Fairly nice office but had to wait 5 or so mins for a receptionist to even show up at the desk then my appointment was nearly 30mins late. That wasn’t terrible but the worst part was Apple Maps couldn’t direct me to the office and it was my first time there so that was stressful. Overall fairly satisfied with my results so 4 stars!

I just had my first session on Tuesday, I didn’t know what to expect but it was amazing! The whole staff is excited for their clients to reach their goals and they make you feel so comfortable! Don’t hesitate, go and check to see all the services they provide and maybe you will want to treat yourself as well . I have now been there many times, it feels like coming home . Carrie does such an amazing job with her expertise on facial injections ; I like that she gives you excellent advice on whatever you want to have done. Hannah always helps you with financing, she always finds away yo make your experience and consultation the best experience there is . I can never say enough about Jackie and Natalie, they are the miracle workers there in what they do. They absolutely love what they do and are so caring, they want nothing more than to make your experience there to be successful in whatever you are having done ! I would highly recommend you go in for a consultation to experience it yourself . It is easy to get to and more than enough parking so you never have to worry about that , which is also very important! Thanks so much guys !

I got the Venus Bliss & Legacy package & I am very disappointed b/c I really don’t see any changes to my abdomen. Today was gonna be my last treatment but the front desk lady Hannah, that says she is the manager at this office was trying to charge me a cancellation fee for a free consultation. So I canceled my entire membership to Glow Club plus skipped out on my last treatment then called their corporate office & filed the complaint. The lady in the corporate office was very polite & hospitable. I also called my bank to block them from charging my acct anything ever again. I will be taking my services elsewhere.

Rachel is awesome couldn't ask for a more friendly tech.However I have had 4 treatments of Aerolase on my leggs and see no difference in my age spots and they said it wont hurt and some areas are spicy.so I have 4 more treatments to go so hopefully I didn't just through 1400.00 away.

Since I have signed up for Light Rx, I have been extremely pleased with the service I’ve received! The ladies there are great, they make the effort to work with you if you need to postpone your appointment or make any cancellations! I truly appreciate the work that they do, the communication they give and the willingness to work with you under any circumstances!!!! Thank you ladies!!!!!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Light Rx. After driving an hour to get there, I was told I wouldn't receive my treatment because I was 10 minutes late. This is unbelievable and not worth the hassle, especially considering the traffic and unforeseen circumstances that can cause delays. To make matters worse, I was informed that if I were late again, I would be charged $50, which was not mentioned during my first visit. The lack of understanding and poor customer service is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. They wanted me to become a member, but given their lack of consideration, I will look elsewhere for services. Other places are much more understanding.

Not reliable! I drove from far away and was told I couldn’t have my appointment because I was more than 5 minutes late. This policy was never mentioned before I bought a package. I was then told I would be charged for a late or missed appointment, making it a complete waste of time and money.
