I am so excited to have found Lily. She was an absolute professional. On my first visit, she asked me several questions to get to know me and my hair and immediately understood my concerns. She provided suggestions and I put my trust in her hands. The result was an amazing haircut and I am so excited to be on the path of a healthier hair journey with Lily's guidance

Lily is an amazing person!! She gave me a gorgeous blowout, i wish i had better pics from when it was fresh. She’s a total pro, and really knowledgeable about different hair types and scalp health - she understood my hair on an intuitive level that i’ve never experienced anywhere else. she’s also just an all round sweetheart and super interesting to talk to. will definitely come back for a cut!

Lily is one of the best hairdressers I've ever been to in New York. She is kind, she listens carefully to what you want and she works incredibly fast. I went to Lily to get my hair colored and when I was feeling unsure about the color, she let me come in the next day and fixed it for me straight away. Will most definitely be coming back for my next cut and color!

Lily is an absolute doll and an incredibly talented hairstylist. I was never one to get my hair cut professionally and when I finally did she made me feel comfortable and listened to my requests. I highly recommend her!

I’ve been going to Lily’s Salon for a few years since moving to the West Village. I have VERY THICK hair that I typically cut shoulder length with long layers, and Lily does an incredible job with the cut and blowout. She is able to take out some of the weight without compromising the shape or movement. I’ve also started sending my boyfriend to Lily (so she does a great job with men’s hair too!). For men it’s $55 for wash and cut, and she will do $20 trims between cuts if needed. Not only is Lily a talented stylist, she is responsive, professional and personable too. I would recommend Lily’s Salon to any other West Village residents!

Lily, I want to thank you for doing such a great job on my curly hair. Cut and treatment were much needed. I won't mind driving 4 hours just to give to my hair a good treatment:)

This is my 3rd time at Lily Lan Chen hair salon for Keratin treatment. I will continue to come back because they do a GREAT job! Friendly, knowledgeable and punctual staff are the name of their game. Lily did a fabulous job on my hair . Highly recommend!!
