Just okay, neck hurt more after I think.Some parts felt good but then I'd have to redirect and couldn't relax. Wouldn't go back especially not for the price. I'd rather pay extra and get more relief. This seems like a place for just a random massage experience not if you actually have aches or pains .

My wife was refreshed and thoroughly pleased with her visit. I was impressed with the selection and price of services offered. It was affordable and easy to customize my my wife's experience to suit her needs. Thank you for the hospitality in the waiting room as well! 😁

The massage therapist was very kind, but she was very rushed when she was in the room. About 8 minutes of the massage she left the room to get warm towels (twice). But the towels were only warm one of the times. The other time it was Luke warm. I wanted to love this place, but I don’t think I will come back. She wasn’t in the mode to find my tight spots like other massage therapists can do. She mainly did quick short motions around general muscle groups. Some of it felt good, but I know she could do better.

This was my second time coming here and it was just as great as the first. The customer service was great from booking the appointment over the phone to leaving my massage! The ladies made sure I was comfortable and the massage therapist used the perfect amount of pressure. Upon check in, they give you a form to fill out and ask about areas you'd like them to focus on during your massage. Xiaoying did a great job working my problem areas! They also allow for tipping via zelle or venmo which saved me the trouble of getting cash. Overall, definitely recommend this spa!

It was our first visit to this massage place, we had make a reservation for the couples massage. Yvette and Amy did a great job for a 90 min massage. We will surely be coming back for the next massage pretty soon. My husband and I are both glad to be able to find our new favorite massage place.

Maggie Gu went above and beyond. I was having some neck pain. When the session concluded, Maggie asked if I felt better. I pointed out a spot that was still bothering me. Maggie then address that spot and I was on my way. Thank you again

This place was the very best place to get a couple massage. My girlfriend and I got ours last Friday and it felt great. I advise anyone that wants a couple massage to go to this place. You won’t be disappointed

As a frequent visitor of massage parlors, this was by far the worst massage I have ever had. I went with my partner for a couples massage - we wanted very much to like it, but upon walking in we immediately noticed dust and some other general concerns of cleanliness. We then spent the entire time not being listened to by the massage therapists. They massaged areas (such as very aggressively on the spine, digging into bones rather than tissue, and very aggressive on the skin surface with rough and scratchy towels) that were very painful for both of us, we expressed pain and discomfort, and they did not change the technique or level of pressure at all. They went extensively under my underwear to where it felt violating and uncomfortable for me. It seems this place might be good for an individual massage, but our experience as a couples massage left us feeling more stressed out than we were beforehand. On the yelp reviews, the owner does nothing but argue back with unhappy customers. Very unprofessional, both in-person and online.

Ok. I’ve been trying to think about how I really felt about the experience I had at this establishment before writing. I want to be as honest as possible. The location is an intimate boutique type of spa which is great. I don’t care for the big name so called massage places. My appointment was for 1PM, a couples massage. We arrived early by maybe 5 mins. We were met with a very polite woman. I think she knew she was about to tell me they were behind so she put on the extra charm. We were not escorted to our room until 1:18PM. First strike. Second. While we were waiting I was asked by this very polite young lady “do you mind if I cash you out BEFORE your service?” I’ve never heard this before and I didn’t care. So I paid. No big deal UNTIL I noticed every other person that checked out before and after us checked out and paid AFTER their service. That made me question why we were asked to pay in advance. Second strike. Next, we are finally undressed and ready to get our service. I requested a massage that was medium to medium deep pressure. Honestly, there was NO technique to this massage. It was a serious or rubs and squeezes however no real technique. It felt like the type of massage you get on your feet and legs when you get a pedicure. If that helps you understand. Third strike. The room we were in was super small. Honestly it should NOT be used as a couples space. It was VERY tight. The ladies doing the massage didn’t make it better. The one massaging me was literally climbing on my table and leaning down into my body. Like am I in a movie? I had to refrain from laughing. The other person massaging my partner was LOUD. I get A LOT of massages because I have back problems and you’re supposed to be totally relaxed and zoned out. Nope. The other person was moving her sitting stool LOUDLY. We knew when and where she was rolling to by the sound of the roll. Not happy. Additionally, we could hear everything going on in the lobby. Even though there was music (not zen) playing I could still hear the front desk person and the other customers talking. Very intrusive. Not very relaxing. Because they were late, the front desk said they were giving up free aromatherapy. Either they forgot or they don’t know what aromatherapy is. So yeah we didn’t get that. I have never had a massage where they use LOTION. Most places I’ve been, and I’ve been places around the world, massage OIL is usually what’s used. They used a combination of lotion and oil which made me feel heavy and like my pores are clogged. They also stopped BEFORE our hour was up. I don’t know HOW this place is so “highly recommended” with this type of service. It cost a couple hundred dollars and it was NOT worth it at all. Not only will I not come here again I want anyone to not waste the money. Go get a chair massage in the mall it’s the same service and cheaper.

I just had a baby 2 months ago and have been having so much pain in my neck and back and even started developing a hunch. Ivette took care of all the spots! This is one of the best and most affordable massages I have ever received. She continued to check in if I needed softer, but I loved the deep tissue and still was able to get hot stones in at the end. I walked out feeling 100% better. I live 40 minutes south and I will make the drive anytime.

Very good pressure and knew all my spots that needed to be worked on. I did the combo massage and it was the perfect balance between my body and feet. I’ve had many massages and this was definitely one of the best. I highly recommend.

I have saved the Lincoln Park Massage Spa as a place to visit any time I travel to Chicago. I was in awe, as the massage was perfect, and I felt so relaxed for the rest of my day. Pricing was reasonable, there were several massage options to select, and the staff accommodated me with their friendly and welcoming hospitality.
