I told the stylist wanted I wanted (just past my chin-no layers) she ignored me, cut it up to my EARS and layered it even though I told her not to. She then assured me that “this was a good style for me”. It’s not. I hate it. I can’t fix it. I should have walked out right then. She was not careful either and cut off large chunks and was cutting along my neck so hard and fast it was amazing she didn’t draw blood. Do not go here. Their good reviews are years old. I imagine those people have left. I have literal nicks from the razor she used on the back of my neck (which was never needed given the length I actually wanted). I wanted to scream the entire time it happened but she was so forceful and fast that I thought I might get hurt otherwise

I recently moved to Sacramento and didn't know where to go for a haircut. I looked on google and found Lilly's. She had openings right then so I went and Jenny. My hair was fairly long and permed and she gave me a short layered cut that I am very pleased with. I will definitely go back.

went in for a men’s perm. wanted tight curls, ended up with the best curls. the ladies are very noce and respectful. would definitely go again!

I was not happy on getting a dry haircut because they are inaccurate and as I said to the lady doing my hair. I also asked for no layers but she textured my hair which is another word for layering. I had to go home was my hair to see the issue and because the lady didn’t part my hair down the middle as I did ask. Her cuts were lopsided. Therefore I get to fix it at home. Don’t go there!

Only ask for Evon, no one else will listen to what you want. I asked for a slight trim 2 inches MAX and they cut at least 5 inches off.

I went there almost 3 months ago. I had an Aline and just wanted some layers in back. I asked to not take any length off. I walked out with pretty much a mullet with short bangs. It's been so bad I've spent hundreds on fake hair because for the first time in my 45 years I can't style my hair unless I want to look like an old lady. It has caused me so much depression. My husband hates it. I hate it. I would give anything to not have walked into that salon that day. One of the top mistakes of my life!!! Update... finally 8 months later my hair is manageable. Just barely. Tells you how horrible the haircut was. Still one of the top biggest mistakes of my life was going there.

Lily has been there for many years.went in for a simple gray touch up bad job and when I went to pay she was grabbing the tip out of my hand never will go there again bad custmer service.

I came in with my adult disabled son to get him a haircut and asked up front how much it would cost, the lady, assuming it’s Lilly, said it’s $15. She proceeded to cut his hair and when it was time to pay, she said $20. I asked why $20 when I specifically asked and you said $15, she said $5 for the shampoo. Seriously??!! Why not say that you’re going to shampoo him and it’ll be $20?! So dishonest 😡 What if I have only $15??!! What a rip off!!! Never again returning there!!
