I had a hair cut at this place today morning. Being a working day, there was not much rush and I got my hair cut done in about 45 minutes of reaching that place. The lady who did the hair cut was skilled and did a good professional job. She was polite and well behaved. It was a good experience. The only issue I had, was that after the person before me vacated the seat the cleaning was superficial and not thorough. Particularly the equipment used were not even wiped with a cleaning tissue. I wish they pay more attention to this aspect. I am accustomed to the equipment cleaned using some cleaning solutions before each reuse. The price at 17$ was reasonable. Overall it was a good experience.

I got my pedicure (normal) done for the first time here.. I have been to other saloons but this was my worst experience. The lady rushed and did not do a good job at all.. my nail paint was out of my cuticles..I didn’t say anything.. just walked out..

Linda is the Owner and she is just so darn Talented❤️ She did my hair and it came out like a Doll. I could not believe how Beautiful it came out. I couldn't even get out of the store when people just stopped and complimented me that my Hair looked so Beautiful😍 I love Linda!! She is Amazing!! You have to go here Ladies and Gentlemen but mostly for women who are looking for Ombre, Balayage or any new techniques, Linda is your Girl. She definitely is a Professional, she understands how important Hair is for us women. Overall, I'm beyond Satisfied with my New Hair Do. Thank you so much Linda❤️ You made me feel like a Princess👸 I will always go to Linda for any of mine or my Families Hair needs. Hands down One of the BEST HAIR SALONS in South San Jose!!

I used to love it but the last 3 times I went I even showed a pic of what I wanted but they still do it how they want. Very disappointed. They assume if your older that you want an old lady hairspray and tease look.

They charged my self and my daughter( 7yr old) a total of $50 to get toes done. No gel or anything just a regular pedicure. Facility was dirty, missed parts of my toes and a two minute foot rub for each of us. The only thing that working was the massage chair and even that was poor quality. I'm sorry to say but I will not be returning.

One star review due to lack of cleanliness. I could not experience a full manicure: nail technician pulled out clippers, snippers and file from a tub of clearly used instruments. I did get my nails polished and the polish job was fine but I can not in good conscience go back. Hygiene and safety is important.

The price for men’s or kids haircut is $15 and they take tips only in cash. Convenience of walk in without appointment. There are at least 8 chairs and my experience was mixed bag. Lyn cut my hair in less than 10 mins (my usual hair cut would be ~30 mins). Not much of layering with scissors and also no shave down the back of the neck or behind the ears. If you are in a hurry this is a good place. Maybe I’ll ask for Linda the next time

We are very disappointed !! When we came here we did not have a good experience Staff was unfriendly and rude . No one came to our help for our 9 year old autistic son who is scared of haircuts.a freind suggested this place. Staff Turned us away and said “you cut his hair at home “ We had even called ahead of time but we’re treated poorly.

Went in with friend sitting in wheelchair asked for service and was refused. We didn’t ask for any accommodations other than allowing her to sit on her own chair. Plus she was very rude when denying.
