Just got my nails done here and I love them! Amazing customer service - as soon as I walked in a nice gentleman brought me a water bottle! The nail technician was nice and professional! Overall experience was great!

Thank you for the perfect wedding nails. My tech was awesome, asked questions about length and shape and often checked in to make sure I liked them. She asked to see inspiration photo and made sure I walked out happy. Salon is clean and full of kind cheerful staff. I will definitely be back.

I do not recommend and will not return. The overall cleanliness of the space and facility needs major improvement! It was a chilly February afternoon and the heat didn't seem to be on. The technicians we're wearing coats & had heaters on the tables to warm their face/hands.

I went in with my son and daughter to get our nails done and we felt very comfortable and welcome by all the staff. I truly appreciate an environment that is accepting of everyone and we will definitely be returning. Our nails turned out amazing as well

Do not go here. These were the worst nails I’ve ever gotten. I had an appointment at 12:30 and didn’t get called up until 1:45. There were 2 ladies trying to do multiple people at once and the one who would come do mine was on her phone not paying attention so she messed up the colors and when I told her she painted over them. It took forever and she discounted me 15 dollars but I shouldn’t have had to pay for them at all and I had to get them fixed the next day by a different salon, Amelia’s, which is a great salon and I would recommend it %100. In the photo is what I asked for versus what I got and there is a very distinct difference.

Been going every week since they opened and every time my nails are perfect! The couple that own it are lovely and even when they are busy they never rush things and take the time to make the nails perfect!

I love Lily spa nails. Very clean, the receptionist are very nice and I can understand why their jobs may get stressful at times because it can get SO busy! Well worth the wait though.

the atmosphere and the customer service was absolutely amazing. but - things can’t be perfect all the time and I did have an issue. I wanted to say that they were very understanding and validating and took care of the issue in a timely manner. I would definitely go back.

Thanks God they do ombre nails which I could hardly find at somewhere else. Friendly people, try to please customer if possible, work hard and complete their job well. I don’t often go to nails salon but this definitely will be another. favorite place on my to go list.
