Not recommended! They asked us to pay upfront AND also required us to tip upfront, which was ridiculous!!!! Never come back

I first wanna start off by saying that the massage was great, but the experience was left unpleasant. I took my mother-in-law, sister-in-law, niece and myself for a one hour massage. They said it was gonna be $240 for four people for one hour which was fine but as soon as my mother-in-law pulled out her card to pay for the service, we were told no card cash only. That surprised us because when I booked the sessions that was never mentioned. So we scrounged for cash only had $200 so we decided on four 45 minute massages which cost $200. They took all the cash we had. When we exited the massage room, we were surrounded by staff that was forcing us to pay a tip. We all said, but you took all of our cash. That’s all we had. We felt like we couldn’t leave the establishment. It felt so uncomfortable. This would’ve never happened if they would’ve let us pay with a card, considering the lady that walked in after us Was allowed to pay with her card. They had the nerve to say well we can put the tip on the card. Screw that! we will never be back. Don’t waste your time.

Stop forcing people for bigger tip. I work on a service industry and I don't make people feel bad if the can only tip $10 dallars. Bring your cash, pay and go. If you interact with them get ready to get a guilt trim for no leaving a large tip.

I had a very pleasant massage, it’s very clean and professional, and yo-yo was amazing she was on point with the massage…. I do sports and frankly felt better after couple of sessions. Thanks yo-yo!

It is with heavy heart I write this review. I was out of the country for the last year and this place must be under new management. I was a loyal customer for three years I went for my normal 90min massage and prices jumped $20 bucks which I wasn’t prepared for. I also wasn’t expecting to be verbally reprimanded for ensuring I had cash to pay. Also not expecting to get hassled for the tip I left. Saying it’s so small does not drum up return business especially when I just paid cash and we all know you are not claiming that on any taxes. I will not return.

Love this place! It is a true Chinese Massage so it is much deeper than a Swedish or American massage you make get somewhere. I lived in China for eight years and this place definitely delivers on the massage front. I will say it is not the fanciest place, nor the most ambient, however, really great quality massages at a good price. Don’t come here expecting fancy!

I called and scheduled a day in advance for a couples massage and another person and the seemed like they didn’t even know we were hounded about the prices and giving a 20$ tip for each person and while getting my massage the lady said hard or medium I said medium and I kept telling her it was to hard many times my whole back has bruising and she was only using her elbows not her hands leaving my whole body Exposed while leaving the room and door open to talk to customers coming in…. I went here 2 years ago and it was the best this time going I’m very disappointed

I have gone here for years and it was amazing. As of lately though, the ambience has changed. My massage felt rushed, and the lady said my tip was too small and demanded I pay upfront. She also shouted occasionally during my massage to speak with another coworker. There is nothing relaxing about someone shouting in your ear while you're there to relax. I always tip 20% because the service is usually satisfactory. I still tipped 20% this time because I came an hour before closing. Im not sure why the quality of this business has changed but I will be going elsewhere unfortunately.

Massage was alright. Kept leaving to answer the phone tho. Also I only wanted 60 minutes but insisted I do the 80 minutes just to then come back after charging my card and insist to me that I owe a $30 tip before anything even happened! It’s a scam if u ask me and u should go else where

Massage was decent yes. Went to pay, when I gave her a 10 tip she said too little said to gave 20 lol. By the way I didn't get an hour massage more like 50 minutes. And yelling to other Coworkers through the door isn't ok , you aren't at home lol.

They asked me to paid upfront which is okay. But they asked me to tip them upfront($20 each person) as well which I’m not comfortable with. Feeling like scam after they got the money and tip so I left.

As with all massage places, if this is your first time having a massage, only take 20 or 30 minutes to see/feel if this is the massage you like. Been going for a while now. Tried other massage places around COS but keep coming back to this one for their work. The older gentleman (Kevin) is amazing. I have tried their other staff too and they are good. Edit: The prices are updated and its a little less pricey than other massage places. You also recieve fruit (banana) and bottled water after every massage! Perfect way to rehydrate and get some potassium/sugars in the blood. I went from 90 mins to 60 mins for full body. They start on the back, working the muscles then the legs. They also use oil and hot stones which feels great. Before you turn over, they will use a clean rag to soak up the oil so you don't leave oily. Again, as with all massage places, tips are appreciated. If you really liked it, tip well. Even with a good tip, its cheaper than most places in the COS.

Do not waste your time and money. These are not professionally trained massagers and they hound you for more tip money. The massage was terrible. They literally just ran their hands back and forth and sometimes just finger nails. Worst massage of my life.

Good maggsge with my wifre until I left 20% tip then was rudely ask to leave another $2 very petty...Also said credit card machine down to pressure cash payment when machine was fine. I will not be back too many good option in area that don't insult and lie to customers.

I went in for a massage for my first time just a few days ago. While the massage was good, the experience was not. I asked for a 1 hour massage which was 50$. After the massage was completed, I asked for change so I could provide a tip. I handed the older asian lady at the counter a 20 and asked for change. She then held onto the 20 and kept saying "no...$20 tip for 1 hour". I went there because 2 of my friends recommended this place and because the pricing was reasonable but after being essentially forced to pay a 40% tip, I will never go back. I guarantee this is happening to other customers as well. If you read the reviews, there are other reviews stating the same thing.

My experience was unpleasant.. Went in yesterday to get a couples massage for 60 minutes, they insisted on 80 minutes and made us pay before and forced us to tip her $40.. I wanted to keep my panties on but she insisted I take them off and she proceeded to PULL THEM OFF without warning … throughout the whole 80 minutes her and her friend were laughing and talking and and I couldn’t really relax.. my lady kept leaving my massage to answer the phone and talk to other customers .. can’t even get a hold of a manager. waste of $200 and the ladies were rude and unprofessional.

Smelt like Garlic, Lady was very unprofessional begging for/ Demanding a tip. Massage wasn't that good . She didn't close door while I was getting the massage. No good smells but Garlic. If it was my establishment I would have incense burning & oils burning oils & Relaxing Music. I'm surprised these people are still in business. I would never ever suggest anyone go here . This place was wack

The massage was wonderful. Being forced to pay a $20.00 tip definitely surprised me. I understand that tips help, but when you’re being forced to pay said tip… it’s shady. Why not just raise the prices and have customers tip what they want? It’ll slow down business, but it won’t stop people from going all together, like myself.

Totally terrible, they made us pay infront and stopped doing my massage to answer the phone then was forcing us to pay tips the lady who did my massage was laughing and talking loud without respect. She was tired or new doing it because she wasn't having not idea of what she was doing. I can't believe l still have the same pain on my back those people aren't professional their are just terrible...
