Pinched nerve and shoulder issues, both arms and hand issues, left knee. The price was $60 and asked for $40 tip about average. Walking on my back was amazing. I only wish they would have walked on the front side of my body too or massage the front side in the 60 minutes. Overall good experience I did come in last minute and they took me so unlike other businesses around here but also it might be one of those places with one girl in there as I was hearing moaning sounds in the other room with a guy who walked in after me and left before me. Keep your underpants on is my suggestion.

I’ve had several massages in my life, and this was by far the WORST one! We did a couples massage and both of the therapists did not adhere To our requests… Which areas we are feeling pain in or which we didn’t.. They were extremely inappropriate and rude. My back hurt way worse than it did leaving than ever coming into that building. They need to be shut down immediately!….

Absolutely loved it! I was able to call in and make an appointment same day. Lily was so kind and is so talented!! I had a good amount of back pain and she focused on the exact spots I needed! I also feel like I am a person who likes/needs a lot of pressure and I typically can’t find a good masseuse who is able to but Lily was able to deliver on that! I highly recommend!!

I came as a walk-in and was greeted right away. The owner was very friendly and she had me pay before the massage, which was good because they’ve had customers leave without paying. I got a one hour deep tissues massage and it was INCREDIBLE. It wasn’t a fake massage, it was the real deal. She adjusts intensity if you ask her. We made small talk and she was very friendly and funny, great humor. She will get out the translator if it’s hard to communicate — I had no issues though. I’m DEFINITELY coming back. Thank you so so much!! 🙏🏼

I had my second appointment with Lily a couple of weeks ago. She is superb. As before, I throughly enjoyed my massage. She is such a caring person and a joy to be around.

I just received a massage here as my normal massage therapist is booked through the weekend. I decided to give this place a chance and have to say that this was the worst massage I have ever received. I did a one hour deep tissue for $70. There was no rhyme or reason to the massage and little to no care in actually working on muscles. It consisted of awkward walking on my back and the last 15 minutes of the massage was very odd where only my scalp and face were aggressively and uncomfortably pummeled. They insist you pay before, which should have been a big enough flag. Strongly advise to avoid this business.

Update 2023: Lily was not in. I was told she relocated, which was no problem because I've never had a poor visit. Though my massage was great, AND I tipped 20% , I was chased down in the parking lot to my car being demanded a $20 tip. Additionally, yelling at me to never come back. This unprofessional behavior has NEVER happened in the past. A $15 tip on a $60 massage is fair especially considering her going in and out of the room to attend to others. Don't worry, I won't back! 2022: She (Lily) worked out all the kinks in my neck and my back. I felt wonderful leaving out. Thank you so much! I'll be returning :)

Issue: serious neck and shoulder pain Service: Deep Tissue Massage Price $70/hr I have been having some serious neck and shoulder pain from sitting in my desk for long hours at work and then sitting in my bed for long hours for school. I decided to try a massage parlor that close by me via Google and that is how I came across Lilys Spa Massage. Called and asked if there was space for me to come now and she said yes. Walking in I explained that I wanted a deep tissue massage and pointed to problem areas. She did ask if i wanted to pay now or later and i told her it didn't matter. So, she opted that i pay now, BUT she did not let me sign for the transaction until my service was completed which i liked. Once she started the massage i was fine with the amount of pressure she was applying until she reached my problem areas. She kept asking if the pressure was ok and once i showed her where the pressure could be less it was smooth sailing from there. She ensured that the focus of the massage was my problem areas while she also massaged the rest of my body. The foot massage felt great as well, even though it wasn't that long. At the end of the massage, I had more range of motion in my neck and felt great overall. I don't live in Va-Beach, but i will be back. Thank you for your time and service provided. ***after reading the comments i see some people stating they were sore the next day. As an avid customer of deep tissue massages, it's not unusual to be sore after. ***

My experience from the deep tissue massage was very very painful. I requested that she lighten up on the pressure but did not much. Least to say the very next day my back was very very sore. I was not told to drink any water afterwards to wash out the toxins.

Today I was feeling very sore and tense all over my body. I really felt like I needed to do something more for myself! So I googled massage in Virginia Beach. Lilly's Spa was the first one I saw. I have been to several places that say "deep tissue message", but I was never happy, it was never strong enough. I walked in and was greeted quickly and they were all so friendly! Lucy walked up to me and introduced herself. so I followed her back to the private room. The spa smelled wonderful and looked clean. Calm music was playing, and the lights were glowing softly. The environment was soothing and comforting. As soon as Lucy started to message me, she applied perfect pressure and asked me if I was comfortable with this pressure. She always checked on me and ensured what she was doing was okay for me. this woman is AMAZING! She is strong and will find exactly what your body needs. I am 200% satisfied with this Spa and I will be a forever customer! Thank you with all my heart! I highly recommend Lilly's Spa they are EXCELLENT! Had a really positive experience. Went with my husband and both therapists were sweet and great at their job. They had also asked to make sure if we needed more or less pressure. For only $60 for each of us definitely worth the price.

Very Very bad place. They don't give a damm about customers all they are interested in is money and begging for tips no matter how bad the service is. I made a reservation 4day ago with a worker name YoYo and we communicated by text everyday all the way up thru today when I walked thru the door and when I get there YoYo they claim is not available which is a lie. Most Asian Spa shops don't give a damm about you all they want is to get money to send back to there country. Also they are doing alot more than massages. I will report it to Virginia Beach Police and get them closed down.

I waited a few days to leave a review because I thought maybe I’d forget about it. I don’t like hurting small businesses. Ok, I’m sorry but this was the worst massage experience of my life. Its 3 days later and I’m still regretting that I wasted $60 on this. She actually injured me in 2 places causing pain I never had. Nothing about the “massage” felt good or helpful or anything at all but awful. She couldn’t understand a word of English so I couldn’t communicate this to her. I gave 2 stars because the rooms were nice and I was surprised by how nice they were, however you couldn’t pay me to go back and I do NOT recommend. Trust me..you’d regret it like I did. I threw away $60 and am in awful pain because of her. 😩😩😩

Lily Spa is amazing!!!! I can get a couples massage or a single. They are friendly and will focus on pain spots. Water is given after and the staff is do knowledgeable of reflectology. I will refer friends and family!!!!

Me and the wife have been hitting the gym rather hard lately and needed a massage. While looking around for a small business that was locally owned we can across Lily spa. We asked for the 60 min couples massage, it was the best choice we have made in the last month, we both feel so relaxed and loose after a month of over exerting ourselves. Highly recommend these ladies to anyone what needs to loosen up or center themselves. We will be coming back at least twice a month

My boyfriend and I went for a couples massage for my birthday. Without an appointment, we were greeted right away and they showed us to our room. This was seriously the best massage I’ve ever had in Virginia Beach! I asked for a hard massage and she did not disappoint! We booked an hour and we received an hour. Some places you book an hour but they reduce time for dressing so you would really only be getting 50 minutes. The music they played was very nice and relaxing. We will definitely be back!!

The massage was fine, not bad not great. I think a 3 star massage. However, what frustrated me (and caused a 2 star review) is that when walking out of the massage room they said, “you need to give us a tip” which we were already planning of course. Out of frustration, I gave them half the tip I planned on giving. Then, she proceeded to tell me the tip wasn’t enough which i thought was rude. Overall, I would recommend spending money elsewhere.

I planned on going to another salon tonight but everything was booked so I ended up here for a couples massage. I wasn't sure what to expect but it was truly fantastic. I got a deep tissue massage and it was the best one I have ever had. The atmosphere was relaxing and the therapist checked on me multiple times to make sure she wasn't too rough. We will definitely be going back!
