Recommend !! First time coming here was highly recommended by a friend. They take walk ins but recommend making an appointment first. Clean and calm environment. Had the Acne treatment facial. Left feeling refreshed and they even helped apply some sunscreen.

I found this place when I lived in downtown Brooklyn before I had kids. I’ve since moved fairly far away and tried to find / love other places, but no one is better than Hannah and the team at Ling Ling. So relaxing and my skin glows for days afterwards Now with kids and a crazy work schedule, I still travel almost an hour each way to get here as often as I can. And it is so worth it.

Great facial and prices. Skin came out feeling great. For men, they don’t offer a shoulder and neck massage even though they’re the same price as the basic facial for women. But I’d still come back

By far the best facials I've ever had. I've been coming here for going on 3 years and my skin has improved drastically. I've get my facials with Hannah because she is gentle and thorough with my extractions. All the ladies are super sweet. This is a really amazing gem in NYC. Don't hesitate to buy packages for this place, it's well worth it.

Had an amazing acne facial last week and my skin is still feeling great. I am very acne prone and i have not had a breakout since my facial. My specialist spent 2 hours taking care of me. It was 88 dollars for the second tier acne facial with mask and i will happily do it again next month.

While I provided a 16% tip, they insisted to let me pay for a 20% tip instead and said it’s their rule. When I increased the tip to 20% finally, they still seemed not happy because they thought I didn’t seem to be a generous person.

I have been going to Ling Ling for almost three years. It’s clean, the service is great and the staff are very nice. I particularly appreciate the acne cleaning and shoulder massage as part of the routine. Feel refreshed and recharged every time. Great value for money.

I’ve been going here since high school and this place is amazing. Staff is respectful and friendly, extractions are thorough, everything is kept very clean and the prices are very good. They throw in 5 free dermabrasion sessions or whatever they are offering at the time when you purchase a package. Can’t recommend enough!

I’ve been going to this place for four years and they’re honestly one of the best things I’ve ever done to my skin. The extractions are always thorough and treatments focus on hydration and protection. They have generous packages with perks (like free microdermabrasion) and they’re very flexible with scheduling. I usually go see Jasmine, but Hannah is also fantastic.

This place is the best if you have acne prone skin and clogged pores. My esthetician spent a significant amount of time making sure she got to every pore. While that was uncomfortable, the results were amazing. The rest of the facial was very relaxing and enjoyable, with a great massage as well! Affordable prices so I will defintiely be returning.

Lowkey and relaxing place to get a facial. I got the package but they don’t pressure you into it. They have rooms for couples/friends if you want to do 2 to a room. The rooms are super clean and they are VERY sanitary here. Just make sure you arrive on time. They also have lots of face products for sale.

This place is my primary facial location and no where else can compare. Very clean. They follow proper covid social distancing protocol. 1 person per room unless you come with a friend then you will be in large room. They don't provide blankets or linens now for sanitation purposes and for covid. I normally come in the morning and I see the technicians all sterilizing tools and cleaning before they start taking in customers.

Went for a facial and Ling did an amazing job. She took her time and gave me great advice. The space is clean. The room I was in had 3 beds, but it was very comfortable. Will definitely be going back for regular facials! Very comfortable and affordable!

They did not wax the top of my eyebrow. They used minimal was for the arch an plucked the rest. But the shop was very relaxing an very professional just not what I’m used to
