I've tried several salons in Seattle with great reviews but never had an amazing haircut, until now! Giulia gave me the best haircut (with lots of layers) that I've had in years. I'm happy that I can finally stop salon-hopping and being disappointed. Will definitely be recommending her to everyone!

Thanks Natalie! The first time I came in for a precision cut bob. She spent so much time on my hair, and it looked so good. The second time I came in for some chunky colorful bangs. My hair came out so vibrant and fun. I appreciate the time she spends with her clients. You can tell she enjoys what she does.

Natalie!! I found a gem. In her and this spot. This place is perfect. It's not one of those intimidating hoity toity , expensive you don't belong spots. It's so chill. So lovely. So elegantly perfect. You feel comfortable immediately. I got the best haircut of my life from Natalie. She listened. Was so artistic in her approach and didn't make me feel like I had to chat and commit to a social outting. I wanted an excellent haircut. I got an EXCELLENT haircut.

Abi did a great job with my haircut and styling. She listened to my needs attentively, recommended ways to care about my hair better, and confirmed if the cut is going well when it’s in progress, allowing me to make adjustment. Really satisfied with the service and talent of her. I will be back!

I had a great appointment with Mary in January. She did an amazing job. I rebooked in May but when I arrived the staff acted like I was crazy. Apparently she is at a different salon now. Lilt made no effort to let me know ahead of time even though I booked through their website. They did not take any responsibility or offer to help me book with a different stylist.

Over the moon with my new hair color done by Amber at Lilt! She delivered beyond my expectations and totally transformed my hair from a previous bleach job done elsewhere and gave me exactly what I wanted in just 1 session. Truly blown away by how amazing it came out and can’t believe this is my hair. Amber is extremely talented, I presented her with a difficult color correction but she’s so skilled she made it look easy. I’m so happy I found her and if you’re looking for a stylist, you’re in great hands with Amber! Also this salon is super cute and has lots of free parking!

Giulia gave me the best experience! She took time to talk to me about my ideas, my hair structure, expectations after the appt, what to expect after a couple months, and made me feel so comfortable with going outside of my comfort zone! Word cannot explain the love i have for my new hair! Thank you Giulia 💕

Had a fantastic haircut from Fabiola some time back and just made my appointment to go back next month. I am very picky with my haircuts as I have long thick hair and require a lot of layering. Fabiola did an excellent job with this and I can still see my layers so clearly. Very happy I found this place after trying multiple different ones around the city that I didn’t love.

I've had a lot of pixie cuts over the years, but Abi has by far done the absolute best one for me ever! I have wavy hair with some thin patches that were getting hard to cover up with long hair. Abi did an amazing job and gave me a super cute pixie that is a little shaggy, allowing my natural curl to really come through. It is super easy to style either simple or with extra curliness, and perfectly covers my thinner spots, plus a few weeks with it now and I can already tell it is growing out excellently!! Thank you soooooo much!!

Giulia at Lilt Salon is the best! I’ve been going to her for at least 5 years now and don’t trust anyone else with my hair! She and the rest of the stylists at Lilt do an amazing job and are so nice. They take the time to listen to what you’re asking for but will also make sure to recommend what they think looks good and is healthy for your hair!

I have been going to Mary Strutz for years and she never fails to give the perfect haircut! She knows exactly what I want and how to do it with my hair. I will never go to anyone else for a cut! For reference I have farely thick, but fine in texture, curly/wavy hair and typically opt for a textured cut. I appreciate Mary's attention to detail and tailoring the cut to my lifestyle/styling preferences so it looks good daily not just out of the salon!

I’ve been here twice to see Abi for a regular haircut and I’ve loved it both times! She does a great job giving me easy low-maintenance layers. The salon itself is also incredibly cute and in a great location for me.

Mary's a wonderfully talented stylist! I've been "blonding" my hair in various ways for 20+ years and I can honestly say I've never been happier with my color than I was when I left Lilt. On top of that, Mary listened to my concerns and gave me the perfect cut and style. Made me feel beautiful!

Fabiola is fantastic! I left with exactly the color and cut that I wanted which has been a rarity for me! She is a great listener and cares a lot about not only giving you what you want, but what suits your lifestyle best, i.e., level of daily maintenance as well as how often you need to go back to the salon. I appreciate her thoughtfulness tremendously and am stoked to have found her!

If you don't want compliments on your hair, then don't see Giulia, founder of Lilt! She is a phenomenal stylist, and people will definitely notice your fantastic look. She has been crafting mine for nearly a decade, and she always comes up with new, unique cuts and colors for me that suit my personality, needs and preferences. Giulia is stellar at offering ideas and direction while also being a great listener, and we come up with a plan at the beginning of every appointment by working together. She always delivers superb results, especially with precision cuts, which makes the perfectionist in me very happy. Plus, she's just plain fun to be around, and I always feel at home in her chair. Lilt is a true gem in this city!

Just got my first cut at Lilt. Giulia is an excellent stylist. It’s been a while since I’ve loved a cut immediately out of the chair. She’s very skilled and detail-oriented. Highly recommended. UPDATE: second time to the salon and I saw Jessica, also awesome. She’s kind of a mind reader. They’re doing a great job curating their team — meticulous, thoughtful, creative cuts. 🤎

Lilt Salon has such a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Giulia Steiger is an absolute MAGICIAN and does an incredible job, every single time, with my cut, color and trims. I have never gotten as many compliments on my hair as I have since I started seeing Giulia and I always leave more than pleased with her work. I plan on going to see her for as long as I am living in Seattle!
