Carla was an exceptional masseuse! Her kindness and professionalism immediately put me at ease, making the entire experience incredibly comfortable. Her extensive knowledge of her craft was evident throughout the session, and I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. It's inspiring to see someone who is so passionate about their work and genuinely dedicated to helping others heal. I highly recommend Carla to anyone seeking a truly restorative massage experience!

This spa is very clean and lovely inside. With your service you have access to the gym for the day including the locker room, sauna, steam and hot tub (no cold plunge at this location). Carla gives phenomenal massages from a therapeutic and medicinal approach helping you regain musculoskeletal and facial balance. With complimentary tea and water enjoyed in the quiet relaxation room and the ability to hit up the sauna beforehand, this is a great option for frequent rejuvenation or casual spa days. Would be amazing if they offered robes to relax in beforehand (I just always bring my own) and had the numerous add ons they offer listed on site. Aromatherapy is complimentary but they also offer cupping, face massage, additional time for hand and foot focus and more!

Chelsea gives the literal best massages! This was a Mother's Day gift and my 2nd massage with her. I'll definitely be coming back to see her. Concierge at the LifeSpa is also always amazing, kind, and friendly.

Lilli is incredibly skilled! She is meticulous about perfecting my nails, which I greatly appreciate because I am super particular about the shape/quality. I just recently had her do the plexi gel and it has helped so much in strengthening my normally brittle and thin nails. I won’t go to any other nail tech now!

I got my haircut in the LifeSpa by Dawn and she did amazing! She listened to my concerns with my super long/thick hair and my questioning how short I can go. She cut about 4 or 5 inches off and did GREAT layering in my thick hair which not a lot of stylists do correctly. I got a k18 treatment too and my hair feels and looks wonderful!

My first time visiting at LifeSpa was great. Staff is accommodating and friendly! Amanda was considerate and very skilled with bringing what I wanted to life. I recommend booking with her for blonde sessions, you will not regret your visit there.

A gym that charges this high of a fee is expected no to have any damaged or non operarional weight machines... at any time. Also, this place is getting way overcrowded lately and the classes I want always require additional fees. $140 a person is not enough?? Stop increasing fees without adding any value. Inflation is hitting us all.

I got my nails done by Lilli and she gave me exactly what I asked for, this is by far one of the most perfect sets I've ever gotten aswell. She was incredibly informative and answered any questions I had about the process and aftercare. Definitely recommend her to anyone wanting something spooky, elegant, or even casual - she'll take care of ya!

I love getting my nail services here! Lilli is amazing and does my gel nails, acrylics, gelX, and dip nails. I enjoyed a relaxing manicure and pedicure recently I definitely will be back again and again! The LifeSpa is located inside the LifeTime Fitness building. Check in at the front desk and then walk around the front desk over to the spa services area. There's a salon, massage services, spa and so much more! Plus access to Lifetime Fitness for the day!

So many great things about LifeSpa! You can get just about everything done here! Hair, Nails, Skin, Lashes, Massage... what more could you ask for?? The technicians are so inviting and if you like being educated on how to take care of yourself at home too, they love educating their clients. So professional as well. I love all the products they use. Overall great place for your spa days

Miosotis at the Life Spa is always incredible. She always does such a great job no matter what services will get with her. Don’t ask me how she did it but she managed to give me beautiful honey highlights and remove the bright purple splat I impulsively died my hair with during quarantine. The spa at Life Time Alliance is amazing! Ive been going to this spa the last 2 yrs and ive had nothing but great experience from nails to hair to facials and massages. The whole staff is amazing! Every time I find myself going to another spa im let down with the level of service and I always come back to the life spa to get the service I’ve grown to know and love!

The staff was great, however, I’m not sure that my highlights were done correctly. It looks kind of uneven and the color looked okay when I got it done but when going under other lighting it looks very bad. I called Lifespa to see if I could get a re-do and the lady I spoke to said it would be $80+ on top of the $150 I already paid which is kind of ridiculous. I would imagine if a customer was not satisfied with their hair an exception would be made, I wouldn’t even mind paying a little bit just not $80.
