I visited the establishment in June 2024. I selected this massage spa based on the reviews from customers who had a massage with Jenny. On the day of service I asked for Jenny and the female on the phone said she was not in and to call back. So I did and the woman who answered my call sounded exactly like the woman who answered the first time I called except this time she said she was Jenny. I made a same day appointment to have a combination massage. The encounter started off very pleasant. I was directed to the room where I would have the massage. But then as I was undressing “Jenny” barged into the room to request I pay for a massage she had not started, for which I requested I pay after being I was almost fully undressed. Prior to starting the massage we had a discussion about pressure and focus areas. I asked for a relaxing massage with light to medium pressure that would later include stone massage. She started off with deep tissue massage utilizing her elbows. I gently reminded her of my initial request. She talked throughout the massage asking me how the pressure felt which at some point became a distraction from relaxation. She also left out of the room to warm the rocks/stones in the microwave which was another distraction, and time consuming. About 10 minutes before the massage was complete her cell phone in her pocket rung and she stopped my massage to answered the call which was another customer wanting to know if he could come “now” for a massage. She then informed me my time had ended and I could get dressed and pay. The massage total was $80 for the hour. She said she preferred cash and if I used my credit card there was a $3 fee. So I payed the cc fee. Because of all the interruptions I decided a tip was not appropriate. During payment “Jenny” became belligerent and yelled “you not give me a tip.” It shocked and frightened me that she was trying to provoke an altercation. I Politely let her know that I’ve had better massages and there were issues with the massage I had with her. To add injury to insult she acted this way in front of the customer who called 10 minutes prior for a massage. I found it strange that the woman who did my massage claimed she was Jenny. There was something in my gut that felt she was not the person I requested, and her behavior after payment was bizarre as well. $80 for an hour of sub standard work is not bad in my eyes. I’m still in disbelief in her attitude and unprofessionalism.

Had Tina as my L.M.T. for a 1 1/2 hour massage, including hot stone, scalp and foot massage. The location is professional, clean, and well-run. The rooms are very comfortable with excellent lighting and the massage table was very comfortable. My massage was excellent. Tina is adept at massage therapy and provide excellent service. The hot stones were not quite as relaxing as I am used to as Tina uses a different technique. I'll have to go back to see how I feel next time. With only one person running the shop that day, she was interrupted by a walk-in client, but it was very brief.

This is the best masseuse I have ever met. I have back pain due to work. They are very professional to help me relieve muscle soreness. My whole body has become very relaxed without previous pain. I will recommend my friends to come here. The hygiene inside is also very clean.

Everything was how My Mind thought it should be. I called on a Sunday at 12pm and was able to come in at 1pm. Jenny is awesome and has extensive knowledge of The Body. I paid for 60min, she was so good I got the 90min I feel Great and look forward to next time.

Hands down the best massage i have ever had. Jenny was amazing, she hit every spot on my body even the spots i didn't know hurt. The place was clean and smelled great. We found our new spot!!!

I had my first massage ever at Ling Massage Therapy. It is spotless clean here and very relaxing. The massage was strong and very helpful for my sore back. She is an expert at massaging, and she stood on my back too. I will definitely come back here as much as I can.

Wow. What an experience. She starts working your back and makes every effort to make sure you are comfortable and enjoying your experience. Massage is thorough and covers all areas. Hands, feet, legs, calves, back. Neck and hands. Will be back!

A true Asian deep tissue massage! I was able to be accommodated right away, although appointments are encouraged. Her technique was excellent and I loved her firm pressure. She used hot pads, essential oils, and hot stones for no extra cost. My aching back and feet got so much relief. If you suffer from chronic back pain, I definitely recommend that you give her a try!

Very very professional and excellent in everything they do. The walk on back and deep tissue massage is the absolute best in the area! Jenny is an expert and works tirelessly throughout the entire appointment. I don’t leave comments but I highly recommend Ling Massage.
