Audrey was very attentive to my intake interview, asking follow-up questions when I was not specific. She made sure to clarify what I was looking for in the session, including pressure and focused attention. I requested Cupping and deeper work to my back and shoulders. Her knowledge of aromatherapy was impressive and she put together a specific blend based on my needs. She was able to offer several different oils with similar properties so I could choose my favourite. Her pressure was perfect, and she was able to work deeply with no discomfort due to her patient pace and skilled use of cups and heat. I loved the red light therapy on my back! I felt looser after only one session and will definitely be booking again. I have had cupping done before and fully expected to have marks but there was no tenderness and the marks were already fading within 24 hours.

Audrey is a wonderful massage therapist and very knowledgeable with different techniques. She listened and targeted the areas of concern for myself and my children. Her office is very welcoming and relaxing. I'll be sure to visit her again!

Audrey is an excellent massage therapist with a lot of experience and knowledge. I have issues with my lower back and she found the spot and worked her magic. The relief I felt after our session was incredible. She gave me a lot of great advice with preventive stretching and exercise routines to help alleviate my stiffness and spasms. I always look forward to my next appointment.

Best massage I’ve ever experienced! I loved the fire cupping experience as well as the 90 minute massage! The personalized aromatherapy that can be added to your massage is a wonderful touch! Audrey is very attentive and caring. Highly recommend!

I always love my massages with Audrey. She provides an eclectic and relaxing environment, checks to make sure I am comfortable throughout the massage and is knowledgeable and effective at working out tight and painful areas. Additionally l LOVE her products! She researches for top quality, safe ingredients in everything she retails. What I love most is that she believes in and uses all of her products on herself, her friends and her family. I know I can trust them because she does!

I received a Gua Sha treatment from Audrey and let me tell you, it was incredible. Who knew that a ceramic spoon could help so much! It wasn't painful or uncomfortable in any way and when she was done it felt as if all the stress, tension, and soreness had melted away in my neck and shoulder area! This was a treatment I had never heard of before but im so happy I tried . I highly recommend!!!!!

Maaaaann I have major pain and tension in my shoulders/neck/and lower back. Did amazing deep tissue massage , and cupping. The lotions we're like magic , laced with essential oils. It was so soothing and the after affect and next day when I woke up I felt amazing
