The LifeSpa at Lifetime is fantastic. Felicia has been cutting my hair for about 8 years now, and has been wonderful every single time. She is really awesome. Everyone who works there is also great. They always call me by name and ask me how I am every time I go Lifetime. When I first moved to Houston years ago, it took me a few years to find a stylist, but after discovering LifeSpa and Felicia, my search was over. I highly recommend going to LifeSpa :-)

Yadira is INCREDIBLE. I saw her for a prenatal massage at 38 weeks and the combination of massage, aroma therapy and light stretching was everything I needed and more. Can’t wait to come back postpartum!

Felicia was terrific. I have never had my hair this short and was very nervous. I don’t think I made it easy on her with my description of what I wanted. But she was very patient and listened to me, asked all the right questions and managed to give me exactly what I had in mind. Thanks Felicia!

I highly recommend Netha for any facials or eyebrow procedures! She did an excellent job of shaping and waxing my eyebrows, honestly they've never looked this good!!! She is attentive and listens to your questions and answers them with expertise. I will definitely be going back to see her.

My son (he is 10) has been practicing Jiujitsu for a few years now, right before a competition he pull a muscle in his lower back. We went to lifespa to get a massage with Yadira for the first time, she talked to him to make him feel comfortable and asked the right questions to see how everything happened with his back. Besides the massage she recommended some stretching exercises he could do before training. We did that for a few weeks once a week the massage and every day the stretching exercises. We thank Yadira so much for her help, she is professional, she cares for her clients, she is passionate for what she does. Everyone is so nice at lifespa they also have childcare for while you’re there. Highly recommended!!!!

Visited this spa for the first time over the weekend and had a great wash, haircut and blow dry by Karina! The facility is great and reasonably priced. Very convenient hours including being open on Sundays. Highly recommend the location and Karina for your next hair service!

Where to even begin?! Yadira has the hands of an angel! She is an absolute master of her craft. From the very beginning she makes you feel welcome and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and their concerns. She is eager to make you feel your best and really focuses on the tension points. I appreciate that she asks multiple times during a session if the pressure applied is appropriate- there is nothing worse than paying for a massage and not getting adequate pressure!! I have seen Yadira for regular massages, prenatal massages and most recently a post-natal massage which was absolutely divine. I would recommend her (and do) to all of my family and friends! 🩷
