I saw the Ling's sign for massage for $50. I called inquiring about the massage. The lady answered and was very rude. The call went as follows: "Good morning.. I was inquiring about your massages." The lady who answered said "No English." I said "How much for your massage?" She then stated "$70." I said your sign had $50. She yells " NO!" and hangs up on me. Unprofessional! I never said anything inappropriate but it leads me to wonder. Spend your money elsewhere. This company obviously do not respect it's potential clients.

I hurt my neck and shoulder in the gym and was in excruciating pain. I called and got an appointment SAME DAY. I booked for 1 hour and my neck and shoulder pain is virtually gone. One of the best massages I have ever had, I’ll definitely be back!

This is a great spot to go to, I said my neck hurts and I need to remove the pain. She insisted I get the hot stone so I did with a deep tissue massage. She massaged with hands and feet. Feet was used because I was really tight. Thank you again. Will come back.

The masseuse did not speak English and the massage was a high paid rub down. It appeared it was her 1st time as she continued to call her friend or owner for assistance. I Will not return again.

First time having a facial and I can say that the massage therapist did an amazing job. My face feels nice and moisturized along with a nice sweet aroma. My massage was quite nice and I enjoyed the professional environment. I will definitely be coming back soon

Amazing place. I went in Today sooooo tense with hella knots and I walked out like I just came from heaven. All day I was extremely relaxed NOTHING COULD RUIN MY DAY lol I definitely recommend this place especially if you have knots out of this world. Those HOT stones were AMAZING!! Thank you guys!!

There was a little mix-up with what I had booked over the phone. Truly, it was no biggie to me, but they were super nice and apologetic (the price was a bit more with what I wanted to do as compared to the price I was quoted). The masseuse who worked on me spent a long time trying to work out my crazy shoulder knots and was quiet except to check the pressure and my comfort (which I LOVED). During my back facial she kept checking in on me while a light device was doing it's thing and would give me a little neck rub. She even gave me some advice on what to do to help my neck and back. It didn't feel fantastic while it was happening, but everything did end up feeling better a couple of days later, and my back looked much better a couple of days later as well.

This is a very long review but worth the read if you are in pain. This is a follow-up review for one that I posted in September or October of 2022. I first sought out Anna at May's Spa for treatment of my ankle following a severe fracture, with torn tendons and overstretched ligaments. The pain at that time was excruciating with each step I took. The pain would increase with use or decrease with absolutely no use, but would never go away. I was in pain at night, at rest, or even while riding in a car; the pain was much worse if I bore any weight at all on that foot, even to shower or use the restroom; it was relentless. I have now been seeing Anna for regular massages for four months. Her knowledge of anatomy is outstanding. She massages my ankle, foot, and leg differently than she would if it were of normal and unbroken anatomy. She is very mindful of the muscles, tendons, ligaments, and bones. She very skillfully decreases the swelling and pain. She will find whatever hurts without my having to tell her (although I do). Over the past four months, every time I saw Anna for a massage of my ankle, the pain decreased. Every time I used my foot for normal daily activities (such as cooking or grocery shopping), the pain would increase again. I have now exhausted every conventional medical treatment available to me except for surgery, which I will not undergo. The turning point for me was two weeks ago. After that massage, my pain was once again greatly reduced. At first, I didn't trust the decreased pain level and my ability to stand or walk without excruciating pain. I didn't change my activity level because I wanted to see if the decreased pain level would last. The pain level still remains much lower! I saw Anna again today, and I told her about my newfound freedom and decreased pain. She was genuinely happy to know that I had noticeable improvement. She advised me not to overdo it, to be patient, to take my time, and to slowly increase my activities. Today, she said I could try walking again (for exercise) but only for a short distance, no more than 20 minutes (which I had given up because of the pain). I was able to walk for 11 minutes before the pain starting creeping up again, so I stopped. I did the stretching exercises she recommended and the pain is gone again! I finally have hope that I don't have to live with the pain in my ankle and foot for the rest of my life. My ankle will never have normal anatomy again but Anna is helping my ankle to heal without surgery and without taking pain medications for the rest of my life. I now have hope that I can resume exercising; and someday soon I might be able to walk without pain! It feels really good to feel almost like my normal self again. Anna is giving me my life back.

Easily booked an appointment online. Was seen right away. Given the best massage by Lala. The atmosphere and music was perfect. I highly recommend and will be definitely going back to see her again. I haven't felt this much relief in over a decade.

I have had chronic back pain for years. And although Chiropractors helped, it was never a great relief of the pain. But after one session with May my back is feeling SO GREAT! I feel like I can finally move! The spa itself is very clean and comfortable. May also was so kind and explained everything so I had a good expectation of what I was paying for. Privacy was wonderful as well! Something that May did that I didn’t experience in my past massage (I have only had one other professional massage before this, by somebody else) was before the massage she felt my muscles and asked if we could just focus on my problem areas. So instead of a full body massage, she skipped my legs and focused on my back. I really appreciated this!! She was also very mindful and asked if the pressure was too much and if I was comfortable throughout the session. I cannot recommend her enough!!

My neck and shoulder had been bothering me lately. Found this amazing spot based on those who had a great experience based on the recent reviews. Easy booking, came on the same day. Paid before treatment. Pleased beyond expectation! The specialist who treated me was very tiny but she exerted every strength she had. Every muscle group has been touched. Really feel good about it. I can not wait to see them again. And I am sure that they are excellent for other services they can offer. Thank you so much!

Saw a new Spa had opened and thought i would give it a shot as I did not have much luck with some of the others. My first visit to Mays Spa was pretty normal experience. I got a nice 1 hour full body massage, good pressure but not that deep which was fine for that day. I went back yesterday with some numbness in my right hand. I informed Anna of this and she said she would take care of it, this was a first, all the other places seemed to just go through a typical routine and only spent a few minutes at each area, never really focusing on the problem spots. Anna, on the other hand, spent almost all of my hour session on my right shoulder, back and arm and did get rid of the numbness. i will be going back, Thanks Anna :)

The past 30 days have been the absolute worse for me. Went in for a deep tissue, hot stone massage. Entered with every bone cracking and aching left out relaxed and so grateful. May’s has earned a client!

This Saturday morning was my 2nd visit within 2 weeks. The staff was friendly & I opted for the 90min massage. Anna does a outstanding job taking care of my hurt back & left left there feeling much better. You should definitely check this spa out, they're one of the best around 👌🏾

Absolutely relaxing. Like a lot of people, I hold most of my tension in my shoulders and upper back. The specialist that worked on me was very good and was able to release spots that had been tight for years. It was definitely one of the best deep tissue massages that I've ever had.

Anna is amazing! My first visit almost one year ago was a 90 min deep tissue Massage. I came in with back spasms and shoulder issues. My massage was outstanding! Great pressure, great technique, and superb professionalism. Anna worked out tough tension spots in a way I didn’t even, know was possible! She is a wonder woman! A very relaxing environment and great service; I found my “go too” massage spa.

Loved my Deep Tissue Massage today. I am finally able to walk straight again after having lower back pain that went into my hips and legs. Anna was great, very friendly, knowledgeable and continuesly made sure that the pressure she gave was alright. Very clean environment, even the sheets smelled like Lavender for relaxation to the max! Definitely will come back!

Nice atmosphere, the staff is friendly, helped relax alot of tension ive had from years of stress. The rooms are semi lit with candles and nice ambeint music/sounds and they listen well to how much pressure you ask for and adjust to meet your level of comfort in a massage, Will definitly be coming back to get a professional massage and they run specials for like 50-60 bucks other then that you pay to have other services done like facials hot rocks and other stuff on their list of options never knew there was so many types of massages. 5☆ worthy.

Went in yesterday suffering from extreme tension buildup in my neck that was causing a headache on a daily basis. Opted for a 90 minute session and it was money well spent. She was very thorough with the massage professionally and I left feeling better than I have in a very long time. The therapist has very extensive knowledge about the mechanics of the body and can adapt the massage to the individual needs of the person. This was a quality PROFESSIONAL massage. I highly recommend this place!! Update- finally got the wife to go in for a massage. She was extremely nervous about it!!! They made sure to communicate with her and ask if she was comfortable. She went in suffering with neck, back, and hip pain. She is now pain free!!! I can’t thank them enough for the extra care and communication that they gave her. She is now willing to go back in without me having to argue with her about her needing to go. She said she hasn’t felt this good in years!!! Thank you so very much to the woman who gave her the massage!! She is back to her old self before the pain started setting limits to what she was able to do.
