10/10 massage. I felt so relaxed and the whole time I kept thinking to myself “wow he really knows what he’s doing and is well licensed.” I’ve had about 5 massages from various centers but this by far has been my favorite massage. Although I had alot of uncomfortable tension, he made sure to relieve the tension in a way that was comfortable for me. I will definitely be returning!

First time at lifted and was able to get in for the Myoskeletal Alignment and a deep tissue the next morning. The Myoskeletal Alignment was amazing. Usually I haven’t been able to get rid of the tension I my shoulders and this did trick. Highly recommended and I think all of the 5 star reviews reflect the professionalism, knowledge, as well as great results.

Highly recommend - Austin brings together intellect, heart and intuition to care for you. It is one thing for a practitioner to intellectually know the body well but rare for a practitioner to pair that with a sharpened intuition and calm nervous system. <3

I had the most amazing experience with Andrea, and I can't recommend her enough! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at ease with her warm and professional demeanor. Her attention to detail and knowledge of skincare is truly impressive—she took the time to listen to my concerns and tailored the treatment to my specific needs. My skin has never felt so refreshed and glowing. Not only is she skilled at what she does, but the whole experience was so relaxing and peaceful. I will definitely be returning and recommending Andrea to all my friends. Five stars all the way!

I loved my experience with Austin. The pricing was fair for the level of service he provides. I left my appointment pain free which is saying a lot as I am accustomed to chronic lower back pain. The setting was lovely and Austin’s strength and deep tissue work was very effective. He gave me exercises to work on strength in trouble areas and was wonderful to work with!

I've had many facials (of different kinds) with Andrea! I've also had many facials at other spas with other estheticians, and Andrea always adds something special and personal to her experience. It's calm, relaxing, friendly, informative, and more! I know that when I schedule something with her, it will be a great experience, and my skin will feel so refreshed afterward. Highly recommend! :)

Austin is great! He helped me feel better and better after each visit, and I really looked forward to my sessions with him. He was extremely attentive to my needs, I always left with a feeling of lightness and relaxation. My only regret is not finding him sooner!

Austin is a miracle worker. I went in with excruciating neck pain and very limited mobility. Austin was extremely knowledgeable in how to alleviate my pain and even gave me follow up instructions for at home. I woke up the next day with almost no pain and almost FULL range of motion. The difference was night and day! Would highly recommend Austin!

Truly the best massage I've ever had! I'm newer to the Columbus area and have had a hard time finding a place to get a massage. I'm younger and have chronic back pain. Most people immediately make (incorrect) assumptions because of this. Austin took the time to ask about my lifestyle and career to best determine how to spend our time. He was the least judgmental person (and by least judgmental, I mean I didn't feel judged in any way). He took the time to get to know me and what I was hoping to get out of the session. He truly worked with me during this appointment. It's been 24 hours and I feel better than I have in months. I cannot wait to go back and continue healing. Booking this appointment was so easy! Upon arrival, he met me at the door and showed me where to go. Austin has done a phenomenal job of creating a calming space. The lights, sounds, and overall ambiance of the space clearly took time and effort and provide such a relaxing and safe feeling. At no point did Austin try and pressure me into adding additional services on or booking again. Because there was no pressure and it was such a great experience, I will be going back! I felt very comfortable during my experience and so validated in what I was looking for. I would highly recommend booking an appointment with Austin!

Was the best massage I've ever had. He listened when I told him about past injuries. He zoned in on areas that were compensating those old injuries. He was very attentive and really personable. I can't wait to go back!

I’ve gotten massages at various locations in an attempt to address pain I’ve had for decades. This was my first time with Austin at Lifted. My experience was phenomenal and I will absolutely be a regular. Austin takes time to ask questions and understand your needs. He uses a variety of techniques, determining which is most helpful for your body. He’s both extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. He adjusted as we went based on my feedback. Afterwards, he took extra time to answer my questions so we could develop a plan for future sessions. The space is very calming, with sound machines and lighting that relax you without being distracting.

Austin is AMAZING!!!! I already knew I was going to get the best massage of my life just by answering all of the questions he had for me. He has such a genuine interest in wanting to understand how you use your body on a day-to-day basis. From there, things just got better!!! I needed a deep tissue massage for some tightness in my upper back from traveling a lot recently, and I couldn’t get over how gentle his touch is. Every other time I’ve received deep tissue massages they seem to end up hurting more than helping; however, Austin possesses such a plethora of knowledge about how the nervous system functions, in conjunction with his passion for helping people feel comfortable in their bodies, that I ended up leaving feeling increasingly better than when I first arrived. I am 100000% looking forward to booking my next massage with him!! 😁😁😁😁

I had the most AMAZiNG deep tissue massage from Austin.. so talented and really knows what he’s doing.. I was relaxed the whole time. He incorporated stretching, pressure points , and just had a great flow overall. Best one I’ve had yet while living in Columbus and I’ve been here for 22 years. He’s truly the BEST !!! Worth the drive/travel in my opinion depending where you come from to see him. The atmosphere is also very on point.. Thanks Austin for being AMAZING!!

I’ve been hesitant to try a deep tissue massage because I worried it would hurt before it helped. Even though I’ve desperately needed one after many years of manual labor, working at a desk job and just overall being hard on my body! However Austin is wonderful and I’m so glad l found his recommendation as it was completely the opposite of that! He is professional, caring and thorough. He helped relieve a lot of tension in my neck and back especially. He is obviously passionate about his work and it shows. I’m so glad I tried it and can’t wait for the next one! Highly recommend!

5 stars isn’t nearly enough. Austin is so incredibly intuitive. I had a deep tissue/lymphatic drainage massage and he’s got a lifer. I’ve had jaw pain pretty much my entire life because I grind my teeth and he immediately knew my right side was worse than my left and I didn’t say a word about it. I don’t even think about mentioning it during massages because I’m just used to it. He also immediately knew I had trouble with my right hip from an accident I had about 7 years ago. Chiropractors, physical therapy, past massages didn’t provide much relief but I walked out of my appointment, with Austin, feeling like I could run faster and jump higher. He’s really that incredible.

Austin has helped me get back into competition shape for powerlifting. I have had nagging shoulder issues for years due to limited mobility, and Austin was able to help with increasing this mobility and dramatically reducing the pain I was in after regular lifting sessions. Austin is fantastic. Very knowledgeable and he took the time to ask questions about my history, goals and concerns. I’d recommend him for anyone but if you’re an athlete looking for someone that “gets it”, he’s the guy.
