So happy I found this place. Eddie was amazing. Just moved here from Florida and needed a root touch up and haircut Eddie really took his time to make sure perfect cut and style. Really happy with the entire process and the results. I Will certainly be back! The salon was clean and everyone working was very friendly. Prices are a little more than what I was paying in Florida but prices are going up on everything lately and the results were definitely worth it. Go see Eddie he is the best stylist ever! Thank you

Dnt go there, first n last time i went there for keratin treatment. after one wash hair same like before (keratin) wast of money, chemical they use very cheap quality.. my hair falls start after keratin treatment i am not recommended to anyone… actually i want my money back i pay cash 💷…………. Horrible salon

I had a highlight and keratin treatment. The staff was very friendly and the job was excellent. I have very strong hair hard to manage. They handle it very good. This is my hair salon hopefully forever.

Please any black or POC women do not go here. I got a keratin Groupon from them and managed to schedule an appointment. Bare in mind the minute you walk through the door if you are black they will immediately look at your hair and say that it is too frizzy/curly or long. Obviously those with straight hair are not running to get a keratin??? So it is expected that the persons hair is curly? They will then proceed to up charge you by $100 and fail to inform you of this. They charged my friend who is white and has much curlier hair than me $50. Why so different? Try Eric NYC or even Toto. Much more POC friendly Edit: in regards to their response. I love the coded racial undertones of 'argued' and 'argumentative'. It just proves to show exactly what mind frame they hold. The issue here is the lack of transparent pricing my dear. You should not be charging one person one way and another a different way. They have also done this many times if you look at their reviews on Groupon

THE BRAZILIAN BLOWOUT DEFINITELY NOT WORKING. RUDE OWNER. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you go there, you will regret it. Don't even give it a chance as I did. You can find much better salons. Waste of time and money. They treat customers so badly.

THE BRAZILIAN BLOWOUT DOESN’T WORK!!!! DON'T GO THERE!! I’m new in the city and I was looking for a good place to get my hair done. I’ve been getting Brazilian blowouts for 6 years twice a year. I know how to take care of my hair after the treatment. I didn’t wash my hair for 3 days. I know which products to use and what not to do. I’ve never experienced something like this before. I went there with a friend and the treatment didn’t work for both of us and they refused to refund us. They proposed to do it again but we didn’t want to be exposed to the chemicals again in such a short time. After all, we inhale the treatment as well. Moreover, there is no guarantee that it would work for the second time. The owner is really RUDE and he only cares about money. He doesn’t care about customers. He HAIR SHAMED my friend for having too much hair. He was yelling “Look at her hair! Look at her hair! Can you see how much hair she has!” You can’t imagine how bad she felt… She wanted to leave but I convinced her to stay. NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE I found the salon from Groupon. He told me to come directly without Groupon but he increased the price since we don’t have short hairs. I was negotiating with him on the phone( By the way, me and my friend, we’re students ) He said “Just come we’ll handle it.” It took us 1 hour to go there and when we went there he refused to do our hair. He was like “I’m not doing your hair. You can leave now.” We were really angry but since we were already there, we accepted the price increase. I asked if I can see the product they were using for the treatment so that I can be sure. He said, “ Oh, I’ll show you and you will buy the product and do the treatment to yourself?” Can you see the way he thinks? All day they treated us like “Why are you such problematic?” After our hair is done when we were paying, I also overheard him saying to the other hairstylist “Please take care of them yourself, I don’t wanna deal with them” The audacity….If you wanna have good customer service, don’t go there. When I called them afterward, he blamed me and said “ I didn’t want to do your hair in the first place” Just that you know, I don’t have super long hair. My hair is naturally curly but since I’ve been having the treatment for years, it’s already almost straight. Just newly grown hair was wavy. I told them we want the refund and we don’t wanna write bad reviews. He said “ GO AHEAD, you can write bad reviews” Don’t go there PS. He threatened us calling his lawyer after we wrote this review.

This the most horrible place to go. I went there for Keratin treatment and cut, the quality and effort of there work is terrible. The guy did not use any keratin just a few spray that I am not sure if it was even keratin material. He spend less than an hour and it was just a very simple hair ironing. The quality is super terrible and now after 2 days, my hair is even not smooth at ALL. They were supposed to charge me for $200, and then I gave them my card and they charged me 210. Horrible place please don’t go there. Zero star. I Never forgive them.

Worst salon experience ever. Went for a keratin and it completely ruined my hair. A proper keratin treatment is supposed to take around 2 hours or more, they spray something from a water bottle, then just do a simple blow out which took less than 30 mins. They tell you to wait one day before washing your hair. After three days my hair has gone back to just the way it was and I now have dandruff and immense breakage from whatever they used. Worst thing to happen to my hair- they are just trying to make a quick buck, they could care less about quality or service.

I was trying to find a hair salon to do a Brazilian blowout and came across this little hidden gem. Everything from the customer service to the results of my services were outstanding. I have never been more satisfied with a hair salon. I was running late due to an emergency and they were extremely understanding and still took me in even though I was 4 hours late. Not only that but the friendliness of the staff and their professionalism was enough for me to go out of my way and write this review. I got my Brazilian blow out and it has been the best one I’ve ever gotten. I 1000000% recommended this hair salon. And yes they are 100% certified in what they do. Very professional 😊👍

Roberto is the owner and not only is his personality lovely, but he genuinely cares about the happiness of his customers. Erdogan did my balayage, color, Brazilian blowout and cut. I loved the base color and Brazilian results and he did a great job of blending the balayage but in the end it was not what I wanted...too light and brassy. I called Roberto the next day and he immediately said to come in and have it fixed. Very thankful I did, as today, the color is exactly what I wanted. Thank you Roberto and Erdogan. Great salon, great service and worth the $.

The first time I went (had a Groupon) I explained that I wanted a Keratin treatment but when I arrived I was told I could only receive a Brazilian. The stylist noticed that my hair type was really soft and versatile but the manager made him charge $150 extra because I’m black American. The stylist did a great job with my hair but the Brazilian treatment kills my curls, which I don’t like. So I scheduled a follow up after 3 months and requested a keratin treatment. The stylist was stuck on a trip overseas and no one called me to cancel in advance. All I heard was sorry and no effort to make up the inconvenience.

I found my Hair Doctor. Eric was amazing. He took his time with my hair and made it look so amazing. I have said goodbye to bad hair days thanks to Eric. I got the Brazilian blow out and I am extremely happy with it. Eric and Roberto were so fun to hang out with and no matter how much I have to travel, I will always come back here. Highly recommended.

Just went in for a balayage and trim and Anna did an AMAZING job. It’s exactly what I asked for. Definitely ask for Anna if you are doing color. The owner was also very nice and the place is clean and inviting. Prices are reasonable for the area. Could not be happier with my hair!!! I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you Anna!!!
