Once lifetime app was installed booking an appointment at the life spa was seamless and my session with Melanie was great after a quick assessment she was quickly able to find my trigger points while staying in close communication with me and used the time wisely.

Melanie was very professional and extraordinarily knowledgeable about the massage she was giving me. She explained what she was doing before she did it, as well as, while she was doing it. She gave me recommendations for products that I could use between massages. I will definitely come back to see Melanie and I will recommend her to friends and family.

Le does an amazing job with nails! His dip is flawless and lasts for weeks. It’s never chipped or lifted. My massages with Randall and Stefanie were amazing!! My facial with Laura left my skin looking great and her knowledge of the products was incredible. Brandon does an awesome job with hair extensions! Love my long, full hair!! There’s no where else in town you can get 3 hours of free childcare while getting spa services! I love the LifeSpa!!

Sid is amazing for massage therapy. The steam room, sauna and hot tub are nice. Little known fact — the spa is open to the public!

I get my lashes done here and don't have a gym membership, though the place looks awesome. There's also an outside pool that looks inviting. Everyone I've interacted with there is really nice. I gave it 4 stars because of the parking, which seems to be shared with Quail Springs mall. I have to park a considerable distance from the entrance to the gym.

LifeSpa is a great place for self care. I’ve had haircuts, massages, nails and facials. Any of these choices are a treat. As an added bonus you also get use of the Wet/Dry sauna and hot tub in the locker rooms, as well as access to 2 hr childcare in the kids academy if needed.

Scheduled my first massage. Lauren was fabulous. I asked for a relaxing massage with a firm medium pressure and she nailed it. The room was very calming and the relaxing music at the perfect volume. They nailed it!

In love with this place! From getting my nails done to getting a massage I have never been disappointed. Vanessa did an amazing job and took her time doing my hair to make sure it was perfect! They also carry my favorite skin care line, Circadia!
