with me. I'm really saddened by the idea that such an establishment might employ someone with terrible intentions after reading the comments. It really hurts the company. In order to better assist the clients, I hope they will take action. She had gone out of her way to follow and harass each person who left a review. This is a horrible and sad that there is people like this.

Just wanted to say I had an excellent experience at LifeSpa thanks to Ms. Gaby. To be honest it’s quite embarrassing getting your back waxed, but she was super professional and made it as smooth as an experience could be (no pun intended). She made the experience awesome & I’ll return thanks to her.

Rebekah does an amazing job with my hair! I came to her 2 years ago after someone messed up my blonde and it was super damaged. I have never looked back since sitting in her chair. She has been the easiest, most helpful & talented hairstylist I have worked with. She truly cares about the health of your hair while also giving you want you want. & she is always in for the ride when you want to do something different. 10/10 recommend her to all the girlies. 🩷

This spa has so many talented technicians and professionals! I’ve done lashes with Krystal for 5+ years and her work is perfection. Massage services by Lydia and Kayla are exceptional. Stylist Rebecca is awesome. Great to get all spa services at one great location!

Rebekkah is amazing. I drove to Oklahoma City from Texas for years to have her do my hair. She cares about the outcome and is very attentive. She is amazing at color, long, and short hair (I’ve had them all). My entire family has gone to her. I’m so glad she is closer to me here in Texas. Again, she is truly amazing with a true gift.
