Doesn’t even deserve a star. Paid $35 for a spa pedicure with lukewarm water, barely covering my ankles. She never even turned the Jets on or the massaging chair. She rushed through the pedicure no cuticle Softener, no cuticle oil and barely scrubbed any callus off my foot. The paint looks chunky and gross. The whole pedicure, maybe took her 15 minutes or less And the only reason why I think it lasted maybe 12 minutes is because I made a comment out loud saying how quick it was. Worst pedicure I’ve ever had in my entire life!!!! Save your money go else where! They also charged $50 for a fill when the menu that the woman handed me said the fills were $35. There was no color or design literally just to fill with a clear acrylic! Doesn’t deserve one star.

very nice experience nice people but i got gel pedi and the sign said $46-48 but i was charged $62 and was asked to give cash tip too

It was an ok experience, but they are not great with manicures. I'm picky, but this was not great, not only was the polish on my cuticle, but my no chip chipped in less than 1 week.

Tony is excellent and careful with my acrylic nails. I am hard on my nails and his nails last and look good for the longest time. Pedicures are done using plastic covers on the bowls and I am pleased with the foot care I receive. I give my highest recommendation as I notice that the salon is clean, well organized, and welcoming.

A man did my nails and charged me $56 for a dip manicure even though the sign said it is $48. I asked him why and he said because he cut my cuticles. He never told me that cutting cuticles would be extra. I feel like cutting cuticles is just part of a manicure and I have never ever been charged extra for that. All the manicures I’ve had in the past they soak my fingers and cut my cuticles and afterwards rub my hands down with lotion and he didn’t do any of that. The dip was well done and it was easy to get in so I only took off two stars.

Don’t walk, RUN out of this salon! It was the WORST mani/pedi I have ever received, they are extremely rude and and condescending. They speak in Vietnamese to each other and my technician (whose name I don’t know, never introduced herself) was constantly texting. The selection of polish is horrendous and old. I ended up with clear that I had to take off when I got home. It was old and bubbly. Other technicians were “scolding” their clients. Mine get telling me to relax…….Seriously! If you want to punish yourself and you have money to waste, this is your go to place.

Got a fill and the guy I got did not know how to do nails. He may have been the owner. One of the ladies was kind enough to take them off for me but I ended up leaving with the worst nails I’ve ever gotten. El paseo had better nail salons, better off going to one of those.

Great services. Clean and sanitary. I drive 45 mins away to get nails done every time. High quality nail polishes and nails are so durable. My nail technician does a good job and meet my comfort zone. Really love them and highly recommended!

I’m very disappointed! The owner always treating his customers very poorly! I don’t understand why his employees are still working there, he doesn’t talk to them, he screams at them! It’s a very strange situation and unhealthy environment for everyone!

The salon is like home! The atmosphere of the nail salon is welcoming and relaxing, creating the perfect escape from the stresses of everyday life. They may take a while and it gets busy but I think they are worth it! I just make sure I book right when they open 🙂 I did my nails Last week, and I love the space and the people that work at Lily Nails & Spa! The best pedicure experience I’ve had! I’m excited to recommend it to my friends and family due to their fantastic service and craftsmanship.

Horrible work First he was sleeping then the wife had to wake him up. Very upset the whole time and every time I asked something he will get mad . And stated telling me that he is been doing nails while his life . I will never go there ever And this is how my nails look like

I have been getting my nails done for 30 years this was the worst experience I've ever had. The man working the front desk was rude and obnoxious on the phone any in person. Save yourself the time aggravation and go somewhere else. Owner is a liar and nothing he said is true.

It's been over a month and I still have my pedicure intact. It was exceptional service. Acrylic Nails were done faster than I could ever imagine and after a month they did come off but my nails were long they grew healthy and they were not damaged. The art done by Tina was so amazing that I kept the full set as a memory. Best nail salon ever and I will always come here and recommend everyone to go here.
