I love this place. The entire staff from the managers to the technicians are super nice, friendly and knowledgeable. They have amazing specials all the time which makes it affordable so, if you’re looking to improve your appearance this is a great place to go.

I have enlisted for a different treatment, this time for the hydra facial and skin tightening on my abdomen after significant weight loss.t Light Rx. Once again, registration was easy and all of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Will keep all posted on how it goes but I have always found the staff and technicians at LightRx in Louisville welcoming and professional. Looking forward to my new experience! I have completed the series of three treatments for wrinkle and skin tightening. I am very satisfied with my results which continue to improve. I also enlisted in Hydra facials. My skin tone has continued to improve and my adult acne breakouts have stopped. My skin is smooth, hydrated and glowing. Love these! I would highly recommend this service. I had no downtime of any significance and the products that were recommended that I use after treatments have been working really well.

My wife was offered 11 Treatments Special which normally cost $17,000. For $5000 after 11 treatments She’s lost a total of 7 pounds. It’s amazing how all these reviews on here look very similar and nobody post how much weight they actually lost or how beneficial it was except the staff was great. Well the staff it’s a scam ladies. Please do not buy and purchase this. The esthetician has no medical trainingis a licensed skin care professional that offers treatments and personalized recommendations to improve the health and appearance of the skin. Estheticians provide services like facials, hair removal, chemical peels, makeup application and more. You have my phone number and email. I’m waiting every medical professional. I talk to told me this was a scam. Also, I will remove this and post a great review if you prove me wrong.

The staff was so great in every aspect, between professional and very personal, I didn’t even feel embarrassed about being partly exposed, they were so supportive and understanding of my medical situation this was my first visit and I feel comfortable going back.

From my experience it’s never a long wait they are very kind. They talk to you and let you know what they’re going to do they get done pretty fast. They update you on offers that they have and I’m glad that I came across Light Rx because my transformation looks great compared to what I look like when I first walked in that place, I had scars all under my chin from a full beard because of hormone issues. I have lots of hair growing under my chin as a woman is very embarrassing and now I only have a few hairs that I’m wrestling with and the scars are going on in my skin looks great.

The staff was so supportive and made my experience the best possible. I’ve been going for awhile now and even though I haven’t seen the results I was hoping for, the staff is doing everything they can to try to help me have the results that are what I am hoping for. They haven’t given up on me! They even brought in someone who has more knowledge to help me get the results I need.

I pride myself on honest reviews. I struggled with this review and felt some pressure. I was told that if I wrote a review, I would get a free procedure. I've had no results, and they keep telling me I could use another one here or there. With that being said, I didn't say everything I wanted to say. I went to LightRx in January because I was trying to avoid major surgery after losing over 100 lbs. I had 2 consults before making that decision to spend over 9k for packages to tighten the skin. I asked repeatedly if I had too much to tighten and was told no, that they felt this would be good for me. Over the next few months, more packages were added because I was told they would also help. With every visit creams were suggested which I bought. Then they told me about a membership that if I got it that day, they would backdate points for everything I had already bought. That had a free facial in it. When I went to schedule the facial, somehow that cost me another 1,600. In total, I have given them more than 19,000 since January with no results. I went to see my surgeon on the 3rd, and he told me that their lady who injected filler under my eyes did it incorrectly. She incorrectly injected the botox in my lip, which is why I can't drink unless I hold my lip down now and other places on my face, which is why I had no results. After paying lightrx all the money I've paid them and haven't finished my treatments, I'm still going to have to pay my surgeon $42,000 to remove my skin if I want to feel better in my body. Instead of being honest when I asked them, they lied and made a sale and kept making a sale every time I came in. Their policy is that if you use a treatment, you don't get a refund. They do that because they know you aren't going to be happy, but they want their money. They asked me every time I came in if I could see a difference, and i told them no. They would tell me it takes time and would offer to pull up my pictures from the beginning, but then never would. After what my surgeon told me, I dont know what to do about all my unused procedures. The staff are polite and nice, but I don't like or appreciate their sales tactics. I do not recommend this place if you have areas that need a lot of tightening or a lot of excess fat. I'm sorry for my first review, it won't happen again. Edit: I thought I should also add that I had seen my surgeon before receiving treatments, and he was able to compare pictures of me now to pictures of me before going to Lightrx. How I ended up at LightRx was I went to Sono Bello after seeing my surgeon hoping to avoid major scars. The woman there told me she used to work at LightRx and was great friends with 2 girls over there, and if I mentioned her, they would treat me great. She said I would greatly benefit from their services, and she didn't feel that I needed to be at Sono Bello. She printed their information, including pictures of the staff, wrote down who she wanted me to talk to, and said she would email her friend to let her know I was coming. She was right about one thing the girls always treated me great.

So glad I found this place online! Out of all of the medspa’s I have been to for cellulite reduction this one has been the best! I did see some improvement just after one treatment of the Legacy! The staff is amazing and I love Haley! She makes me feel so comfortable while I am there and she makes sure I am always getting the best treatment based on my expectations and wants! Highly recommend!

UPDATE:NO ONE FROM THIS COMPANY HAS CONTACTED ME! THEY REPLY SAYING THEY WILL! LIARS!I still had treatments for laser hair removal but stopped going. These woman judge you based on your appearance and bank account and treat you like a second class citizen if you aren't spending money or if you don't look pristine. Been going for years and they haven't listened to a word I said in regards to MY face and treatments. Exhausted with it. DONE
