Omg my first visit with my granddaughter and she didn't get the pedicure treatment with water and it was expensive for just to polish her regular nails. I was excited at first but the point in taking a Toddler is to pamper them an let them experience it all. But after a few days our polish disappeared it was glow in the dark on my feet & her nails and my nail broke 😩they were cool folks but I like a good pedicure where the polish last at least 3 weeks duhh

**Updated Review** This place is close to my house so I've gone here 3 or 4 times over the last few years when I didn't feel like driving across town to my regular spot for a pedicure. I previously left a bad review for this salon, but I needed a pedi and was pressed for time, so I cautiously decided to give them one more try yesterday. Best. Decision. Ever. The salon is now under new management and has new manicurists. I went to Miss Lee for a pedi, and girlfriend did her thing. Seriously. She did a fantastic job. From start to finish, she was very friendly and thorough and while she worked, she took the time to ask me about different preferences with what I wanted to make sure I would be happy with the end result. I think this is going to be my new to-go place for pedicures! I think the name of the salon is going to change under the new management, so I'm not sure if anyone will be able to connect this review to the salon if the name does change. If it does change and you happen to see this...I HIGHLY recommend Miss Lee at the salon that is or used to be called Lily Nails & Spa on Fresno and B Street (in the Food Maxx/Rite Aid shopping center)! Your feet will be in good hands!

So I've been here a few times and the prices are right and you always get what you pay for. I've been happy so far however my last visit I wasn't happy so I gave them a call and she told me to come in and she did up my nails again and perfectly and I'm very pleased with the service and she did not charge me to redo my nails plus when I went in it was very late at night right before they closed and I was in a hurry as well as they wanted to close. So I can't blame them solely for me not being happy with my nails when I should have at least given them more time. They are very personable and I feel like I'm treated very friendly when I go there I really like this place that's why I called to get my nails fixed when I wasn't happy.

Worst experience ever! Rude, ghetto and extremely unprofessional. Like really don't understand how they are in business at all. No customer service, fast and made excuses for everything....

Definitely a salon to consider when needing your ears lowered or looking to dramatically change your look to evade the PoPo....you can't go wrong with this salon.

If I could do a negative numbered rating I would. I had never been here before, but Hannah came highly recommended by a friend. I called and scheduled an appointment 24 hours ahead of time, specifically spoke to Hannah, and talked about what I was wanting, that I was referred to her, and set it up for the next day. I gave her all of my information and scheduled an appointment for the next day. We ended the call with a "see you tomorrow." I show up to my appointment at 5:33, a whopping 3 minutes late, and find the door LOCKED. I called them repeatedly with no answer, no voicemail option, knocked on the door, NOTHING. I never received a call to tell me they had to close early (BECAUSE THEY CLOSE AT 7PM) and we would need to reschedule. No signs were posted on the door explaining an early closure either. Unbelievable. Needless to say I will NEVER be coming to this establishment.

Friendly, Fast, overall very satisfied. I was from out of town with quite a few hours to spare and decided to get a fill. The man was very patient as I had my wiggly worm child with me. After calling 3 other places that were either booked or not answering I was grateful for their quick happy voice when the lady said come right in!!

Went here disregarded reviews and stars, had a great and quick and efficient service. Both ladies who did my pedicure and full set each were amazing and really nice! Going back for sure

Do not go here you’ll end up paying double to repair the damage that they do. This was by far the worst nail salon I’ve ever received a pedicure. My nails are Not even have old nail polish on them. One of the tech kept hitting my leg to position me to her liking! The other told me they don’t do nails for people with medial issues like diabetes. They kept talking to customers poorly about past staff. At the end instead of apologizing about the issues Lilly said maybe next time I should do it myself. I told her no maybe I should go somewhere more professional! Especially since your equipment is not sterilized.

My fiance goes there to get her nails did they came out just the way she wanted them to, and that's why I gave this place five stars. The customer services is excellent the ladies there are sweet and friendly I recommend this place to any female that likes to get their nails done

This was my first and last visit. The nail tech did not even use acetone to remove my old gel polish, she used her fingers to peel off the paint! I could have done that at home! Her paint job was horrible, she kept missing spots and I didn't even paint my whole nail, I kept pointing out mistakes! She was too busy talking on the phone and not paying attention to what she was doing! Rushed half a** job! So disappointed!
