After three years of going to Emily at lifetime spa in Green Valley Ranch, we started a color transition to red. After three months and over $2600 she could not get the color match correct she install the extensions in the wrong location and the extensions that she swore were gonna be way better. Quality were actually much lower quality then my current extensions, and insisted tAfter three months and over $2600 she could not get the color match correct she install the extensions in the wrong location and the extensions that she swore we’re going to be way better. Quality were actually much lower quality than my current extensions and insisted that they only sell Bellamy at that location. I tried to get in multiple times to have my concerns about the extensions address and I was told that she didn’t have any openings. She did get me in to correct the color match which didn’t correct anything it just turned it down just a little bit, but my natural hair was bright, carrot top orange, and the extensions were a completely different color. When I finally came in for my scheduled March appointment and expressed my concerns very professionally and courteously, I was told that she’s the professional and I’m not gonna tell her how to do my hair and she refused service. I asked for a manager, expressed all of my concerns and filed a complaint with corporate, and after weeks of back-and-forth, they stated that salon had rendered services, and they denied me any refund. I have submitted my complaints to all of their social media platforms and have been blocked and I’ve also filed a Better Business Bureau complaint, with how good of a customer I was, and how much money I’ve spent there I am a palled by how I was treated. While sitting in the salon chair, not even 10 minutes after expressing my concerns, Nick, the massage therapist came over and proceeded to stand directly in my personal space in front of the salon. Chair and aggressively speak to me and I had to have the manager of the lifetime fitness have him removed. I am a palled at the lack of Customer Service and unprofessional. Steer clear of lifetime spa and especially green valley and Emily.

Life Spa Summerlin is life changing! Excellent customer service from the moment you walk up to the front desk until you walk out the door. Specifically, Luke & Sonny, are AMAZING. Luke’s massages & his ability to read a room & a customer is instinctual! I leave the massage feeling physically better and mentally uplifted. Sonny is the most genuine and honest hairstylist! He has/is getting me to where I want my hair to be and give me tips and tricks for my journey. I leave my hair appointments feeling confident & beautiful. Sharon F is a great stylist, and wizard with color! She's been cutting and coloring my hair since 2007, when we both lived in the Bay Area. Now we both live in Vegas. I have been red, multicolor and now dark brown. My hair always looks shiny and healthy, and I get lots of compliments. Plus, she is funny.

Sharon is the absolute best! she was the first hairdresser that i went to when i first moved out to vegas last year. she fixed my previous red copper color hair and made it such a beautiful bronde(mix of light brown and blonde) and it still looks very healthy and vibrant. if you go to lifespa definately ask for her. she will not disappoint yall!

Emily is the absolute best! I cannot tell you how happy I am that I found her. When I first called, I asked who was the best with color and they recommended her! At my first session I was very nervous and still wanted to stay a “brunette” but didn’t know what exact to ask for and she listened to me and had a great suggestion and I’m so happy I trusted her! The result brought tears to my eyes. It’s crazy what a change to your hair can do for you! 🥹 You can see the pictures of my first session with her when she gave me halo highlights! I was so in love with this look! As time has gone on I’ve added more color and I’m always obsessed with how my hair turns out! You can see the beautiful transformation of my hair in pictures. Emily is so sweet, talented, and really listens to what you want and I always look forward to my sessions. Whether you want to chat about family/life or you want to sit in the calm and quiet, she always makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Both my mom and I go to her regularly for our color, cuts, and glosses. I promise you will enjoy sessions with her as much as we do!

The longest relationship I’ve ever had was with my hair stylist ! Geraldo has been doing my hair for over 10+ years. I simply cannot find myself going with anyone else. I love leaving my the salon feeling like I could be in a hair commercial. And I cannot even being how Geraldo and Sonny make a great team. Hair extensions where ? Cannot tell because that’s the Shazam glam! I trust them both for all my hair care needs! Definitely recommend.
