From scheduling an appointment to the actual massage, it was just perfect. Liz is amazing, Anna and Esther are fabulous, caring, and took time to explain how to take care of myself outside of the Lightly salty. No one ever explained that to me. Thank you so much.

My favorite spa! Always such a lovely and serene experience. I've been to this spa about 11 times now and finally purchased a monthly membership which I've never done with any spa before. Every service provider I've experienced has been wonderful and every service has been nothing short of amazing! It's about a 50 minute drive for me to get to Lightly Salted, but it's absolutely worth it.

I love this place so much! Top notch service and I feel much better after my respiratory reset! Salt room and then sauna and light therapy does wonders for my allergies and immune system. Greeted by the nicest staff and shown around immediately. The experience from start to finish was luxe and wonderful. Will return soon!

Front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The facility is lovely. It's peaceful, clean and inviting. And the salt room was delightful. I was so relaxed and calm when my session was over. Highly recommend!!!

I see Tasha for acupuncture and she is excellent. I have joint pains, digestive issues and with my weekly treatment it really helps! I highly recommend Tasha for some holistic healing! The spa is super clean and the team are very helpful.

My first encounters here were just fine but my last encounter was not pleasant at all. I was talked to as if I was the issue when one of her employees made a mistake with a gift card. I felt embarrassed and racially profiled. I was told one thing and they just took it upon themselves to do what they wanted to resolve the issue and that’s not professional at all!! I do not recommend!!!

Have had sinus and voice issues for a week. 1 inhale session really started kicking the problem. I walked out breathing great with my voice returning as well. Staff was amazingly nice and helpful throughout the experience. Can’t recommend more

Salt Room, Sauna & Acupuncture Services: ALL THREE WERE INCREDIBLE! Couldn’t recommend Lightly Salted Spa more! As soon as you walk through the front door, the spa overwhelms you with a feeling of relaxation & comfort. The staff are incredibly kind, helpful & share the same positive energy. It’s kept very clean and always smells of a great blend of essential oils. I’ve been going here for acupuncture once per week for over 2 months and my overall health & mental wellbeing is greatly improved. I can’t wait to see how far I can go on my healing journey with Lightly Salted Spa :)

Anna was absolutely amazing for my massage today! I did a 90 min Deep Tissue. She listened to my requests and my body. Pressure was perfect. The table was warm and having the choice of music was a nice option. The facility itself is very grounding in its design and esthetics. Welcomed immediately and catered to by front desk receptionist who answered all my questions and didn’t hesitate to assist.

I recently treated myself to the detox package at Lightly Salted, it was truly a rejuvenating experience from start to finish. The detox package included time in the salt room, a massage by Chrisie, infrared session, and a fresh cold-pressed juice. I loved all of it! The salt room provided a serene and calming atmosphere. Chrisie's massage was exceptional - she was intuitive, attentive, and skillful, and I appreciated her personalized approach to addressing my needs. What stood out to me most was her thoughtful guidance at the end of the massage, which left me feeling not only physically relaxed but also mentally rejuvenated. The infrared session was the perfect way to conclude my spa experience, leaving me feeling detoxified and energized. Overall, I loved every minute of the detox package, and I can't wait to return for another visit. Thank you Lightly Salted for providing such a wonderful and holistic experience. This place is very relaxing, clean, calming and overall a great spa. Amanda was amazing and even gave me a recommendation to try compression socks since I am on my feet all day. I hadn’t thought of this before talking with her and I’m so glad she gave me that tip because it has helped me a lot. So thank you Amanda and to everyone at lightly salted I had a great first experience and I will be back!

We came here to celebrate my friend who is expecting a baby. They performed a special sound bath ceremony for her that was geared towards her and her baby. It was an incredible experience and we all left feeling so relaxed and at peace. I also got fire cupping here, which was AMAZING. The decor is also super cute and the staff are all so wonderful and friendly. I’ll definitely be back ☺️

We have been congested for weeks and after one salt session, my daughter and I can actually breathe! It was the most pleasant experience from check in, to getting into our room, to relaxing in the most beautiful room. They even gave my three-year-old a little bucket and shovel to play in the salt with! The front desk girl was so welcoming and the girl that prepped our room was very informative. We will absolutely be back for more salt and massages.

Aesthetically the location is nothing short of picturesque. The hostess is professional and extremely welcoming. That combined with being exceedingly informative and pleasant to speak with your initial experience is a preview of what’s to come. The salt room was relaxing rejuvenating and tranquil. The atmosphere was calming and zen. If you are in the Lake Nona area and have the time you absolutely must stop by and get Lightly Salted Spoiled.

We had a great experience at Lightly Salted. The employees were so lovely and helpful. The salt room was very relaxing. If I had only one negative to say, it would be that the machine blowing salt into the room was a little noisy. But I just put my headphones in and relaxed. Thank you Lightly Salted for some fun in our moms weekend away!!

We rented a salt room for a Mommies Day Out. The employees were so nice and wonderful at explaining what we needed to do as none of us have done this before. It was a wonderful, relaxing experience for some worn out moms. Would absolutely recommend it.

We visited Lightly Salted for a much needed spa day! They offer a variety of holistic wellness services like salt therapy, infrared sauna, massages, facials, and more. We decided to try the salt and sauna package and it was so relaxing! I’ve never been in a salt room before but it has many benefits. Infrared sauna can help you detox your body and help with muscle aches and pain. We had so much fun at our session and can’t wait to go back to experience other services.
