I'm so excited to share my experience with Shebert at Limitless Natural Hair Salon. After Covid, I decided to do the big chop. I loved the idea of a low maintenance haircut, but trying to find the right products was a challenge. I was even getting bullied about my decision. Thank God Shebert came in for service at my place of employment.I was reluctant at first because of the price. I decided to seek her help and I'm so glad I did. That decision was worth every penny. I've embraced my natural hair for six years, striving to define my curls all this time. Then I encountered Sherbert, who is truly blessed with a remarkable talent! She cut, styled and colored my hair exactly the way I wanted it, I've only been seeing her for two months, and already my curls are more defined, and my hair looks much healthier. Sherbert not only styles your hair but also educates you on how to maintain it. The atmosphere at her salon is enjoyable, and she is very caring, understanding, and helpful.

My stylist has been doing my hair for more than twenty years. When I started another hair trend, I lapsed for about 5 years, in between relaxer and natural hair. So I did the “chop” didn’t know what to do next. I tried all types of products. Only to realize, many $$$$ later, I needed the anointed hands of my stylist, Sherbert. When she revised my hair from chemical and heat damage to a beautiful mane. Now I am defining my curls and luv it. All I can say is Sherbert is awesome! I must admit that during my initial consultation, I was nervous and did not know what to expect, however Sherbert was very professional, and I knew she knew her stuff when start asking me questions about my hair just from looking at my hair through the camera during the consultation. Out of everything discussed on the consultation, what caught my attention the most was, was when Sherbert shared, that if I could not or was willing to commit to the process in advance, that it was going to take to get to my limitless natural hair, she was straightforward that she was not going to be able to take me on as a client because she not only wanted to just do my hair for me but she wanted to educate me on my hair, the products that she used on my hair, the techniques to get the best out of my hair and most importantly educate me on how to maintain my natural hair at home so I will know how to do my hair myself and don't have to feel that I have to be fully dependent on going to beauty shop to maintain my natural hair. I was very skeptical when I started the process but, I have learned how to maintain my natural hair at home and I am confident that I can even maintain it when I travel now without feeling like I just have to go to the beauty shop. Although, Sherbert has taught me how to maintain my natural hair at home, I will still be going in to the shop to see her. I can honestly say that this process has been a great investment and experience and Sherbert knows her stuff when it comes to natural hair. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention that the southern hospitality that you receive during your appointments are absolutely wonderful!

I cannot say enough good things about the step-by-step hair regimen that was assigned to me. After just a few weeks of following the regimen, I noticed a significant improvement in the look and feel of my hair. The detailed instructions were easy to follow and the products recommended worked wonders. My hair is now shiny, soft, and has regained its natural bounce. I'm so grateful for the personalized advice and guidance from Mrs Ratliff, and highly recommend this regimen to anyone looking to improve the health and appearance of their hair! Five stars!

Sherbert Ratliff is an Amazing! talented, professional natural hair stylist. She provided me with “Excellent” services in her lovely Salon decorated with inspirational quotes. The environment she provides for her clients is exactly what she advertises “relaxing one guest at a time safe, sanitized and private environment” which I personally “Loved”! Sherbert was able to greatly assist me with my natural hair challenges. My hair is healthier, looks and feels GREAT! She thoroughly explained to me my treatment plan, products and the benefits, various techniques to help with my problem areas, educated me on how to define my CURLS! and home haircare regimens as well. Also, she took my natural hair to another level by adding swirls of eye-catching “Ombres hair colors”! I am ROCKING and ENJOYING! my new natural hair look! A salon that is centered around solving hair issues is exactly what I was looking for, so I was relieved when I found this salon. Sherbet is by far the most knowledgeable stylist I have worked with in years. I am very picky about who does my hair, but she made me feel comfortable, safe and in good hands. My entire experience with her has been nothing but positive. Once I signed up, I immediately received discounts and well wishes. Following that I had my virtual consultation with Sherbet, which went better than I anticipated. She constructed a plan for my hair concerns, gave me a breakdown of her suggestions and the packages available to me. I scheduled a pick-up for my detox kit and the rest is history. My first salon visit was relaxing, educational and reassuring. I gave her the reins, but she kept me included the entire time. She cut off all of my damaged hair and really catered to what hair I had left. She gave me another bag of goodies and explained how to maintain my hair at home for the best results. Now I am on my journey back to healthy hair. I adore my cut and love my curls. I cannot wait to go back for some color. Now her services are not cheap, but I believe with everything that you get it is worth every penny. If you are having issues with your natural hair, the least you can do is schedule the consultation. She will let you know if she can or cannot help with your concerns. Invest in yourself and invite the change.

I would like to give a GREAT BIG HALLELUJAH SHOUT OUT to LIMITLESS NATURALS SALON owner creator, CEO Sherbert Ratliff!!! Never and I do mean NEVER, in my many years of going to the beauty salon have I ever experienced a stylist who took a genuine interest in my hair. Her approach to hair care is unprecendented. She takes the time to educate and explain in layman's terms the science behind the products, the affect to the hair and provides instruction on how to maintain at home. Yall, she teaches a technique for applying the products. For something as simple as shampoo, I never considered a technique. Who would have thunk! I am a Natural with coarse hair. My hair stopped holding moisture, wouldn't style and so on. No matter what product or homemade concoctions used, my hair was being defiant and I was getting very annoyed and knew something had to give. So my search for a stylist for natural hair led me to this review. My hair is absolutely beautiful. Hello Gourgeous Woman is what I say when I look at my hair in the mirror. 😍 I apologize if this review is a bit lengthy, (I actually could say more) but, I hope it helps anyone with hair issues or not to invest in Limitless Naturals Salon!

Oh my gosh what I love most about my experience was my stylist, the products and services that she has given me. This has been an amazing experience for me I feel so blessed to have crossed paths with this lovely lady who has tremendously transformed my hair back to its texture. I love the professionalism , atmosphere and the genuine concern that she has for me and my hair. The products that she provide are awesome because they actually do what they say they're going to do and I can't wait to continue my journey with her it's been amazing and I am excited for the future. This was hands down the best salon experience I've ever had and trust me I've seen my share of salons. Stylist was very neat, clean and most of all professional. The whole salon atmosphere was top tier! I felt like I was at the spa. Sherbert is very educated about what she does and explains the process every step of the way and best of all she actually listens to her clients wants and needs. My haircut was a difficult decision to make but she made me feel heard and comfortable each step of the way. She truly cares for her clients and healthy hair. She's so compassionate and understanding, I feel like I've made a new friend. I love my hair and I can't wait to see the continued transformation.

After a few months of the mandatory safe at home it was so nice to see the salons open. I was a bit scared due to c-virus going back to the salon. I was very impressed, all precautions were followed from beginning to end at Limitless Natural Salon! Sherbet made my transitioning to natural so easy and fun! She is informative, attentive, and pleasant! The salon environment is so refreshing with a spa vibe. I have been twice, both salon visits were extremely professional and private. I've been spending lots of money on different products to get my curls to pop. My curls popped the first and second visit and still popping! Also, I was able to duplicate the style with easy at home. She follow up with you after each visit.Her products are excellent!I received alot of compliments! I highly recommend Limitless Natural Salon!

My first visit with Sherbert was June 5th. She was very professional. Followed the Covid-19 precautions to ensure we both were safe. She also explained step by step everything she did from beginning to end. I was also able to do a video at the end of the appointment where she walked me through my weekly regiment of maintaining my hair at home. I worked out on Tuesday and expected my hair to swell up but I was pleasantly surprised it looked the same as when I left the shop. I received a follow up call to ensure I had no other questions and yo see how my hair was holding up. I look forward to this process. Thank you again Sherbert.

She explained each product, why it was essential to my regiment and how they were to be used for maximum results.
