I met a very kind woman working out and kept running in to her. I decided to book a hair appointment with her after discovering she is a stylist in the LifeSpa. I had her color and style my hair today and I’m extremely pleased with her work. This place takes care of your kids while you're inside working out. The kids are well taken care of plenty of activities and adult supervision.

The life spa has upscale healthy products that really work and are not available anywhere else in town as far as I know. I love Robin for hair, Cathleen for massage, and for facials

We had a terrible experience here. I’ve been here a couple times before and always loved it, but their lack of transparency on pricing is unbelievable. We spoke to someone on the phone who told us their massage pricing while booking - and then when I was paying they charged me nearly double that! They said it was because she was more experienced, but they need to authorize that before they give you a more expensive treatment. The menu itself is misleading as well, it says a base price and a + sign, and then shows ‘enhancements’ directly below, clearly indicating that the + refers to the enhancements. This is obviously not the case! Any salon I’ve ever been to that differentiates price based on technician experience checks which level you’d like first. The manager promised to make it up to us, and that we’d receive something for the trouble. A month later, we haven’t. I won’t be back and will not recommend this to others.
