Everything was fine and everybody was friendly and professional. Until I paid in full and was told it is ok to put my shoes on and leave without really drying my pedicure. Needless to say I discovered my nails were smudged badly right after I walked out of the salon . 2 stars for fixing it. But the overall impression of the place was damaged .

I Booked my Girl Friend a day trip to this spa and she was utterly disappointed with the quality and how she was treated. this establishment is is so distrustful, my girlfriend who is black speaks Vietnamese and heard some racist remarks and them saying there not going to try doing what she asked for. I do not recommend this place at all to anyone in the bay or in the area 1/5 Star

I went to get my shellac removed, and leave my nails free of nail polish but they insisted so much to put new polish on top that I caved. I explained that I wanted normal nail polish that I could remove myself after a couple of days. Beware because they will lie to you! The nail polish they used cracked after only a day (on every nail!) and it was impossible to remove with the normal products, I had to pay for a lady to remove it in a salon and my nails are now destroyed. Do not go there!!!

I went to this establishment and this is by far, the most DISRESPECTED I HAVE EVER FELT. At a spa, you’d expect to feel relaxed and pampered. That was not the case here. The employees are very disrespectful and their responses are unprofessional and rude. I don’t recommend coming here at ALL. Avoid this place unless you want to feel tense and uncomfortable, ESPECIALLY if you are a woman of color.

They don’t treat people fairly they have people come before you , finish before you because they are all over the place, they are not polite. So bad customer service they have a bed experience. For what I’m paying for. Had my eye brow waxed ended up burning me

They’re very disrespectful and very racist. As an African American woman, I was uncomfortable throughout my entire appointment. My sister is the one who reserved the appointment for me because of it is closer to her house. I’m very dissatisfied. Would highly recommend avoiding this place.

Staying close by for a wedding, didn’t have time to stop in where I live for mani and pedi. I originally came in for a regular pedicure and dip nails. Ended deciding on gel pedicure with chrome and matching gelx set (not influenced by the spa, just influenced by personal choice). I am beyond happy with both services I reviewed. If I lived closer I’d be a regular customer here. Thanks again ladies!

Équipe très efficace. Superbe pose sur les mains (gel) mais soins de la pédicure (classique) un peu bâclé ! Ceci dit cela fait 2 semaines et ça tient parfaitement. Update après 4 semaines : manucure toujours parfaite en dehors de la repousse ! Très satisfaite du résultat !

Great attention to details. The staff are all very polite and works together when needed. Make sure to show staff a picture of what you'd like done. Overall, a good experience for a gel with extension manicure. :)

I just want to say that Lily Pad is a hidden gem! I recently relocated to San Francisco and was on the hunt for a place to be able to a pedicure that offered organic options. Although there were other location(s) which I called Lily Pad was able to get back to me almost immediately after I called them. Their location is clean, the ladies were extremely nice, and they were super fast while not compromising on quality. I actually had Mai for my organic pedicure service and added the paraffin option. They are reasonably priced for the area, and I will definitely be back for future services! Thanks ladies! If you are looking for a hidden gem that does not compromise on quality and is relatively cost effective I would definitely give them a call today!

Love coming here for mani-Pedicures, but in particular because Mai the nail tech, is amazing, she is kind & friendly, and does your nails with such care. Takes her time and even cut my ingrown toe nail when I asked her. Love the amenities (mimosas, water, snacks) the spa is bright and clean, not too mention comfortable.

First time walked in, looking at menu. Lady already tells me like 60$ for a regular manicure. I was like ummm no. I want this and then while looking at the pedicure menu she and her coworkers start talking and laughing at me. No thanks.

Friendly, calming atmosphere - I went for a basic mani/pedi and left feeling like jelly. Hot rocks, oil, and towel wraps; itvwas like a spa treatment with a manicure versus a manicure with a complimentary massage.

I am visiting the area staying at Zephyr (great hotel!) and I needed a gel mani. I found the salon on Google and walked there in under 5 minutes. The salon is cute and they have couple stations 😍😍 Linh Mah did my mani which came with a hand massage, heated lotion and hot towel treatment. Yen did the gel pedicure and it came with the same service. Both ladies were conscientious and didn’t butcher my cuticles! Also Linh gave me the most perfect almond shaped nails I’ve ever had 🫶🏽💅🏽 The salon is walking distance to the local hotels. If you’re walking look for the Trader Joe’s North Shore on the corner and you’ll find it on Bay Street. Definitely worth the price. 💯

This is my first visit to the nail salon. The hot stone massage and warm lotion are therapeutic and relaxing. There is a wide range of nail colors to choose from. :) I would recommend to potential customers.

probably best feet massage i’ve had in a while. it’s gentle and very soothing. i was able to relax and enjoy my day afterwards. clean pedicure was 38$ no gel +15$ for callus treatment and 15$ for 10 min of massage. i highly recommend Sammi
