This was my 2nd visit. It has been awesome! Everyone is friendly and professional! They talk to me as if they've known me for years. The process is going well and I'm happy. So worth the Money! I am undergoing laser hair removal and ''treat to complete'' on three areas of my body with Jessi. She is a wonderful technician who is very attentive to my body`s need. Jessi explains things clearly and is dedicated to help you achieve your goals. She makes you feel comfortable right away and she has already helped me losing 1.5 to 3 inches off my targeted areas so far (1/2 treatment). LightRx MedSpa`s team is very courteous and full of smiles! Their flexible pricing made it more affordable for me. Sheena gave me great discount, all this with a smile! Definitively recommended from a man`s perspective!

So excited to have found LightRx on Groupon and loved my Botox experience! Ended up signing up for the membership because you can't beat the per unit price PLUS you get a free HydraFacial, one laser hair treatment and TONS of discounts on other services and products! Update: Nicole from the Corporate office contacted me. She said IF I remove my google review, she will refund me the $28 and honors the $8.75 per unit for the remainder of my glow membership. Yeah, no thanks! Purchased the glow package membership back in June with a botox price of $8.75 a unit. Last time I got 20 units. Was convinced to do 28 this time. However, was charged $9.75 a unit and was told after the fact that prices went up Oct 1. You'd think they would tell members before they just increase the price and change the terms of the pricing and contract. They should honor what they sold me, then increase prices next year instead of changing the terms and pricing 4 months after purchasing the yearlong membership. Dishonorable and deceiving. BEWARE!

I purchased a full body single treatment over 10 sessions for $4,000 at the Briargate location in COS. I’m not comfortable returning there to finish my final few treatments after having a tattoo burned by the laser. Background on my experience: I have light/fine hair and the treatments have not been as effective as I originally thought they would be. I have seen that the hair has been slow growing and patchy throughout the treatments, but the techs were saying it should be progressing faster. As it turns out, I wasn’t being scheduled out for the proper amount of time between treatments (10 weeks) and was being treated too soon for the procedure to be effective. Every technician had a different opinion on which laser machine to use. Because I wasn’t dealing with the discomfort very well, it was suggested that they start using the nanolase machine on me because it “has the same effect with less pain”. But then I was told by a different tech that it was for temporary hair removal and it would never remove hair permanently. I effectively wasted treatments by believing what they told me. At my last appointment, I felt a painful lingering burn on my ankle. I informed the tech and she said she saw that the area was red so she would apply Aloe Vera. When I walked back to my car, I noticed that she had actually lasered over a black ink tattoo, and the skin was blistering. That was the first time that had happened. I called them when I got home and asked if I should treat this as a normal burn, but the receptionist wasn’t sure and had to call me back. She did, and suggested I ice the area and then apply Aquaphor, only if the area was no longer red. It’s been about 4 days since this happened and now my tattoo is beginning to swell. I’m hoping I didn’t just get an infection from a “minor slip up”. Update: healed with scarring My complaints: -There was a lot of miscommunication -I was burned during my last treatment -Not only was this ineffective in removing hair but the treatment has made my skin sweat more than ever before. Now, there’s still hair growing and I’m sweating more than before the treatment. My thoughts on the experience: -I regret purchasing this treatment. -I haven’t receive the results I thought I would in the amount of time I thought I would. -It was a colossal waste of time and money. -It had more risks than I was aware of beforehand. Things I’ve noticed about this location: -The staff had a high turnover at one point (there was one technician there that would discuss other patients procedures during my treatment. Example: she once told me that as another patient was receiving laser hair removal, she walked in and announced that the room “smelled like KFC”. She then went on to say how the patient thought it was funny. She also commented on how she was “pu*sy blind” from seeing so many naked women. I didn’t really care at the time but looking back at the whole experience, it made me realize how unprofessional some of the staff could be.) -You receive different information from different employees which affects your treatment Final thoughts: Overall, I should have done some research before committing to a purchase here. Most of the staff seem to be cordial most of the time and I understand everyone makes mistakes. If I had never gotten burned from the tech’s error I may have felt a bit more positive about the experience as a whole. Advice: -Do your research -Be certain of your decision to get the treatment - Advocate for yourself -If you decide to follow through with laser hair removal, use a numbing cream to ease discomfort. I didn’t realize how painful the treatment would be. It wasn’t until about the 5th treatment that the staff informed me I could apply a numbing cream before my appointment. They do not provide this, you have to buy your own. I called to discuss this situation and was told management would reach out to me, but I never received a call or email.

Meeting Jessie was a pleasure, she explained the procedure and we felt comfortable in our selection of LightRx. My wife's first procedure was extremely comfortable with zero side effects. We appreciate the paperwork given to us which was also a plus. We look forward to my wife's next scheduled procedures.

I went in for a consult regarding a 169 Groupon deal. When I get in there, the consultant wants to upsell me to a 8k pkg that she can bring down to 4k. Also, all of your reviews in here don’t specify how effective your treatments are….they only talk about the staff and how nice they are..

Great place!! Lauren amd her staff are absolutely wonderful. Lauren and Coral are the 2 ladies that i worked with the closest, love both of them. Lauren and Coral are very friendly ladies and have always made sure that my appointments where set up when I needed certain times. I just finisned up all of my treatments today but will ne back to visit to say hi. Thank you Lauren for making my 2 years of treatments enjoyable.

I am new to this LightRX stuff, but I purchased the Treat-2-Complete for 2 areas - my lower tummy & my flanks. (I will return here in a couple months to update this review & let you know my real life results.) I will start by saying "THIS IS NOT MAGIC & YOU MUST BE COMMITTED TO HEALTHY CHOICES IN YOUR LIFE TO SEE REAL CHANGE." The employees are knowledgeable, friendly, patient & kind. They explained the Lazer process to me & got me scheduled for several appts a few weeks out at a time. My first experience was the ⚡️Bliss. It was an odd feeling. Some Hot, Some Cold, Overall Weird, but definitely tolerable! Looking fwd to the other Lazers involved in this process. 🍀Best of Luck with YOUR Health Journey!
